You dont find it funny that she's using facts obtained from an article in the New York Times (same article I linked to) to attack Obama? 99% of the time its the other way around.

I guess its absurd that Palin could use the New York Times against the Democrats. How dare she do that, maybe she should stick to reading the Anchorage Daily News and Good Housekeeping.

It has absolutely nothing to do with that. It goes towards Obama's judgment (or lack thereof), especially of character of the people he associates with. If he can associate himself with people like Ayers/Wright for 20+ years and not realize that something isn't quite right about them in one way or another, then who is to say that he won't associate himself with people of even shadier character in the future? These are the kinds of things McCain should be getting out anyway he can. Of course, Obama has threatened the media from allowing people to talk about such events in his past (WGN and Stanley Kurtz, who wrote a book detailing the association between Obama and Ayers) which shows there must be something he has to hide or else it wouldn't be a big deal to let them talk about it.

Theres a difference between "interacting with radicals" and "working with them to support Terroristic groups like ACORN and heading their $50 million foundation". I dare say that if the Media could dig up a William Ayers/Rev. Wright type person in McCain's or Palin's past that they would outright be crucified by the media for associating for such a person. Of course, with Obama when anyone challenges his associations with people of iffy character he either brushes off the association as not important to the election or use his "thats not the (person's name) that I know" line.

I wonder if they'd somehow want a rematch...that'd be interesting.

American Carol had its ups and downs, but it wasn't terrible. The number of cameos in alone was interesting: Paris Hilton, Gary Coleman, Simon Rex, David Allan Grier, John O'Hurley ("See that waiter over there..he had a bit part on Seinfeld"). I kept on hearing about how funny the Terrorist Training Video part was, and it was ripped off directly from the Onion Movie. The better video was Rosie Odonnel's Radical Christian Terrorists video ("LOOK OUT, ITS THOSE CHRISTIANS!"), too bad they couldnt get her to play herself..

I think its all too convenient that the Congressional Black Caucus members doesn't vote for it, and then Obama has to come and call Elijah Cummings (Representive of MD on the Black Caucus) and promise to both him and other members that if they vote yes this time around that he would "revisit bankruptcy laws to give judges more leeway to restructure residential mortgage payments when threatened with foreclosure" (source). Why didn't Obama call him before the first vote and make that same promise when he knew they wouldnt vote for it in the House the first time? Im straight out convinced the Democrats wanted this bill to go to the Senate so they could tack on the tons of extra pork that the House Bill didn't have and also pressure the House to vote for the newly modified bill "or else".

Bucknor's incompetence is well known by now. I'm really surprised it's tolerated. Is it me or does Buck Martinez have obvious bags under his eyes. He does these late games and then does XM's morning MLB show at 6am ET. Can't keep burning the candle at both ends. Buck also did a lot of Os games on MASN. I dont know how he finds all the time.

I got a year free of Showtime thanks to directv and this whole week Ive been watching the EliteXC stuff and at 1:30 if I can stay up, Kimbo Slice's first bout from last year is on but I'll watch tomorrow night definitely.
