It ain't ECW without Mikey Whipwreck. If it's going to be ECW...then get guys that are ECW, not just guys who used to be there and are now under WWE contract.

Josh Abercrombie and are Breyer Wellington Michigan workers. Breyer's a cruiser, pretty solid in the ring but he doesn't stand out.. I haven't seen enough of Josh, I've only seen a few of his matches, not overly impressed. edited for butchering of the english language

Chappelle's Show season 2 DVD info
Youth N Asia replied to Youth N Asia's topic in Television & Film
I think I laughed harded with Wayne when he yelled out "Riverside, mothaf*cka!" That episode is going to be great uncensored. -
from dvdtalk.com http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/newsitem.cfm?NewsID=2538 2 weeks ago we published our news story bringing you more details of the DVDs for Chappelle's Show - Season 2 Uncensored. Now we have the final details in from Paramount Home Entertainment. The Feb. 8th release will be on 3 discs, as we mentioned, containing 13 episodes (it looks like the 3 special eps that ended the season - two "best of" clip shows and a "music jump-off" show - are not included) and running 275 minutes (that's a change from Paramount over the previous time given, which had said 308). In addition to the main first-run episodes from that season, we have a nice list of extras: * Audio commentaries by Dave Chappelle and series co-creator Neal Brennan * Two unaired Charlie Murphy Hollywood Stories * The Rick James extended interview * Extra stand-up from Dave Chappelle * Over 1 hour of bloopers and deleted scenes Video is full screen format. Dolby Digital English Stereo and closed captioning for the hearing-impaired are the language-related options. Estimated street price is around $30 in the USA, according to Paramount, and Amazon agrees with that general range per their pre-order listing selling at $27.29 if you order now. Here's another look at the box and discs:

a) Who thought Charlie was dead? -Yeah, I thought he was done for. Figured they've had it too easy lately and they'd kill off one of the more likeable characters. Although the fact that one of them was murdered would have made the show a little harder to get into the comic moments. b) Who thought Sawyer was going to fuck Sayid up? -Nah, he's in line for a face turn...although I thought he was going to boast more about being the bigger man to Sayid. c) Where has the Asian couple been for the last few weeks? -I don't know if they just couldn't get every actor to commit to every show, or if they just film the storylines they need. Either way it would be ok to at least see them in the background, let us know they're there. d) Do you get the impession that Locke is actually getting lucky, rather than actually knows what he's doing? -Nah. I think he's had a lot of time to think in his chair and study up on the traits he'd normally be doing if he wasn't in the chair. e) What do you think the metal thing that they encountered is? -Al Capone...or an underground shelter that the "other people" use for their own...whatever

I think people wouldn't mind as many ppvs if they'd build the matches better. Seems like they try and sell 2 or 3 matches from ppv to ppv, then the rest are just thrown together. Seems like most of them are made the show before the ppv. Also $35????? waaaaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy too much. I haven't ordered a ppv since Mania 19...and I used to get them all the time

Non-spoiler Smackdown and Velocity listings
Youth N Asia replied to JoeDirt's topic in The WWE Folder
Exactly...it's pretty much the same few workers, with the matches SLIGHTLY shuffled. -
I was thinking of the Mike Sanders piece too. I think he ended up beating Crowbar or Dave Flair in his first match, he used JJ's guitar. So backstage Daffney attacks him, he gets up later and Jarrett gives him a guitar shot, he gets up later again and Kanyon nails him with a Kanyon cutter...great stuff One of the few FEW bright spots from that era.

Charlie should have died and haunted Jack for the rest of the series. Seriously though, it's kind of a cop out to bring him back and give Jack his redemption and whatnot...but I'm glad he's still on the show.

Do not deny the greatness of Christmas Vacation.
Youth N Asia replied to The Mandarin's topic in Television & Film
"And when Santa squeezes his fat white ass down that chimney tonight, he's gonna find the jolliest bunch of assholes this side of the nuthouse." Good times! While I'm all for It's a Wonderful Life, and watch both movies every year. I still gotta put Christmas Vacation as my favorite. -

Another Smackdown where there is not a single thing I care to see...this is happening every week now. -
"1985" by Bowling for Soup is awful...it's like the wrote it directly for VH1. "Lady" by Lenny Kravits (sp) is very bad as well...first I thought it was just an awful song for a dumb commercial...then I actually heard it get radio play. It couldn't be any more generic.

Do not deny the greatness of Christmas Vacation.

"Hey Griswald, where are you gonna put a tree that big?" "Bend over and I'll show ya." And the classic... "SHITTER'S FULL!" Best Christmas movie ever -
From aintitcoolnews.com According to Tuesday morning?s trade papers, Craig Kilborn?s replacement as host of CBS? ?Late Late Show? is another Craig, Craig Ferguson, the Scottish actor who played the boss on ?The Drew Carey Show.? It?s news because everyone?s been saying for months that former ?The State? player and ?Ed? regular Michael Ian Black was odds-on favorite for the job. Ferguson gets his name in the title on Jan. 3. ---------------------------- I liked Kilborn in small doses, I couldn't put up with him for any serious length of time. I got tired of his show pretty quick and stopped watching. Ferguson filled in pretty well the couple times I watched...and I would take death over knowing Michael Ian Black had an hour of tv every weeknight.

I would go local with Halo Burger...but with the ones on the list I would go with BK...I can't stand Hardee's, and McDonalds is just nasty and gives the worst service ever.

Ignoring them completly will get rid of them quicker than suing them. Vince shouldn't get them the free press. I want to really like TNA, but with the exceptions of a few workers I could care less about the promotion.

Cabin Fever wasn't 2004 was it? And that movie was almost good do due dumb comedy. "What are you going to do with that rifle?" "Go shoot squirles." "Why?" "...cause they're gay."
-
Why is this even really an issue? It's just the thing to do when you're not #1...piss #1 off. Although TNA is way behind WWE in any way ECW or WCW was behind the WWF.

Resident Evil: Apocalype...for a dumbass movie I could almost put up with it, but the longer it ran the stupider it got and got and got... Anchorman had a boring first half, but then got very funny for me. And gangwars, bridge scene, and Stephen Colbert's (sp) scene stealing was enough for me to like it as a whole.

I need to see the Timer Haters again...I've only seen that once. -
Shane Douglas making dumb faces and acting scared around guys like Petey is half the reason I watch IMpact, it's great
