Ryan Adams, Louisville, April 11 - Second time seeing him and he played a great set and despite problems with equipment, he put on a great show. Tantric, Louisville, Jan. 29 - This was a tsunami benefit at a local bar and it was just Hugo and the guitar player doing an unplugged set. I love acoustic versions of songs and this was a fun, but short set. The Loft, Louisville, March 11 & Aug. 5 - There is no such thing as a bad The Loft show and these were no different.

Doane plays Randy Orton better than Randy Orton.

That is one of the dumbest things I have ever heard. There is nothing wrong with Ken Doane's character in OVW. He's got a good deal of charisma and he's a very good wrestler. He, along with CM Punk and Brent Albright, are the main reasons I started watching OVW again.

That was the match that made me a CM Punk fan and got me watching (or at least taping) OVW on a regular basis again. Throwing in random people kind of dilutes the rivalry. Why should I care about Chris Cage other than he turned on the face champion? I never saw Leviathan in OVW. It really is insane how over the Boogeyman is.

CM Punk vs. Brent Albright from OVW TV 12/17/05 http://files.filefront.com/OVW___CM_Punk_v...;/fileinfo.html

I will have it up in the morning. Mark Henry was surprisingly good on the mic. That was probably the most interested I've ever been in Mark Henry. The tag match did nothing for me. I don't know what the point of that was. And yes, the Boogeyman is scary over. I think it's best not to think about it because if you try to make sense of it, your nose will start to bleed. I've watched Punk vs. Albright three times and I can't decide if I liked it better than the three way dance. I called the 3WD and easy **** match. I think I'm just going to have to give both matches **** 1/2. The 3WD was entertaining start to finish, had 3-4 memorable spots and was just flat out good. It was a touch overbooked with Doane interfering twice after he was eliminated. Punk/Albright was the best straight up wrestling match I've seen in a long time. I could have done without Sosay and Maria coming out for no apparent reason. The finish and the women fighting for no reason keeps it from *****, but the "overtime" and Punk's interview made up for those two things. I could be remembering this wrong, but didn't Albright beat Punk in their first meeting back in October? What is with Cage turning? How much more do the odds need to be stacked against Cappotelli? And it is impossible to explain the overness of the Boogeyman.

Here is the file with (hopefully) full audio. http://files.filefront.com/PunkvsAlbrightv...;/fileinfo.html I don't know why it is so big. I know very little about video capping. I just set my software on high quality and let it run, so there you go.

No shit? Let me check it out and if I notice any problems I'll try to fix them over the weekend. On edit: Audio does drop out after 8:30 or so. It seems like the finish is in tact, though. Either way, I'll look into it and repost a better file. Sorry. Second edit: The audio on the complete capture drops at the 8:30 mark. I don't know what the problem is, but I'll recap it this weekend. Again, sorry for the shoddy file.

House key, parent's house key, fiance's apartment key, office key, key to a place I worked in high school (last check, it still worked), about 3 keys that I don't know what they go to, my Blazer key, my Escape key, my Escape remote unlock thing, nail clippers, and a bottle opener that use to say Pi Kappa Alpha, but that has long since rubbed off. Oh, and my Kroger Plus card.

CM Punk vs. Brent Albright vs. Ken Doane for the OVW TV Title. Originally aired December 3, 2005. New link for correct file coming in a few hours....

I've got the Punk/Doane/Albright 3-Way-Dance on my computer now. If anybody has a way to share it, I'd be happy to set it up. The file is roughly 600MB, so it is too big for Rapidshare or Megaupload. On edit: I've got it uploading on File Front. If anybody has better places to store a file that big, I'm more than willing to listen.

Sting vs. Nikita Koloff at Clash 15. Sting gets his ass kicked the whole match. The one bit of offence Sting gets in, a tombstone piledriver, gets no-sold. Stings gets a roll-up for the win when Koloff misses the Russian Sickle. In my eyes, that match made Koloff look like a complete badass and somebody Sting should watch out for.

