Alot of this comes off as sour grapes, and I apologize. Its just been a frustrating time to be a Phillies fan.

The ball wasn't stuck. It got jammed. It was in plain sight. A two year old could've gotten the ball out. On another note, along with the Fire Bowa campaign, I propose a Free Chase Utley campaign. If David Bell can't field a ground ball properly, he has no use on a major league ballclub.

Hopefully the Phillies pull this out and we don't have to deal with it.

I'm going to start trying the Earl Weaver lineup strategy. Basically, on road games you place a hitter in place of your weak-hitting starter at the top of your lineup. In this case, David Bell. The pinch-hitter hits in the top of the first, and then Bell come in. For example, here's a lineup I might use...... 3B Jason Michaels RF Bobby Abreu LF Pat Burrell 1B Jim Thome C Mike Lieberthal SS Jimmy Rollins 2B Placido Polanco CF Marlon Byrd P (pitcher) And then after the top of the first, Bell comes in for Michaels. With 7 bench players, I can get away with it.

Usually between 50-60% stamina.

Philly fans show support for forward thinking, sabermetric concepts towards bullpen usage with "We want Wagner!" chants.

If Anglesault thinks being a Yankees fan is bad, he should try being a Phillies fan. David Bells throws the third out into the stands, and the Marlins follow up with five runs.

I hate the Marlins.

Shit. Game tied at 5. Check their runs scored/runs allowed. They're the biggest overachievers in baseball.
