Faber is a fucking monster for 145... If he dominates Pulver(which I can't see happening), I have to see him fight Kid.

If you watch that fight, it's scary for me to note that their two fights from '96 and '97 ARE EVEN BETTER, especially '96. Probably a top five all-time fight, despite the puzzling scoring. I watched the whole 1999 GP, it was fucking awesome. I can't imagine that Hoost/Hug fights were any better then that year, got to see it for myself.

Yeah I see it that way to... Although Guida has better wrestling then him, Ken-Flo has those razor-like elbows which will cut up Huerta and will always look for submissions, and I see him having a better chance finishing them off then any of Huerta's opponets since arriving to the UFC.

Leave it up to you to overreact my original point. Huerta's wrestling is absolute shit. Any fighter with decent wrestling can take him down. Not that they will be effective with it, but a great grappler like Florian can. Stout's grappling is very underrated. Did you see him get past Holanda's submission attempts? He has very good submission defense. Did you see the Alvin Robinson fight? Plus Florian has those razor-like elbows that could cut up Huerta. I'm not trying to see Florian would blaze right through Huerta, I too think it would be a very close desicion. But Florian would win.

Who cares what ESPN or HBO scored the fight. They hate Floyd and love Hatton, it was apparent of that during the build up to the fight. Look at the CompuBox records for fuck sakes. Hatton punches for the most part were getting blocked by Floyd's glove. I understand if a n00b that hasn't watched boxing before thinks that Hatton was actually landing, but he wasn't. Floyd's punches were clean and better. Almost everytime he hit Hatton, his head would snap back.

His wrestling is a lot better then Crane and Huerta's. And he's submitted alot better fighters then Crane ever has. Not to mention Ken-Flo's standup will throw Huerta off. Huerta has a good gas tank, but if he eats a lot of those hard mid kicks from Florian it will wind him.

I don't know if this is a joke, but if it isn't, shut the fuck up and stop dickriding. Alberto Crane isn't Kenny Florian. Crane has crap wrestling like Huerta. Crane was a very good match up for Huerta, I knew he was going to blast him.

He only won one round, on my scorecards. Harold Lederman is a crackhead. You know, I didn't score rounds last night and I didn't see Lederman's card as I watched some sort of European broadcast online. Sometimes Lederman's card is a joke, sometimes I find myself scoring the same thing. Eh.... I didn't see a near shutout like your impling and several rounds looked like they could go either way, an ugly fight like most anticipated. I thought Hatton was controlling the early rounds but yeah, I got the impression Floyd was in control and winning the fight before the knockout. Like I said above, Hatton faded. 2/3 of the judges scored it the same as I did. Hatton barely landed any punches at all, the only thing he did was try to muscle Floyd against the ropes. You don't score points by doing that. Floyd was landing the cleaner, and better punches the whole fight. The only round I gave to Hatton was the 5th, I believe.

Din Thomas winning the desicion was the right call. Very close fight, could've gone either way. But Din's boxing won him the fight.

Huerta wasn't exposed at all. It was a typical Huerta performance. His wrestling is pure crap everyone knows that, it's not suprise Guida was able to control him on the ground. But he can KO you at any point in the fight. Especially at the very start of the round. He's only 24 years old, even if he loses he's next fight, he still can be a champion.

Either way it's a win/win for the UFC. Florian is a known because he was in the finals for the The Ultimate Fighter 1, and Huerta is being marketed as the face of the LW divison. I think Florian beats Huerta though. Florian has really good stand up(he has some of the best mid kicks in MMA), and his BJJ is great. I think if he got Huerta down, he would submit him. If he keeps the fight on his feet, he still gives Huerta problems with those mid kicks. But with Huerta he can explode at any miniute.

This is old news, but the reason why the WWE never did anything with Gunn, was because he knocked out Steve Williams in the Brawl for All. They basically used the Brawl for All as a way to build up "Dr. Death" Steve Williams, because he was a legit tough guy. They wanted him to run through everyone in the Brawl for All, so they can build him up as a legit contender for Steve Austin. Gunn derailed those plans and his reward was to get his face smashed in by Butterbean at WM.

Cortez did a great job. He didn't let Hatton turn this into a WWE wrestling match, let he usually tends to do when he fights in England. HBO and Harold Lederman are fucking jokes, Mayweather was clearly winning the fight even before the KO. He was landing the cleaner and clearer shots. Hatton barely landed at all, he just tried to grapple and push Mayweather against the ropes and it didn't work. I gave Hatton only one round, like the judges. Although I would love to see Mayweather fight Cotto, if he retires then good for him. He's had an amazing career, and doesn't need to prove anything more to anyone. He's beat the best, and has remained undefeated. People hate on him because of his on screen persona(which he uses to hype up his fight to superfight status), and his fighting style, but they need to appreciate. He's the best in the world.
