There's no way that Josh Howard is going to be starting Power Forward in the west. He's 6-7. At most he can play SF. Dirk will probably get moved to PF and Erick Dampier should play Center because that is his natural position. If Dampier doesn't start it will be a huge waste of his talent and this entire trade will have had no point.

From what I've seen of Dampier he's a just a typical low post player. He's good but I don't think he can really run the floor and certainly not hit any outside shots. Dallas' offense should look drastically different next year with all of the changes they made. Dallas got the better end of this trade but I think giving up 2 first round picks is a little much. They should have thrown in Stackhouse and kept the draft picks.

I would love to see a war games match between those two teams or just Raw and Smackdown in general. I highly doubt that it will ever happen now that the WWE has the Elimination Chamber. I think we're going to see something involving HBK coming back and interjecting himself into the Kane/Hardy/Lita angle because of what Kane did to Shawn to put him on the shelf.

This is sad news. I actually liked Steiner a lot even though he couldn't wrestle worth a damn anymore. It was always funny during his matches how he would just call everyone 'bitch' and yell 'hah!' after anything he said. My favorite moment in his latest run with the wwe was a tag match he had against Steven Richards and Victoria. Victoria entered the ring against him and he just said, "What are you going to suck my dick?" Classic I'm going to miss those stiff clotheslines...

I've read that Danny Ainge is really trying to get Shareef from Portland. He might use Payton or Fox as possible trade bait for him. Marcus Banks is a decent young guard, but he won't be assisting the Lakers in a championship anytime soon.

I think moving Butler for anyone would be a mistake for the Lakers. If they are going to go after Kidd throw Payton, Fox, and a second round draft pick at them. New Jersey really should bite. Carter wouldn't want to play for New Jersey anyways because at this point they aren't much of a step up in the NBA ladder.
