I'm a project manager/estimator for a company that builds overhead sign structures and breakaway sign posts. I have to deal with state DOTs, contractors and inflating steel prices daily. Hopfully I'll get to travel and visit customers soon because I'm getting tired of sitting in my office for 8 to 9 hours a day.

What was the deal with Karamo last night feeling the need to constantly remind everyone that he's gay, but he's not like Willie. No shit he's not like Willie. The only entertaining part about last night's episode was watching Random, Curly Haired, White Dude #1 and #2 try to sneak a peek at Willie and his guy. Judging from the previews for next week, Karamo and MJ have a go. The previews tried to make it look like MJ was the instigator, but I would think something happened to MJ to make him that mad.

I liked his OVW character as well. He was always entertaining when he would do commentary during Jersey Shore Crew matches.

TheForce.net says the audio flipping was intentional. Lucasfilm Addresses DVD Sound Issues Mon, Sep 20, 04 08:23:05 PM EDT Yesterday, Neil Bulk first reported to us he felt the film score rear channels were reversed on his new copy of the Star Wars Episode IV DVD. He said he double-checked his wiring but was sure the effects where right, but the music was reversed. Today, Thedigitalbits.com reported in detail about this, also saying the rear film score channels were reversed. Prior to publishing this, we asked Lucasfilm for a statement on it. We just received it: We are always impressed with how closely fans listen to the many different sound mixes we have made for the Star Wars movies over the years. It is flattering to know that, indeed, the audience is listening. Consequently, each mix comes out differently and any changes that you hear on the all-new Dolby Digital 5.1 Surround EX tracks on the Star Wars Trilogy DVD set are deliberate creative decisions. We can confirm that there are no technical glitches as has been reported. If the channels are indeed reversed, this is a very curious creative decision. As everybody heads out starting tonight to get their DVDs, it remains to be seen if they agree with these particular creative decisions or not. We're anxious to hear from readers when you do get a chance to check it out in your own homes.

I haven't watched OVW since the end of July where Kenny Bolin made the announcment that "Mean Gene" Mondo was coming, which would explain why I've never seen him. -

Does he wrestle under that name in OVW? I don't think I've ever seen him on t.v. -
I think the rule stemmed from San Francisco season. Mohammad was never there. He was always hanging around with his friends or with his band or whatever, so it was a way to keep them all in the house. If I'm not mistaking, the no TV rule came from London because all those people did was sit around and watch TV.

I'm pretty sure I saw him with the cane right before the argument about who gets to eat breakfast.

Apple AAC isn't the only type that works with the player. You can put other types of audio on an iPod, like mp3s. The only time I use iTunes as a source of music is when they have good pre-release downloads or exclusives I want.

I didn't like San Diego at the beginning, but it eventually turned into one of my favorite seasons. The other six are going to have to balance out my dislike for Sarah to keep me watching, though.
-
I originally thought Sarah = Brynn 2004. I'd like to fix my equation. Sarah = Brynn + Trishelle. And putting MJ and Landon in the confessional together was a stupid throwback to The Colin & Matt Show from the Hawaii season.

I'm pretty sure driving laws vary from state to state. In Kentucky, when you are 16 you must pass a written exam to receive your learner's permit. This allows you to drive with a licensed driver over 21 in the vehicle. After you've had your permit for 6 months, you take a driving test and if you make an 80 or better (I think) you can drive by yourself.

In Louisville, the UPN affiliate shows one episode at 7pm. Lately the episodes have spanned from 1999 to 2002, though some from season 7 have popped up here and there.

I've used MusicMatch to rip and transfer and it sucked. EphPod is third party software that will let you make playlists and upload songs. I was against getting iTunes when I got my iPod, but I finally gave in and it was worth it. It is easier to sync you mp3 collection with your iPod and I like it better than Winamp, MusicMatch and RealOne Player.

I'll second the "hell yes". I've been nothing but satisfied with mine. I've got a 40 gb model and it isn't even half full right now. I've got tons of bootlegs to get in there, but I suspect even then it won't be full. Plus there are many third party programs that allow you to put your calendar, news, weather, contacts, etc. on it.

No, Michaels spontaneously combusted, Orton had to sub in I laughed out loud at that.

I am SHOCKED! Shocked, I say!

That wasn't excessive, what with the red carpet, cake, confetti and streamers.

I got into wrestling around 1990 and it was all WWF. I slowly got into WCW in 1991. Then I found GWF and SMW and watched both until they went under. I had access to USWA every Saturday morning, but I rarely watched.

He won three of his four Gand Slams this year. I think we'll be having "Best Ever" discussions much sooner than later. That match yesterday was one of the most dominating performances I've ever seen. Hewitt, who is the 4th ranked player in the world, had no answers for anything Federer threw at him. He made everything look so easy. Federer's ground stokes were impressive and I believe I heard Enberg say he won all but three points where he went to the net. Federer made it obvious this season that he is the man to beat. It is all about the flash. Go back to Sampras/Agassi. Sampras won Grand Slam after Grand Slam (except the French). Agassi got all the attention because he wore black on the court or shaved his head or whatever. Hell, I'm the first to admit that I like Agassi better than Sampras because of the flash factor. Yeah, Sampras was amazingly good, but Agassi had that extra element that made you want to watch and see what would happen next.

Hewitt just dropped the first set to Federer 6-0, making it the first set he's lost all tournament. Hewitt just looks lost out there. Both of their previous Grand Slam meetings this year have gone 4 sets and have had a 6-0 set (both won by Federer). However Hewitt just has this vibe right now that he has no idea about what is going on.
-
Federer and Hewitt will meet in the final tomorrow. Hewitt still has not dropped a set in the Open. Federer made pretty easy work of Henman. Should be a great match tomorrow.

That's the best news I've heard out of that company in a long time. Eisner lost his magic touch years ago and it is high time he move on.
-
Davenport just got bounced in three sets. That leaves Jennifer Capriati as the last American in the US Open on either side.
