I skimmed through the new issue of Rolling Stone out of boredom, and I don't know what's funnier: That they still think Marilyn Manson is still relevent, or that they think the Sex Pistols are still relevent.

Out of all the fandoms on the internet, the Harry Potter fandom is the one that disturbs me the most. I can see lonely fat male perverts embracing furry, or annoying girls embracing the worst aspects of anime. The fact that these lonely housewives not only fantasize over something meant for kids and young adults (nothing new for middle aged losers though), but the fact that the characters are fourteen years old, and imagining them have sex with each other (or with adults). The whole things a Freudian nightmare. If I wanted to, I'd do a psychoanalytic look at these fucked up individuals. Things like this are why I could never consider myself a part of any fandom. It's well known that I love horror. I also love the show "The Shield", but I could never consider myself a part of a Shield fandom, because if I was, then someone would end of showing me stories about Aceveda and Dutch fucking one another. Hell, the fact that there's Venture Bros. porn (and the fact that I actually know this) depresses me. The internet has become the ultimate outlet for perverts who love certain bands/books/movies/shows/etc. to let us know things we shouldn't have to know about them, or what they are turned on by. That out of the way, it does amuse me to see some of these people treating this stuff like it's legitimate literature. Um, no it isn't. It's fanporn, and nothing more. You people aren't Stephen King or Charles Dickens or Ambrose Bierce. Hell, you aren't even that kid who wrote "Eragon." You are middle aged housewives with nothing better to do than jill off to underage fictional characters.

May 29th, 2007: Leena's reign of terror ends. I'm suprised this happened, to be honest. Sure, she's been banned before (and will probably return) but I'm suprised she lasted this long. She was a pain in the ass, and nobody but Matt Young liked her. She was a female version of MikeSC, only occasionaly funny, and also prone to start arguments. She also was incredibly insecure, with no known "friends" outside of myspace and this forum (some poeple actually liked her...God knows why.) She posted pictures of shit in WP threads, which was still less upsetting than WP. She pissed off Carlito Brigante, which was always funny. And now she's gone. I personally won't miss her. I stopped caring about her a long time ago. I did defend her once, but that was just to get to Oblivious Heel (who was that anyways?) So anything about her stopped interesting me. So yeah, good riddence, or good bye, I guess.
