There's a link on the Xbox 360/Wal-Mart article about a third Legend of Zelda for the NES called Triforce Saga .........there was supposed to be a third one ? I did a quick search on eBay and didn't find the auction, so maybe it's a fake.

Quick, change the channel ! Heh...I actually liked the Street Fighter movie. I remember going to the bathroom during the credits and I didn't stopped my VCR. I marked out when I came back and saw the scene with Bison in which he relauches the program for world domination. OMG sequel !!

Hell yeah, Bowser was awesome in Super Mario RPG. A game about how he would take over the mushroom kingdom would be great. However, Nintendo already has their anti-hero in Wario. While we're at it, has Wario ever been the main antagonist in a game other than Super Mario Land 2 ?

The OAO RAW thread - 10/10/05

Man do I miss Prison Break. When Stephanie showed up in the first segment yestersay, I knew it would be McMahon-a-mania all over again. Who was the draw for the 5.0 segment last week ? Why the McMahons of course ! So let them be the main focus of the show. It reminds me of 2003 where Vince McMahon would be the main heel on Smackdown and had boring main-events feuds with Hogan, Tenacious Z, Steph and Taker. It didn't drew shit then and it won't draw anything now. Screw the McMahons.

    Gay wrestlers?

I think it was only a thing they did on house shows or after Smackdown tapings. Kurt and Brock would team togheter and, after they won, they would do stuff like give each other slaps on their asses or kiss the other because they were so caught in the moment ( much like Adrien Brody did to halle Berry on the Oscars a few yars ago).

    Wrestlers Being Pricks

That's a nice story about the Rock. The only thing I had with wrestlers, and I don't think we can even call that an interaction, was after a PPV. We went to our car and passed by the place where all the wreslters left the arena. It was nearly a blizzard and the roads were covered with snow, I saw a car in which had Albert and (I think) Jamie Noble in it. Other than that, me and some friends attented a crappy indy show which maybe had 80-100 in attendance. We yelled things like "Do a legdrop !" and they would do it. They had a guy who attacked another guy after a match with a putter, he was going back to the locker room but forgot his putter at ringside. We yelled at him that he forgot his putter, he came back to get it and flipped us in the process.

    WCW Observer Quotes

This is hysterical I remember watching one Nitro on TSN, maybe in 1999 or 2000, and during the commercial breaks, there was NOTHING but Pizza Pizza ads. Every one of them lasted maybe 15 seconds and consisted of WCW wrestlers just saying the company's slogan. I don't remember the slogan but you had like Rick Steiner saying it, afterwards it was Shane Dougals, followed by Lash Leroux and it went on and on and on... As for the thread goes, my favorites quotes that weren't mentionned already : And the quote form the Regal book : "The night Vince Russo started a bunch of us were called into the office by Arn Anderson, an agent in WCW who now does the same for WCW. Arn Anderson said 'Guys, I'm very sorry to have to put this to you. But this is exactly what I have been told to say by Vince Russo. You are all in an on-the-bubble battle royal. It means you are all on the bubble of getting fired. Whoever wins will keep his job and the rest of you will lose your jobs. And he wants Chavo Jr. to go over' We all looked at eachother. 'Is this for real?' Arn said 'I don't know' All I know is that Chavo won, Chavo stayed and everybody else got fired over a period of time."

Just finished Knights of the Old Republic today after a good 45 hours into it. Awesome, awesome game but DAMN was I disappointed in the ending. I finished the game on the light side. I know there is at least one ending on the light side and one ending for the dark side, but are there more endings than those two ? Like . Is it worth going back in the game from an earlier save, like 2-3 hours before the ending and switching sides just to see the different endings ?

    Kane's New "Biography"

Then he must be like Jason Voorhees, Freddy Krueger or other horror movie serial killers. Though they are eternal and invincible, they sell knives stabs, kicks and other stuff.

