Morrissey's Quiff, did you write that? If so, well done!

I wouldve much rather seen Rey as the heel in this feud. I liked Rey as the creepy little prick heel that he was when in the Filthy Animals. I enjoyed him in that role, and would have rather seen it get tried again. WWE just continues to make more and more mistakes, and this one could possibly ruin Eddy's career. I guess we'll have to wait a couple weeks and see how the crowds react.

It's truly a shame to think TNA could die. Theres no way any of the smaller guys like AJ Styles, Sabin, or Daniels would be allowed to perform to their potential in front of a bigger audience (WWE). You know they can't go out there and make Old-Man Taker look bad. TNA gave them a national stage to showcase their skills on. The best shot they would get would be on Velocity where it seems guys like London, Akio, and Nunzio are allowed to go balls-out, with little to no recognition, with the exception of London's current Cruiserweight tile run.

BigShot, that is one of the most horrible things I have ever seen.

Is there a siginificant difference between Stacker 2 and 3? I took Stacker 3 for a week in the Summer of 2001. I shed 10 pounds that week, but my friends and family said I acted like a complete ass while I was on the pills.

Wrestling Moves you busted out In Real Fights
haws bah gawd replied to I like Forums's topic in General Wrestling
In High School I watched my cousin, (who was doing some goth/biker/punk thing at this point) fight some preps. He got one of the preps off his friend with a SWEET chokeslam. He wasn't a viewer of wrestling or anything so it was just on instinct, but he goozled the guy with one hand, lifted him off the ground by his under-arm with the other hand, and slammed the fuck out of him in the hallway. -
Wrestlers You Thought Would Never Turn Face/Heel

"You can't kiss the man's ass, unless he's wearing your hat!" I thought it was pretty funny at the time. -

Sid Vicious returning to the ring
haws bah gawd replied to LucharesuFan619's topic in General Wrestling
Always liked Sid. He was decent on the mic, when not getting his lines screwed up, and never offended me too much in the ring. It's good to hear of him wrestling again after that god awful leg break fron Sin. -
Wrestlers You Thought Would Never Turn Face/Heel

Is that a kayfabed comment? Not intentionally. I had always read from various sources that Goldberg loved working with kids and chrities, and I figured after he punched-out Hacksaw's cancerous kidneys, kids would be scared to death of him. -
All I remember him ever using after the heel turn was It's My Time (without lyrics), Its My Time (with lyrics) and Time to Play the Game. What was the first show he used Time to Play the Game? I was thinking Royal Rumble 2001, but I could be mistaken.

I use Mega-T, which I get from good ol' Wal-mart. You can feel yourself get energized. Its basically like a caffeine rush. You'll notice yourself peeing quite a bit more than usual, but thats normal. I'd say pick up a box, and stick with 2 pills a day plus 8 cups of water, for a week and see how your results go.

I'm gonna go with A Sting's Crow theme. Im talking about the one he came out to at Starrcade 97 complete with opening monologue and thunder sounds. NEVER has a theme sent chills down my spine like that one. WCW wasn't known for doing a lot right, but that theme fit Sting perfectly, and sent the message that the nWo (namely Hogan) was about to be destroyed. When a man's heart is full of deciet... It burns up, dies... And a dark shadows falls over his soul... From the ashes of a once great man, has risen a curse... A wrong that must be righted... We look to the skies for a vindicator, someone to strike fear into the black heart of the same man who created him... The battle between good, and evil has begun... Against an army of shadows, lies the dark warrior... The prevailer of good... With a voice of silence... And a mission of justice... This......is.......Sting....... Just typing that game me chills. God how I miss Sting. A close second for my all-time favorite is Real American. Nothing pops a crowd like the opening riff of that song. Really makes you feel like a kid again. Since you dont hear these regularly anymore, with the exception of Hogan's current one-month WWE run, my favorite theme now is Batista's. The opening riff and just the overall theme sounds like it fits a monster. Though I still would prefer he make his entrance to ZZ Top's "Sharp Dressed Man". I will give honorable mention to Christian's current theme. I'm not a big fan of Christian, but I do mark for his theme.

I use green tea pills. If you need to get off a little water weight, which can sometimes be as much as 10-12 lbs, taking 2 of these a day along with drinking no less than 8 cups of water will help you piss all that out in about a week.