That is absurd. They haven't done jack shit to deserve to be ranked that high. I expect them to be exposed as soon as conference play starts. While I think Louisville will beat them, I don't expect them to be 7-7 when SEC play starts. My expectations are low, but they aren't that low. I also agree that UK doesn't need to be in the Top 25.

Kentucky couldn't hit the ocean today. Nobody looked like they wanted to be there. Welcome back Ten-loss Tubby. I'm picking Louisville next weekend. There is no reason for the Cards not to win by at least 20, even at Rupp.

I've got Dazzle Digital Video Creator 80, but I don't have the software to use with the thing. I've searched everywhere for it. Pinnacle Systems makes you register your product before you can use it and I don't have any of the registration stuff. Anybody got any ideas?

I had always heard that Jim Cornette came up with the Goldust character. I don't know if that is true or not.

Outstanding three-way dance. Easy 4 star match. I'm going to try to upload this sometime in the next few weeks for anybody who wants to see it. I wish somebody would explain to me how the Boogeyman is over. I don't get it.

It's going to be a long fucking season. Maybe UK is having a slow start like last year. Maybe they will do something come March, but right now I don't have a lot of faith, especially with Indiana and Louisville coming in the next two weeks.

Up until yesterday, I've been able to download with Bit Torrent. Yesterday, everything I tried was met with an error message saying "Problem connecting to tracker - urlopen no host given." Is there anything that would have caused this?

Coral. Thankfully there are no cast members from Austin. That season was almost as bad as Las Vegas. For some reason, I watched every episode of Austin but gave up on Las Vegas rather quickly. What a waste of time. It's always good to see Katie. As an added bonus, Ibis is back. I love looking at that bitch. I think I like the new rules. The internal Gauntlet makes for a lot more competition and drama. Did they bring in boxing gloves so people can fight without getting thrown off the show?

Decent OVW show last night. Jeter vs. Chris Cage was pretty good. The Tag Title match with Chet the Jet and Seth Skyfire beating The Riggs Brothers didn't do anything for me. I was not impressed by either of those teams. Cappotelli vs. Aaron Stevens was good. The problem I see with Cappotelli is that they booked him so well with Jeter, I don't know what they would do to top that. The Jeter/Cappotelli feud doesn't look to be over, though. I would like to know what they are thinking by involving Mark Henry in the feud. That does not make any sense to me. They promoted a Triple Treat Match for next week with CM Punk defending the TV Title against Ken Doane and Brent Albright. The package they put together was pretty good. I'm definately looking forward to that match.

How would that be breaking kayfabe?

Kenny Bolin is best suited to be a manager in a local promotion. He serves his purpose in OVW, but he does not need to be in a WWE ring. I agree with you on Punk and Albright. I've not seen enough of Aaron Stevens to really have an opinion. Phoenix looked good when she was with the Troubleshooters, so I can see her getting called up. Mondo doesn't do anything for me. Matt Cappotelli and Johnny Jeter are good examples of booking in OVW vs WWE. Heyman has done his job of making me care about them. Their feud was very well booked. The problem is, I have no confidence in the WWE creative team to make me care about them should they get called up. I can see Punk and Albright getting over. Phoenix probably would. Jeter and Cappotelli would probably be overlooked andjust be generic wresters stuck on Velocity or Heat. If they don't get over, sending them back to OVW won't help. They will be booked better again and should they get another call up, they will likely flop again and in the eyes of the WWE creative team, it will be Cappotelli and Jeter's fault that they can't get over on the big stage. I also like the idea of doing a weekly feature on OVW and Deep South on RAW and Smackdown.

Well no shit. Put UK and Florida against some BE bottom feeders and the SEC teams would obviously win. Let me just put this out there: I hate Duke and JJ Reddick is a sloppy, throbbing vagina. He comes from a long line of bitchy, whiney Duke players like Christian Laettner. Fuck them.

I was lurking on the rivals.com forums, a.k.a. where all idiot UK and Louisville fans post on the Internet, and some UK fan posted that the pitiful SEC leads the mighty Big East 2-1 in head to head competition.