    Revolution controller revealed

I have mixed feeling on this one. A 3D controller sure is a revolutionary idea. I mean, do you imagine playing a thing like Zelda or Metroid with this thing ? If this means that we can swing the sword at enemies any way we want instead of having a preset number of swings, it gives more power to the player. However, I can't see many 3rd parties willing to devellop games with this controller. Sure, things like Splinter Cell or wrestling games with 3D control could be awesome, but I don't see a company making the (overall) same game for PS3 and X Box 360 and develloping a different one for the Revolution just because it has a different controller. The ones who will make the most out of the controller will be Nintendo itself. Once again, 3rd party support will be weak in comparaison of the two other consoles. It's a good thing that they have complete backward-compatibility, with the possible huge gaps between blockbusters, it will give gamers something to put under their teeth. But they are making some kind of innovation. Where as Sony and Microsoft offers a more powerful console, Nintendo does something different. I think they know they're out of the race, but if consumers are sick of things like Final Fantasy XIV or other sequels, they offer something different. As long as they have their franchises, they will always have a loyal fanbase.

    Burnout is the bee's knees

Got Burnout 3 for XBox rather than PS2 a few weeks ago. It was a good thing because the soundtrack is the worst I've ever heard, and I'm a guy who likes pretty much all kinds of music. So hurray for custom soundtracks !

It's the 10th anniversary of PSX

I only played PSX RPGs when I first bought my PS2. My parents got me a N64 in 1997, so I missed all the awesome RPGs on that console. The only PS2 game that I played was GTA III, other than that it was all four Final Fantasy games, the Suikodens, the two Lunars and Xenogears. Those were awesome games. There are also some RPGs left, like Grandia, Persona 2 and Dragon Warrior VII, but, sadly, I don't have as much time that I had in the past to play them.

    NHL 2K6 vs. NHL '06

Have they fixed the franchise injury bug from last year ? As for retro hockey games, I gotta too with NHL '94. My team was the Canadiens ( Muller, Bellows and Damphousse on the 1st line ! ). Doing best-of-seven playoffs was so cool, but it sucked that there were no season mode. Of course, Ice Hockey and Blades of steel on the NES are classics too.

    The Cost of Oil.

Gaz price went up again today in my town. It now costs $ 147.4/litre, which is the equivalent of $US 4.96 per gallon. So far, it went up 39 cents within a week. At the beginning of the year, the price was a little less than half of what it is right now.

    The Cost of Oil.

I live about 45 minutes of Montreal, and filled my car yesterday at $1.09/litre. Good thing, because this morning it was at $1.35/l. So, in the US, it would probably mean the equivalent of $US 4.54 per gallon. This is crazy, and it's not over.

    Favorite Rock Moment

Here you go for the Billy Gunn promo : Other Rock promos that were great and weren't mentionned : - The one where he talks in his sleep saying things like "Roody poo candy ass" - The one where he and Jericho stole each other's stuff - When he mocked Kane when he found out he could spoke with his voice device ( "My-name-is-Kane...and-I-am-a-roo-dy-poo-can-dy-ass !" ) - When he mocked the radicalz ("Saturn, the Rock is gonna slap you so hard that he's going to set your crooked eye straight" ) - Those about Big Show when the fans go take a leak when they hear his music or his chokeslam signal ("UNNNNNGH !") is the single most impressive thing he had ever seen. - The one where he mocks Kurt Angle that after being faced with the likes of Taker, Kane and benoit, he has to face a guy that says "Milk has calcium and is good for your bones" -I think it was in the "This is your life" skit, but the one time where Foley asks how does it feel about being the champion and he cut him with the "it doesn't matter" line. Rock broke character on this one. Hell, you could do a DVD alone on Rock's promos.

Jim Ross is one funny bastard

You gotta love Senile Jim Ross. Remember when he and Heyman got into a heated argument about Austin in the Invasion era. JR got so much pissed off at Heyman that he told him "Kiss my ass !" since he couldn't find a counter-argument. I think there was also a time where he damned someone ( probably Austin by God ! ) and yelled at Heyman about it. All he did was looking at the camera and plugging the next Excess. There was also a good quote that Hyatte postes a few weeks ago :
