Who do you think is the worst poster on the board?
Cheech Tremendous replied to Your Paragon of Virtue's topic in No Holds Barred
I'm still trying to figure out how he watched South Park last week and didn't pick up that it was a farewell to Isaac Hayes or a dig at scientology. I mean, come on. -

No you can't ban him, he's the most interesting thing on the board. Personally, I love how he completely annihilates the English language. He just ups and changes the definitions (clones, charisma, no sold) of words because he's not smart enough to back up his own retarded postings. I'm still sure he's a gimmick poster, but damn if it's not fun seeing what he'll say next. -

fanofcoils by a country mile. -
I think that fanofcoils is "great." Now when I say "great" I actually mean a sack of shit. Great is just the word I use for saying sack of shit even if they don't mean the same thing. Get it ? Personally, I think if coils wants to "no sell" the English language and rational thought, this is the best place to do it. At least we can ridicule him for it.

Is this guy for real?

I can't really add much more than Al already did, but this is another tremendous coup by the Red Sox this off-season. They might not win the division this year, but they have been proactive in acquiring young players with upside and little risk involved. Wily Mo, Beckett, Crisp, Choi... all are upgrades over what was there, and still have their best years ahead of them. Choi was a wasted talent in Dodger land. Why you would downgrade to Nomar at $6 mil is beyond me, but these are the idiots that fired DePo for no other reason that the media in LA didn't like "Google Boy." Not only that, they could have optioned him to AAA for $750,000 instead of letting him walk and immediately burn them with another team. Brilliant.

South Park Season 10 starts tomorrow

You can't be serious. I am serious, perhaps you didn't realize that not everyone knows about scientology, I only know a little about it but not enough that I grasped this aspect of the episode. fanofcoils should start slowing down on his posts and fade into the woodwork. He's not doing himself any favors with these comments. -
Why'd they change Randy Ortan's new theme back to his old one?

The WWE has a CD called Forceable Entry? Am I the only one that finds this funny? -
Overall, I think that Bret's legacy is fine. A lot of people on this board and on the internet in general tend to overstate his importance or relevance to the business. The fact is, he and Shawn ruled wrestling when things were down and out of the public eye. To the average wrestling fan, they just sort of bridged the gap between the Hogan era and Austin/Rock era. Bret did the most with what he had, but he will never crack the upper echelon of Hogan, Savage, Flair, Andre, Rock, Austin, HHH, etc. He fits on that rung right below, which is okay, but probably not how he wants to be remembered. The Survivor Series thing will always define him to the casual fan because he played an integral role in creating the Austin and McMahon characters that ruled the Attitude era even though they never saw him.

Then you either aren't seeing enough movies or just have no clue what's going on when you are watching them.

I'm not sure what I think of last night's episode. I liked it and thought it was well done, but didn't find it all that funny. There aren't that many lines or scenes that I will recall in the future. However, it was a fitting end to the Chef character, and I thought Matt and Trey handled the whole thing really well. -
They could essentially just replace Rosey with Jamal and act like nothing ever happened. I doubt 95% of the audience would even know the difference.

I hate Test. I think he's a worthless sack of shit. That being said, he still should have got the belt at Survivor Series 99 like it was originally planned. He totally got screwed over by HHH that year.

Sigh. Getting mighty hard to call myself a Raiders fan these days.

Does anyone find irony in the statement "natural big men" and Test, in light of the new pics floating around?

Crabcakes? I love crabcakes.

What was the biggest crowd pop EVER?
Cheech Tremendous replied to JimmyHendricks's topic in General Wrestling
I don't get it. Granted I've never seen the show, but what joke are you making here? -
I wouldn't watch this if it was 100% free and shown on network television when I had nothing else to do. I have no interest whatsoever in the card. In fact my interest starts and ends with this post.

Who wants a phone call from.............
Cheech Tremendous replied to swan's topic in General Wrestling
Do I want a phone call from these guys.... uh, no. -
I feel the same way too. Great deal for both teams actually. Boston moves the least valuable guy from their glut of starting pitchers and acquires a platoon parter for Nixon. Cincinnati solves the outfield logjam and acquires the SP they so desperately need. Win-win in my estimation.

Glad that I'm not the only person who remembered that. Truly one of the most underrated sketches of all time.

I am not as technologically inclined as many here, but I seem to remember a story surfacing a year or two ago about the WWE switching their camera equipment to be HD capable.

Yeah it's been mentioned a couple times in this thread already, but everyone just seems to ignore it so that they can keep arguing about 48K. His pay is the lowest because he doesn't not have a full year of service and the majority of that pay was obtained on his developmental deal.
