If all of the reports are true about this kid racking up speeding tickets at a rate where he is on a first name basis with the Highway Patrol it might take some OJ level defending to keep him out of the slammer. It sounds like he probably needs a little hard time to straighten him out in all honesty. (Too bad the Boss Man is dead).

That is the way I would go with it. Punk being unable to beat Morrison could lay the groundwork for the heel turn. If he does not win the title Punk's face character is shot for a long while anyway. Say RVD returns and wins the title in October. You can have him defend the belt against the flavor of the month for the next 4 months (Morrison, Big Daddy V, Cor Von, Burke - in that order). Then lead in to Punk - RVD at Mania. I would keep Punk and RVD apart until the build for Mania. Have Punk turn heel in late 07 early 08 (because if they are going to keep Punk and RVD apart there is not a lot on the face side of things to keep Punk busy). The straight edge angle with RVD and Punk would be the obvious way to play it. Basically a version of the Punk - Raven feud. I have not read that WWE and RVD have even talked in the past few months so this is all pipe dream on my part. But, if they do not pull the trigger on CM Punk there is no other viable face champion on the ECW roster.

At this point the only way they can justify not giving the title to Punk is if they have a deal set up with RVD and plan to hotshot the belt onto him this Fall. I do not think that there are many buyrates to be had for a CM Punk title win at this point, but there may be some ratings. If Punk goes over tonight they should have the title match next week (extreme rules) and hype it on SD and Raw.

The booking of this PPV seems so odd. I can understand Cena winning because, like it or not, he is the Golden Boy. Punk and Batista are getting into serious Luger territory though and unless they end up winning the titles they are chasing their characters will never be as strong. There has already been damage done.

If he loses on Sunday they best thing they could do for him would be to cut a promo right after the match and say he needs to go "find himself". Then for the next month they could have him filming all of these vignettes of John Morrison "finding himself" which would basically be him spouting his nonsense in strange places like the middle of a desert, an old cemetary, weird looking spots on the next international tour etc. etc. Depending on how much of the envelope they feel like pushing they could imply that Morrison is doing nothing but getting high all over the world. Since these would not be live they could coach him up (so to say) and get some good promos out of him. Then when he comes back in a month he needs to have new gear. I do not want him dressing like he just came out of the early 70s but the gear he is wearing now does not fit.

I am really not that interested in who you are rodgering but if it will somehow validate your manliness than by all means go for it. Amy Z does not just have a potbelly. Her thighs are looking pudgy as well, her face is fat and she has a turkey neck. If there is a shot from the back side I would venture to say there is probably what appears to be a considerable amount of dairy plastered on.

All of you who say that Amy Zidian is not fat: I would love to see the girls you are dating, they must be 2 bills at least. That girl IS fat. Ironic that Booker was upset about leaving SD! when he was originally upset that he was going to SD! Is the rumor still out there that his new contract will include being able to sit in on creative?

I thought the same thing. I would not want be the one to take that, guys are risking becoming part of the sickest botch in pro wrestling history everytime he busts that out.

ECW is the best show going right now. It is simple old school booking that is effective and entertaining. CM Punk wants to be the champ so he is feuding with John Morrison. Stevie Richards upset Thorn twice so Thorn gets mad and jumps Stevie backstage. Boogeyman and Striker feud and Boogey gets the better of him. Striker brings in reinforcements and gets the better of Boogeyman. Boogeyman leaves for a few weeks and then makes his return a few weeks later with a new look. A + B = C

I think Burke is the best seller in the company right now. I think he will have to be moved to another brand to get a push since he has been fed so much to Punk because of roster limitations. A Burke - Matt Hardy US title feud could be really good.

Elijah Burke is one of the top sellers in the company. It seems like almost once a match I am convinced that he has hurt himself legit. Stephanie referred to Punk as "King of the Indies". It was not intended as a compliment.

I think we will find out a lot about CM Punk's spot, or at least the plans for his immediate future, in this tag match tonight.

Having the Miz talk about how much women like him and then having these 3 yaks follow him around everywhere will turn him into a heel before it will get him over as a face. You can hear boos already. If Cor Von came out and pounced him at the end of that segment the pop would have been huge.

You know, I like John Morrison. I think everything about him (besides the mic work) is star quality. That being said, this is just not his time. I think CM Punk is a better choice but if they are not going with him now you have got to wonder what the plan is. Will Morrison hold it until they can get RVD back? A mini Stevie push is a great thing. This is the best he has looked in 10 years.

If Orton wins at Summerslam and then HHH wins at, I do not know, Survivor Series. How long until Cena wins it back? I am figuring Mania. Build up HHH v. Cena as two faces. Cena has never won the Rumble. Might as well get that out of the way.

Look at that promo again brother. Those looked more like hundreds than 45s.

I have no desire to see Randy Orton in the ME at Summerslam. I would rather see Snitsky get the shot.

What was the bump that caused the injury? I saw nothing that looked remotely awkward or severe during the segment. Maybe he tore it doing those overblown trumpet motions in the beginning?

Sandman and Balls look good by proxy because Sabu was in the doghouse 3 months in and Axl Rotten no-showed the first event. (why did those guys have a problem drawing probably the best paychecks of their lives in the twilight of their careers?) I doubt it will last, but I am shocked by the mini push Sandman is getting on Raw.

When Monty signed there were people predicting he would only last 6 months before he flaked out and quit. Got to give it to him for almost lasting twice as long.
