I've got an upconverting DVD player and a dvd player in my computer I never use.

I don't know where you got that info from, but the 24 sets should be on sale all week at 19.99. The HBO sets are one-day only on the 24th. I don't know if I should post my source All I heard about was for the 24th. If your BB is anything like mine though, they only had like 3 copies of the most recent 24 and Id be worried about waiting as well as people going for it there because they didnt get it as a gift on Tuesday which would be the worst day to get it (returns and etc). Im going to get up early (7 AM!) and get it and beat the crowd which shouldnt be too bad since its the Sunday before Christmas.

I know its too early to be thinking about WM 23 because the WWE doesn't even know what they're doing yet.

An interesting heads up on Day 5 DVD set..it'll be $19.99 at Best Buy on the 24th (sunday) one day only (along with all the other Days as well as 1/2 off most of the HBO sets). Good deal on Day 5 though, and if you bought it at BB earlier you can take it back and get the difference refunded to you.

Ravens will beat the Steelers again. Itd be awesome if they shutout the Steelers again, but they'll probably at least score a TD this go round. Im also pissed this game isn't in HD like the first meeting.

This was pretty much guaranteed to happen given NBC got the NFL, although I thought VS might have gone after it a bit more. The monday night games will be a dud though.. with no mention of HD Im guessing not in HD at least to start..boo!

Did anyone get the 9th season of the Simpsons today? They put some effort into the set, the Postcards are pretty cool and the box has a pretty cool theme going. and as far as the Simpsons vs Family Guy thing, in TOH XIII where Homer clones himself and then theres multimple Homers, one of the Homers turned into Peter.

Of the 8-6 teams, the Jets have the easiest road to 10-6 (Miami/Oakland).. Jacksonville doesn't really have a prayer with New England and KC. So the horrible thing is, the Ravens very well could end up playing Denver or Cincy in the first round depending on who wins next week (Denver @ Cincy). At least the game would be in Baltimore, and I can tell you right now Id rather have Denver than Cincy. The only reason Denver won that MNF game was because the weather was lousy, and now with Cutler I cant see a Cutler led Denver team coming into baltimore and winning. I cant even see them going into Cincy and winning next week.. Anyway, for one night I can enjoy the fact that the Ravens are the AFC North Champions!

The Ravens are pretty much locked into the 3rd spot for the playoffs now NYJ/Cincy/Jacksonville/Denver all at 8-6 Buffalo/Pittsburgh/Tennessee/KC all at 7-7 Odds are the two teams will come out of the 8-6 pool.. Honestly, Im hoping Jacksonville ends up the #6 seed.
