It's good that Tommy got the promotion and I'm happy for him. I can't say I'm sad that the WWE got rid of some of the dead wood they had laying around.

If it's a Keeper League and you can keep up to 3 players I'd probably keep Moss, James, and then Manning. If its not there isn't any reason to keep Manning. He may play towards the end of the season but I have a feeling Trent Green will be more useful then he will be at the end of this season. There always is that crazy thing called Wavier Wires where you pick up guys that are free agents that are playing well...

I'd cut Manning, just for the fact that there really isn't anyone on the Giants for him to pass the ball to. Also he looked like shit in the preseason. Garcia is atleast a veteran, but he isn't much better. He will probably be more consistent then Manning will be pointwise. This IS if Warner somehow loses his job, which won't happen unless he gets hurt. Week 5 NYG plays Dal and Cle plays Pitts Both will be tough games for your QB's, but I think Garcia is the safer bet to keep seeing how as he will be starting week 5 for sure unless he is injured. The bottom line is you better hope that Trent Green doesn't get hurt.

I don't really tune into Raw wanting to hear people swear. It's a wrestling entertainment show. A little swearing and foul language in angles between actual wrestlers is acceptable if it is building up for a feud, but having the contest of the week for the Diva Search to basically be a swearing contest is unacceptable television programming. My guess is that a lot of the people that complained to the WWE were parents and people that just happened to be channel surfing. If other TV programming has to abide by FCC guidelines the WWE has to also. It really has nothing to do with if you're a wrestling fan or not.

That Yokozuna figure looks very good. I agree that Tito should have the white trunks. I remember him best in the white trunks.

The WWE should have apologized for the bad programming in general during the segment. I really don't think the Divas swearing and cursing really put them over anymore. If the Rock can't completely get them over, than foul language certainly won't.

WWE Terrible Idea #3078 $9.95 is insane. As long as you pick wrestlers that face Jericho or RVD you should win every time. I'm sure the WWE will make up the scoring system as it goes, so it will be more like the real show.

Subliminal_Animal should be on that list. Speaking of him, where has he been? I haven't seen him around in a few weeks.

Ichiro hands down. The man is having a brilliant year. Ichiro is 45 hits from having the most hits in a season. The record has stood since 1920. He needs 1.5 hits/game in his last 31 games to get the record. This will be a phenomenal lifetime achievement if he breaks it. Johnson has a 2.71 ERA. That's a very good ERA and all but it isn't the best he's had in his career. In 1999, 2000, 2001, and 2002 Johnson ended the season with lower ERA's then he currently has. I will give him credit for his WHIP being ridiculously low at 0.87 though. Ichiro is the clear-cut choice.

I blame Portland.

I really hope this Randolph/Redd trade doesn't happen for the sake of Michael Redd. He's too sold of a player to warrant being shipped off to the prison of the NBA. Zach Randolph is a good player but his off court issues out weigh what he brings to the table in playing ability. Does Abdur-Rahim still want to be traded off of Portland? If so I could see Portland trying to deal him for Redd. Still it would be bad for Redd's career to head to Portland. As for Alonzo...I don't think its a good idea for him to try and comeback. He's not going to be that good and New Jersey has no chance at getting to the playoffs. He will be putting his physical health at risk for no reason.

I might be in the minority here, but I've got the cd and I think it's pretty good. Its not like I paid money for it though, but it's definitely worthy of being in my CD rotation of things I'm listening to right now. Some of the songs are kind of a let down and just get annoying after awhile, but overall it is a decent cd.

So basically if someone makes KG look bad, KG will punch them in the face. Brilliant strategy.

Awesome I can't wait, I'm a sucker for that crap for some reason. I think I enjoyed San Diego more than Las Vegas. The only redeeming quality Paris had going for it was CT. I'm going to miss seeing Brad get all pissed off at people when he's drunk and then getting locked up in the drunk tank. Hopefully this next season won't be just all sex like Las Vegas because that will grow tiresome.

I'm quite happy the US won. Spain or anyone else cannot complain about officiating because it has been terrible for all teams throughout the Olympics. I was watching the Puerto Rico vs. Italy game earlier and within the first 3 minutes there were already missed traveling calls and 1 cheap foul called. All of the officials are terrible so it's a level playing field. The only reason the Spanish coach is angry is because his team went undefeated in the prelim round then got dispatched immediately from the medal round. He can cry all he wants but thats not going to change his team being eliminated.
