Oh I'm brutal, I procrastinate about EVERYTHING and then end up half-assing it. I can't remember the last thing I didn't procrastinate on. Even with this thread I seriously though "ehhh I'll reply later".

Up until a few months ago I couldnt swallow a pill for the life of me and I still struggle with it. Just practice and practice, take one huge gulp of water, swallow it, put the pill on your tounge, take another large gulp of water, and swallow it down. Takes alot of time to master, good luck.
