They're disappointed, why exactly? What did they expect with the card they presented? Some of the matches came off far better than they had any right to be, but on paper it looked like shit.

Wasn't Steiner suffering from some extreme problems with his foot during his WWE run that has since been corrected? I know that doesn't account for the shitty quality of his matches, but maybe, he has gained a step or two since taking the past 2 years out of the spotlight. As long as he can go for about 10 minutes without being completely blown up (see vs HHH at Royal Rumble 2003) he should be decent enough.

The Benoit vs JBL cage match is terribly overrated. It honestly didn't do anything for me, and Benoit is being wasted in a feud in the midcard. MOTY for me is easily Undertaker vs Kurt Angle from No Way Out. It was great to see 'Taker bust out the Bikertaker offense again. **** 1/2 easily.

So what did Khali use as a finisher? Did he get stuck with Generic Hoss Finisher #42-B: Spinebuster/Powerbomb/Pumphandle Slam, or was it something different? Smackdown sounds extremely shitty this week.

I'll give J.R. another one. I just watched Undertaker vs Jeff Hardy for the Undisputed Championship in a ladder match from 2002. In the closing moments of the match, Jeff just BRAINS Undertaker with a chair, and the place goes nuts. Even JR starts screaming CLIMB THE LADDER KID! MAKE YOURSELF FAMOUS! YOU CAN DO IT! ONE MORE STEP! JR really put across the drama of seeing Jeff Hardy almost win the gold, and this was only accentuated by the crowd. Say what you will about Jeff, but he was over as fuck, be it with the teenage girls or not. My favorite oversell by an announcer is still Don West cheering for Amazing Red, during the early TNA days. I love how he stands on the announce table and leads the crowd in a GO RED GO chant!

So, will we be seeing a rematch between these 2 anytime soon, or since Brock failed on the Verdict, will they drop it?

Anyone remember HHH vs Rikishi for the title on Smackdown? I want to say this happened in early 2000. I can't give the match enough love. HHH was still a GOD in the ring at this time, and he carried Rikishi so well you would've thought you would see a new world champion at any given moment. HHH had another match with TAKA in early 2001(?) that was booked so well it looked like TAKA FUCKING MICHINOKU was about to become the world champion. I think 2000/early-mid 2001 WWE still holds up very well.

I bought WCW vs The World for the PSX the week it was released. The main reason I got the game was because I could play as crow-Sting, and he even had the Scorpion Deathdrop, which 10 years ago, I thought was the most devastating, innovative move I had ever seen. I always wondered why WCW had all these wrestlers under contract, but only put 12 of them in the game, and 50+ nobodies (even though most of them were based on actual wrestlers). You had Billy Gaijin who was supposed to be Scott Norton, who was working for WCW at the time, so why he wasn't put in the game under his own name is beyond me. Then you had David Harley who was supposed to be Sabu. My favorite though was Turk. He was the absolute bringer of death in the game. He looked like Dynamite Kid but had a Vader-esque moveset. So you had this little guy throwing out chokeslams, powerbombs, and moonsaults. Another thing that always puzzled me about what the game makers were smoking upon making the game was why the Giant had a fro. His character profile showed Giant (Big Show) but his in-game character looked like 1970's Andre with a moustache. The character models were kind of ugly, but for a 1997 game, I guess it can be forgiven.

That is beautiful. Me and a friend recorded us attempting some backyard wrestling last summer, and it wasn't very pretty, but this is right up there in sickitude. The desire video was nothing short of brilliant, but the master of communication had me about to die from laughing. So I see this guy named Mike FUCKING Black, then I see Shotgun Yan crowned the Heavyweight Champion of NWA Backyard. The promo he cuts about the importance of the backyard title, and hearing one guy yelling "Fix", "I guess giving Tom(?) blowjobs will get you a championship now", and "Paper Champ" is great. I love this video!

I'm not seeing the humor in these new episodes. I might not "get it", but I just haven't been all that entertained this season. I know being political is the cool thing to do with your shows now, but this is getting ridiculous. I wish Stone and Parker would go back to 'Fun with Weapons' and 'Return of the Lord of the Rings to the Two Towers' types of episodes.

Season 2 came out close to the end of 2004, and seasons 3 and 4 dont appear to be coming out anytime soon.
