Bret/Owen, honestly, didn't blow me away. I'd give it a solid ***1/2. Bret v Flair WAS terrific. Easily ****1/2. -=Mike Only fan cams of the hart/flair match exist, right? and it was never acknowledged by the WWF? strange. I'm assuming that I can find it on Kazaa or some other P2P program, yes?

Where are Bret/Owen and the Bret/Flair Ironmans as far as star ratings go? and are they both 60 minutes? Also, I've heard that the Nasty Boys vs. Cactus/payne match is in the ***1/2-**** range. The nasty boys had a **** match? How is that possible?

I've only ever seen one Puro match(Benoit/Sasuke J-cup 94 finals) and I enjoyed it. Now, I'm not sure if this is a stupid question, but shouldn't most smarks flock to Puro because it has what they want? Namely, psychology, better workrate, etc. ?

As I said in another thread, Foley/Taker gets ***** from me because I was there live. the reaction after Foley took the bump off the cage was amazing. When Vince came out to check on him the first thing that crossed my mind was "Oh my god he's dead"
-
In all seriousness: undertaker/Mankind KOTR 98 Why? Because I was there, and when I saw vince come out from the back I thought Foley as dead. That still remains the greatest wrestling moment ever for me.

New Preview: RAW comes to you tonight from the Nutter Center in Dayton, Ohio, fewer than 24 hours after the conclusion of a truly memorable Bad Blood pay-per-view. After a 45-minute marathon in Hell in a Cell, it remains to be seen if the victorious Triple H or vanquished Shawn Michaels will have the constitution to even appear on RAW. World Heavyweight Champion Chris Benoit comes off an impressive win over the monster Kane, who may be looking to take out his frustration on a WWE Superstar in the Nutter Center tonight. Eugene brings his uncanny streak of perfection back to RAW after schooling Jonathan Coachman. Whose finisher might the William Regal disciple imitate tonight? While Matt Hardy consoles Lita following her Fatal Fourway loss, five-time champ Trish Stratus will carry the Women's Championship into Dayton. Victoria will certainly be looking for a chance to reclaim gold after losing her belt -- despite never being pinned herself. And unforgiving General Manager Eric Bischoff will quite likely have a few surprises in store. Find out on Monday Night RAW at 9/8 CT on Spike TV. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Based on that it looks like we're going to have: -A Triple H promo -Kane squashing someone -Eugene in action -Victoria vs. Trish(?) and no mention of Jericho at all or Edge either?
-
nevermind I found some. For those that want to know: Triple H defeats Shawn Michaels Chris Benoit def. Kane Trish Stratus def. Lita, Victoria and Gail Kim (pinning Lita) Randy Orton def. Shelton Benjamin Chris Jericho def. Tyson Tomko La Resistance def. Chris Benoit and Edge (DQ) Eugene def. Coach

quick resutls please? anyone?

After seeing Eddie's match with JBL, and seeing it mentioned along with it, what is it? What are the origins of it? and what is the actual scale? I know it has to do with how much the wrestler bleeds, but that's all I know. I'm also assuming it refers to the Great Muta. Sorry if this should be elsewhere.
-
Dear Vince, Despite the fact that Shawn Michaels will be on my television tonight, and despite the fact that raw is in Montreal, please do not mention, rehash, or refer to as a reference the 97 Montreal screw job. It has been nearly 7 years. Let it die. Sincerly, BHK

I'm sorry.

Can someone explain the circumstances leading up to the Canadian Connection/Two man power trip match? I was watching WWF on and off at the time, and I've seen the all the gold on the line match with Kane and Undertaker, but how did this match come about after that?
-
A motivated X-Pac that knows what he's doing and wants to work can put on a *** match. If that X-Pac comes back, I'd be for it.

there was definitely a point where Lita was attractive. The scene from WWF NY with her in the red underwear comes to mind. However, something happened to her that's put her in the not so attractive column. I don't know what it was, though.

That was great.

the child was the spawn of Mae Young and Mark Henry. Personally, that was all of the rational explanation I needed.

So I've never watched puro before, i've always watched North American Wrestling.(mostly the big three, with some indys and ROH/TNA in there) However, the other day I downloaded Benoit/Sauske from the 94 J-cup finals and became slightly interested, and I'm looking to download/get some of tapes of more matches. I jsut have a couple of quesitons first. 1) What makes puro different from the North American style of wrestling and why is it better to you(if it is)? I could see some differences in the one match I watched but jsut wanted clear answers 2) What are some reccomend/must-have matches? 3) why do puro matches go by dates instead of the card they were on like North American matches?(this is more personal curiosity than anything else, I jsut always wondered) 4) Does the commentary being im Japanese take away from the match at all? the purpose of commentators is to add to the match, obviously if you don't know Japanese they can't. Those are all of the questions I can think of right now. Thanks in advance to anyone who replies.

Are any of the matches *** or above? the DVD is worth getting for the Heenan extras alone.

After it got the god push and won the title, it would have to tag team with Thing from the Addam's Family and win the tag straps to become a double champion.