WWE to show Wrestlemania Battle Royal
haws bah gawd replied to Kurt Angle Mark's topic in The WWE Folder
I like Velocity as well. As long as they continue to give us the obligatory once-a-month Paul London vs Akio match, I am a happy man. I haven't watched Heat in quite a while, unless it was a pre-ppv show, then I watch for the cruiserweight or tag title match that always seems to happen during the preshow. The last time I watched a full episode of Heat was in the Summer of '03 when Tommy Dreamer had a ***+ match against Jimmy Yang (Akio). -
Things that seemingly everyone hated
haws bah gawd replied to Gary Floyd's topic in General Wrestling
I liked the Corporate Ministry as well. They were a fairly huge stable, and had a badass theme. (No Chance In Hell remixed with Undertaker-esque background music) I thought the match with Hogan and Savage vs The Dungeon of Doom and Horseman in the Doomsday cage wasn't too bad. Of course, I haven't seen this since I was 16, so my opinion would probably differ now. I also LOVED Kronik. I've always been a mark for the bigger wrestlers, and been a little less strict on their ring work. Afterall, I don't expect guys like Heidenreich, Show, Brian Adams, etc. to be able to pull off a technical clinic every time they get in the ring. Back to Kronik though, I liked their entrance, and wasn't ever too offended by their ring work. Plus I will always and forever mark for a double chokeslam. -
Wrestlers You Thought Would Never Turn Face/Heel
haws bah gawd replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in General Wrestling
Yea I remember Heidenreich's brief face run on RAW. He kept blabbing on and on about someone named "Little Johnny". Sometimes we were led to believe it could possibly be his son, other times a friend of his, and even a couple times, that it could be the man's penis. I never thought I would live to see the day Hogan turned heel, but it worked, and the crowd hated him with every fiber of their being, except for the nWo marks, who were out 3-to-1 in the crowd of WCW fans. I never bought the Sting heel turn. When he hit Hogan with the bat to win the title, I was just glad to see the title on him. In other mixed WCW logic, if this were just a little over a year earlier, the announcers would've been creaming their pants if Sting used the bat on Hogan. I was diappointed at WCW's decision to turn Goldberg heel. This was a guy that lived and breathed charity work, and working with kids, and they thought it would be a good idea to turn the guy heel. Back on topic, I'll make my pic William Regal. He goes from a pompous jackass in WCW and WWF, to a well-respected face in a mentor role for Eugene. Plus, he seems to be very happy playing a face with the way he plays to the crowds. -
I will back that up 100%. If it weren't for my parents being so supportive and encouraging, I couldn't have stuck with it for this long. My Mom lost nearly 80 lbs, and goes to the weekly support group meetings, so I take the advice from her that she gets from the meetings. I pretty much go through 2 footlong subs from Subway a day. If I get hungry between meals, I have some fat free popcorn, or fat free ice cream. All I wanted to do was get to 200 lbs. I got to 199, and kind of started slacking on my diet, but I don't let my weight exceed 210. I have a problem with my right leg where at my knee cap, my bones are deteriorating, so any high impact exercise is out of the question, though situps and things like that are fine. It was HELL getting myself out of the habit of eating pizzas and fast food, but after only a couple weeks of drinking water, diet soda tasted fine to me. I tried drinking a "real Coke" not too long ago, and it tasted like pancake syrup to me. Franchise 632, that is damned impressive that you lost that much weight that fast. You should definitely be proud of yourself for that one. My ultimate goal is to get to 150, though I don't see myself hitting that anytime in the near future. Nevertheless, I've gone from 40 size jeans to 32, and from an XXL shirt to a L, so I am quite pleased with myself.

Didn't he cut a promo on Brock one night and say something on the lines of "Your move is the F-5.........mine is the F-U!" ?

Edge just thinks this entire thing is a big joke. First he cheats around on his first wife, than he cheats around on his second wife, it won't be long until he dumps Lita, if they are still going together. I dont want to turn this into another Matt/Lita/Edge thread, God knows we've had plenty of those. However, one thing I have been wondering is if Edge would cheat on his first wife, then his second wife after only a few months, what makes Lita think he will be loyal to her? Maybe she doesn't care?
-
I have a friend that does that to me all the time.

So now Edge is going to act all badass like he wants to fight Matt. Edge turns more into a prick by the hour, it seems. I'd hate to see Kevin Fertig get let go. I think Mordecai could've eventually become a good character if they hadn't given up on him so fast. I wonder what the "exclamation point" was?
-
The way they have the move animated on the Smackdown games looks pretty good. The character gets pretty good height, and he drops them more in front of him, and falls to his knees, making it look a lot more forceful.
-
Anyone else think he may get destroyed by Shelton Benjamin at Backlash? I can see them doing with him what they did to Maven a few months back against Benjamin, just to piss him off.

I liked Bedazzled. As far as I'm concerned, that's Brendan Frasier's greatest work. Other movies I like that I hear more bad than good about: Problem Child 2 The Stupids Alien vs Predator Darkness Falls
