Non-spoiler Smackdown/Velocity match listings
Youth N Asia replied to Matt Young's topic in The WWE Folder
Rey vs Eddie should decient. And Funaki vs Akio should be good despite no crowd heat...but otherwise another completly worthless show -
I could see Sabu showing up to make an appearance, he's messed up and could use the money.

At least they're trying to get non WWE ECW guys involved. GET MIKEY!

I know it's been 4 years and everything since the company died. But I'll always read or listen to an interview with Paul E about ECW

Chyna arrested for hitting X-Pac
Youth N Asia replied to DerangedHermit's topic in General Wrestling
6 degrees of Buttafucco Joey beat Chyna Chyna beat Pac Pac beat Kane Kane beat Taker Taker beat Hogan Hogan beat Andre... Joey Buttafucco could've taken Andre the Giant -
In all seriousness, how much of this hate is legit. That type of music and every band sucks. How much My Chemical Romance have you heard to know that you hate them and they're awful. They don't get airplay, so unless you go out of your way to listen to it (which I doubt) then it's blind hate. Feel free to hate Good Charlotte...they at least have enough material being played to justify an opinion.

It's a legit enough sport. And not near as offensive as poker, darts, the magic card game, or bass fishing.

Psicosis had two cruiser title reigns...he never had one successful title defenses, The first time he beat Blitzkrieg in a 4 way and jobbed it right out...PISSING ME OFF! I don't know if they ever explained Lenny's title lose. I thought it was "Well fans, there's your cruiserweight champion Psicosis."

I'm glad more people see that this isn't the great movie it's being proclaimed as.

Weekend boxoffice report Dec 31 - Jan 2
Youth N Asia replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
Yeah, that was Cape Fear. His movies don't do as well as the weight his names carries. -
Black Hawk Down, 2nd viewing 10 out of 10 Just replaced Full Metal Jacket as my favorite war movie (although I still put it behind HBO's Band of Brothers mini series). It takes 30 minutes to set everything up, then it's all action for another 100 minutes or so. Awesome movie.

The harfcore title change hands millions of times at house shows...but always with the guy having it before the show leaving with it

I think most people refer to it as "Maven's generic tough enough theme"

Which former WCW really benefited from going to
Youth N Asia replied to MikeJordan23's topic in General Wrestling
I think it's done well for Helms. He got a push near the end of WCW...but nobody watched. As soon as he hit with The Hurricane he got huge face pops and got over, even though he was a heel. Sure he's burried in the midcard, but a big fan favorite with good merch sales I imagine. -
I just ordered 8 ROH shows

Nicknames for wrestlers that you came up with
Youth N Asia replied to Steve J. Rogers's topic in General Wrestling
When Taker was going through his biker phase he got dubbed "Dead Nigga Walking" in my house...and I ran it past a black guy at work and he loved it, so it's okay. And of course "Meth Party" Jeff Hardy -
Master and Commander: The Far Side of the World 8 out of 10 Liked it much better than I thought I would. Not much action, but it doesn't drag.

Emo sucks, every band sucks unless only me and 2 other people have every heard of them. Err, I mean...I like a good chunk of the stuff that's considered "emo" or "screamo." Although I hate that every type of music is labled right now, just makes it easy for people who don't know much about it to lop it into one group and proclaim they hate it all. Now I'm going to run to the bathroom and cry myself to sleep on the crapper...that's what people who like Jimmy Eat World do.
