Kobe played good defense on Rip though. It'll be a little difficult for him to shoot 60%.

What amazed me about this game is that Detroit is the first team to beat LA on there home court in the playoffs. I guess when you play defense that slows down the game to snail pace, the home crowd is completely out of it. Detroit needs to not get cocky though. I fear that with them being a young team, they'll think winning 1 game means winning the series. They needed this win to build there confidence, but not fuel any possible ego that could form. Shaq oughtta come back and now do a whole interview going "They will not win game 2".

I blame LA losing on Gary Payton.
-
I honestly thought Detroit would be fucked over by the refs, especially with Rasheed on there team.

Ben Wallace should never... EVER touch the ball on offense.

Under the news section, it says: EXCLUSIVE: JIGGA NEXT LP ON THE MATH Dedicato | 30.05.2004 | 19:26 Remember where you hear it 1st? Aftermath Music - Jigga is doing his next record with the math as S. Carter. The information are true. Believe it or not. It's Aftermath Music baby. It's official! They wanted to surprise everyone! Aftermath - Ain't gonna be nuthin after that! Who can fuck with the math? Nobody!

Detroit's going to be so fucked over by the refs in this series. I can smell the scandal already.

On the radio this morning, I heard that test audiences hated the movie and they are still re-filming the end right now. The source was the local radio station though, so I don't know how much you can trust this news.

Bah... individually, most teams are better than Detroit. Its Detroit's way of playing as a team that got them to the Finals, not anything individual.
-
I'd like to see Tyshaun Prince reject Shaq like he did to Harrington. He'd probably break his arm while doing it.
-
No, I don't trust you one bit.

Reggie Miller? To LA? Good God...

"Still, Detroit vs. L.A. in the finals is as good as it gets. Hopefully, we can go retro again next year with a Celtics vs. Lakers Finals." I think it's pretty safe to say that the Celtics wont make it.

The Bulls getting a 72-10 record should have been on there. That feat will NEVER be done again.

I thought putting Jordan's shot at number 1 was righteous, fair, and totally friggin awesome. Also, if what Wilt Chamberlain said was true, I didn't know that the game where he scored 100 didn't actually finish. The game should have continued and see how much Wilt could then score in the final 40 seconds or so. I also remember reading him say that had they have put in the 3-point line at that time, he would have had 150 points instead of 100. I don't know what to really believe that comes out of his mouth though.

I'd like to see it go to 7 as well. This series so far has been like a game of chess with each coach trying to counter the others' moves. Whoever comes out of the East though, I am going to be cheering for in the finals.
-
If that happens... it'll be 3-3 with game 7 in Minny. Of course they would have a chance.

*cough*TROY Hudson*cough*

And thank God for that.

When you're down in a game with little time left, I don't think players should ever try and draw a foul at that time. I don't ever remember ref's calling a foul in the final seconds, no matter how obvious they are.

I watch this show once in a while. It's pretty entertaining, but it gets sort of repititive. What I mean is in almost every episode, either a flight will get overbooked or someone will be late for there flight or whatever. Still, its a good show. I liked the one where the grandmother couldn't get doctor's permission to fly because she couldn't be taken off the oxygen. Then they showed her in one of the private rooms yelling and arguing with the staff.

Has been leading his team in rebounds, blocks AND steals for years. But he is no Karl Malone. Those 21 rebound, 5 blocks and 4 steals he got last night still don't compare to Malone's big guns.
-
Because they are the bulls. they also gave up on Artest, Hoiberg, Brand, and Brad Miller. It hurts... cuz it's true.

That makes me always a little torn with the Lakers. Although I hate LA like crazy, I still like Phil Jackson and would like to see him win a 10th Championship. I just don't like him winning it with LA.

Whats up with him using his old music?
