JR Smith is a dumbass. Every team is going to be gunning for his dumb ass next year, if he ever gets off the bench. What is going through the Atlanta Hawk's management’s heads? They gave up a sold player for potentially nothing of any value, depending on how that draft pick turns out. I know they have wanted to dump Harrington for quite a while but this move seems pretty terrible. They could have at least tried sending him to Seattle for Wilcox. Atlanta had the potential to contend for a playoff spot next season, if they had a good summer. Apparently they aren’t trying to win.

Damn...I've been waiting for someone to start a league for a couple of weeks now and ended up missing out on it.

When Team USA lost in the past, it was because of a team as a whole defeating them. It wasn't just by one individual player scoring a ton of points against them. I see no place for Bruce Bowen on the team, ever. We just need guys that can knock down a shot and can play defense and offense as a team.

My team is sad. I've only won 4 times during the entire season.

If it's possible I'd like to not keep any keepers this year and just have 3 picks in the Madness Round. I really don't like the guys that my team is based around because they play more like guards than forwards. I'd like to just start from scratch if that's ok.

God Damn it I think I lost in the first round of the playoffs because of a fucking yahoo techincality. I thought I beat White Tigers because the logical thought would be to think the team with the higher season winning percentage would win the tie breaker because thats what all the work during the regular season is for. Nope. I looked up the tie breakers and here they are in order Most team points scored. Most team rebounds. Highest team field goal percentage. Highest team free throw percentage. Fewest team turnovers. Most team 3-point shots made. Most team assists. Most team steals. Most team blocked shots. Random "coin flip." So I take the typical Minnesota first round exit from the playoffs. White Tigers clearly does have a better team then me because I've been ravaged by injuries the past week with Ford, Brezec, Randolph, and Rashard Lewis all missing time. Fucking Tie. I'm still mildly drunk from wrestlemania so i'm going to stop raving now. Good Luck to White Tigers in the next round.

I never got a pm. I would have a voted no to it but that really doesn't matter anymore. It's just going to make like hell for the commish next year. All the people being kept should be worth a damn so it would just be equivalent to drafting those guys as your first four picks. Usually when a person is kept that means there draft stock would have significantly increased from the previous year. A 12th rounder this year isn't equivalent to a 12th rounder next year. With this rule it actually discourages people to keep a player they drafted in the first round unless they were absolute dynamite for them. Some people just like making life complicated I guess.

Here's some advice from someone who has worked retail all the way through college and is just about to quit in the next 2 months and get a real job.... Get out of retail. It's a dead end job and it pays nothing. Your best course of action is to look for a new job. You might like it at Gamecrazy but you're basically done there. When the new manager started working there and started brining employees with that he's worked with in the past, that's a sign that he wants a different staff of his choosing. A tactic managers use to get rid of employees when they have no grounds for firing them is to drastically cut the employees hours so that the employee will get pissed of and quit. Another tactic most managers use is they avoid confrontation. Typically they are afraid to actually tell someone they don't want them working there anymore. Whenever they are questioned by an employee they are trying to get rid of they will always play it off and say things like they understand or their hands are tied. Whenever you are working retail in a place that employees a small number of people, never ever tell them you are going to quit if you don't get more hours or if you don't get what you want. Managers don't care. Once you tell them you are even pondering the idea of quitting expect to get nothing in the way of help from that manager ever again. Expect to get more hours cut because at that point they are probably in the process of hiring someone new because they don't like surprises. Any manager I've ever worked with or dealt with in any retail store have been some of the dumbest people I've ever encountered in my life. There job takes no skill and most of the time that manager only has that job because he out lasted everyone else. The truth is most managers know nothing about actual business and human relations. They are merely the oldest person working in the store. If I were you I wouldn't definitely look into trying to find a more substantial job somewhere and then look in to taking some kind of classes.

The Vikings should just try and trade Culpepper for an early first round draft pick and draft Jay Cutler from Vanderbilt. All of the teams that are set to draft from spots 4 through 9, (Jets, Packers, Raiders, 49ers, Bills, and Lions), could use a quarterback. And all excluding the 49ers could potentially draft a QB. Cutler definitely wouldn't be around at the number 17 spot where the Vikings draft pick is. Minnesota could probably be able to pull off a deal sending him to the Jets for the 4th pick and trade them the Vikings 17th pick and Culpepper.

Do you realize every trade you just mentioned there is completely retarded? Why would Houston trade for another big time player like Paul Pierce when they have McGrady already? Logically that doesn't make sense. Why on earth would Denver just send Martin and Lenard to the Lakers for no reason? The trade you just mentioned would have Denver receiving nothing.
