The only time Fedor has really been hurt in PRIDE was when Fujita cracked him with a punch from hell. Fedor stumbled, but he wasn't hurt. That was just his CPU rebooting.

A couple years late, but I've gotten God of War. Hoooly shit is this game amazing. I can't remember the last time I yelled out "HOLYSHIT" like I did for the Hydra level. I seriously doubt it can maintain the same level of greatness the entire run, but it should be a fun ride.

Jackson has shown an insane weakness to clinching, and knees. Liddell would probably exploit that and keep pressing the fight. In their fight, Liddell gave Jackson waaay too much room to work with, and never pressed the advantage. In a rematch, Jackson would remember how he's been KTFO three times now by strikes, and Liddell would know it too. Jackson would get pounded until he either dropped, or the fight was stopped. Jackson's gotten worse. Chuck's only gotten better.

You guys should really give it a try. You can modify submissions, and fighters stats, or make your own. It's about as good as anything I'veever seen for free. On topic: The hype for the show seems to have seriously died down in the last day or two. I don't think the top two fights are foregone conclusions, but that seems how most people are taking it.

Bah. Escapism is half the fun! Fedor crushes people in like five minutes or less if that makes you like it more.

The sim is awesome with that type of stuff...Some people will try their damnedest to escape a sub by freeing, or slipping free...Some will just beat the piss out of the person putting it on as their way of escaping. If you haven't tried out the sim, you should give it a go. It's really good.

I ran the show in the MMA sim (http://nhb.50webs.com/ for those of you unaware. Download it. About the best sim you'll find for free these days.) with a few subs due to a couple fighters not being in the sim. Sherk killed Diaz DEAD in round three with G&P. Forrest and Tito warred for three rounds before Tito took Forrest down, pushed him against the cage, and just hammer blowed the shit out of him until Big John leaped in. The main event was actually damn competitive, with Sylvia using his reach to blast Arlovski in the face. In the fourth, they battled on the ground, sweeping each other, before Arlovski just started beating the piss out of Tim. Got mount, and rained out punches for the finish. Highlight of the main was Arlovski getting a Keylock, only to have Sylvia unleash HELL on him with vicious ass elbows to break it up.

I think Tim has a shot. Granted, it's only a shot, but it could still work. In their first fight, Sylvia bullrushed in and basicly got his ass stomped. If he stays back, throws some jabs, and dictates the pace of the fight with his reach, he has a shot at winning that way. If Arlovski closes the distance, and takes him down, or hell, even lands a hook, the fight is over. It all depends on how Sylvia approaches the fight. And I really think Forrest has a shot. Once again, not a huge shot, but a shot none the less. I don't really see what Tito owns him at so significantly. This isn't Quarry v.s. Franklin here, Forrest is a very well rounded and should be able to put up a fight against Tito. I think standing, Forrest has the advantage but on the ground, Tito will have the advantage provided Forrest doesn't lock on a submission from the bottom. I REAAAAAAALLLLLY want this show. Really, really. I usually don't want UFC shows that much, but goddamn do I want this one.

I don't really mind the "clones" in SSB:M. They all play differently. Gannondorf plays waaay different then Falcon, and is a walking juggernaut. Fox and...uh... I've never been a Star Fox fan...but...uh..Falco! Play differently too. Luigi roxxorz too. Ideally, if the Revolution could handle it, I'd like to see six fighters on screen, and atleast ten more people. Wario HAS to be in, he shoulda made SSB:M, damnit.

I think the point that Islam is behind Christianity in needing time to adapt is valid. It's been turned into what it is, but it has time to fix itself. Their far from Barbarians when you think about it that way, their damn cultured when compared to what we did five hundred years + ago.

Any of the Black Isle D&D based games are a good bet for RPG's. Torment, Baldur's Gate, Icewind Dale...I've heard Neverwinter Nights is okay, but I dunno if that'd work for your PC. Could try Morrowind, but again, dunno if that'd run well for you. If it does, thats about as deep of an RPG experience as you'll find.

In the flashbacks, they seemed to hint that there was something going on between Sun, and that dude...That look she gave when she hugged Jin, it could have been about that. She did say she never slept with anyone but Jin, how we do know she wasn't lying about THAT part, and had sex with that guy while they were having all those problems? If she did, that would be a lie, and would explain that look since..she just lied about it and all.

I take offense to the Sasaki slam, due to him being one of my favorites. Ever since he free'd himself from NJPW and Choshu, he's been on firah. Plus, he practically adopted Nakajima, who was Choshu's student until Choshu abandoned him. He even includes him in all their family photos and stuff, thats a real man That said...I've never liked Chono. He's got charisma, but thats pretty much the extent to his abilities in my eyes. Chono's one of those guys that even if you don't understand a damn thing he's saying, you're still entertained by him. He just...blows in the ring for the most part.

Tamura taking the Nog fight, but not the Saku fight is completely baffling. Nogueria owned him far worse then Saku EVER could. Tamura's myth is completely destroyed after that. Edit: And having seen it...Rizzo's done. Two back to back strike stoppages for someone whose main claim to fame is his striking. Roman fucking KILLED HIM Edit Edit: Having seen the Coleman/Shogun fight...the best part was Shoguns face as he laid there. He was almost like "...what the FUCK are you all doing?!? I'M HURT!". It really looked like Coleman didn't know what the fuck was going on, and then Chute Box started yelling, Coleman flipped into roid rage and it all went down hill. Sherdoggers got on Coleman for celebrating...but fuck it, he was what? 10,000 to one odds of winning that fight? I'd try to do backflips, regardless of how I won.

Sagat was fun if only for the sheer cheese factor of keeping people the fuck away. Ryu & Ken didn't have shit on Sagat in that department. I've always been fond of Dee Jay for some reason, even though he completely doesn't fit into anything in the series. He's just always....there.

Ryu and Ken's themes are pretty much iconic to me. Guile less so. I've never really heard better fighting game music then those two. They just feel bitchin.

Muscle Bomber Duo Kind of like Saturday Night Slam Masters pt.2. They took out singles mode, but increased movesets, AI, and just generally fixed up alot of the things wrong with the game. Very great game.
