Mr. Kennedy Severely Injures His Triceps
Lt. Al Giardello replied to QuestionMan's topic in The WWE Folder
Just stay away from wrestling boards and sites from the web. I bet WWE.com spoils it, just like they did when Angle came to SD! and won the belt. -

This is one of my pet peeves. There isn't going to be another The Rock, or Stone Cold. If anything, Kennedy becomes famous, he will become the 1st Kennedy, not the 2nd "Rock". People need to stop expecting these young up and coming wrestlers to become the next Rock or Austin, and let them become their own superstar. -

It was actually John Cena who he called a nigga, and then Booker said."He didn't say that! Tell him me didn't say that"

Honestly, I'm glad Hardy won. Because it could help boost Hardy into the upper midcard, maybe even main event status. They could make an angle about Kennedy not being able to beat Matt Hardy sometime later this year. -

ADCC Worlds // May 5-6 2007

Should be really good, looking forward to the HW's. -
Not after he announced he will cash it in at WM. Yeah everybody keeps saying that but wouldn't be a typical Heel dick move to cash it in earlier to shock the champion? No, considering Edge already did that, and Kennedy commented on it last night saying it was taking the cowards way out. Doing it is just recycling an old storyline.. ..that worked very well the first time. Alright I hope the WWE pulls it off, thus making Kennedy's announcment and promo all the more useless, and have the majority of the IC bitch and complain about it. It's lazy booking if they re-use this angle for Kennedy, espically considering Kennedy bashed Edge last night for doing it. Wouldn't it seem stupid? I have no clue why people are even arguing this, it seems like people never even listened to Kennedy's promo. I would like for the WWE to stick with their guns and do what Kennedy said he was originally going to do.

Joslin is going to fuck up Lytle.

I think Marquardt is going to keep the fight on his feet, because he does have very good striking and is confident enough in his striking ability. This is going to be a very good fight, style-wise Marquardt is all wrong for Silva, but it is going to be interesting when they are on their feet. I can't really pick a fighter right now to win, despite me being a huge Anderson Silva fan. I will say this though, if Silva beats Marquardt, I don't think there is a MW in the UFC that would be able to defeat him.

Did anyone find it funny that Joey Styles said Umaga only has 2 losses in the WWE, to Santino and Lashley, completely forget his feud with John Cena.

MVP Vs. Benoit was a very very very good match. They need to have a best 2/3 falls match to end the feud with MVP getting the title.

Ric Flair is.

There is no reason for Bonnar to lose to Nickels. Nickels got tooled by Matt Hamill's striking for christ sake. -
JBL says Smackdown! is the A show, and whatever JBL says is right.

I'm looking forward to Griffin/Ramirez, should be interesting to see how Griffin comes back. Ramirez is a game fighter, he could cause Griffin problem.

Well his 1st striking threat in a while thats for sure. Right, I guess you could consider Randy and even Horn serious threats at the time. But this is the first time I really think he could lose the belt. I never gave Tito a chance the second time around, especially after he...ahem "beat" Forrest No need for the quotation marks, I thought Tito beat Forrest clearly. If it wasn't for biased commentating, none of this controversial desicion discussions would even be brought up. Either way Quinton Jackson has the right style to beat Chuck Liddell, but right now Chuck's confidence is at an all time high, and Quinton's confidence is very questionable. I thought he looked pretty good against Eastman, although most would disagree. I never saw him have any real trouble with Eastman and almost knocked him out in the 1st round. He was throwing really nice looking uppercuts in the fight. Quinton's main focus in training is going to be his boxing and cardio, I can't see him spending much time with wrestling or grappling, because he has the stand up skills to beat Chuck, if his head is in the game. Can't wait for this fight, Rampage is my all time favorite MMA fighter, and I hope to god he wins it.
