Veronica, Last Days, Slam, Shiftee, Shut Em Down(ft. DMX), Throw Ya Gunz, Blac Vagina Finda, All We Got Iz Us, Walk In New York, React(ft. a young 50 Cent, IN 1998!) are among my favorite Onyx songs. I didn't list the Juice Crew because they never released an album together. Big Daddy Kane, Masta Ace, and Kool G. Rap are among my favorite solo rappers of all time. I also left out Camp Lo. They are on some serious shit in the late 90's, Uptown Saturday Night was my shit.

f*ck C'mon now, don't need to censor yourself. Outkast is the best rap...entity? Group or not, they put out better rap albums than anyone else so whatever list with groups should have them top it. If you were to list the "Top 10 Solo Rappers", no doubt that Andre 3000 would make my list, but not Big Boi. "Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik" and "ATLiens" were classic CD's without a doubt, and "Aquemini" were near classics, but after that they fell off IMO, and so did there Hip Hop sound(Actually that was after "Stankonia", but "Stankonia wasn't as good as their 1st three CD's, it was too much mainstream for me). Too me, while they are a Top 5 group, I just can't place them above Wu-Tang, Public Enemy, and BDP.

Onyx have 1 classic album(Baccdafuccup) and 2 near classic albums(All We Got Iz Us and Shut Em Down), they are notorious help making that whole screamin grimey style which is used by rappers today. Lyrically they are awesome to, espically Sticky. Fredro can spit some fire aswell, but he gets overshadow by Sticky too much. Sonsee is the weakest member but even then he's still decent. But lyrically they are versitile and can rap about anything. If anything you mean yelling about fighting and being thugs then yeah. Go listen to Veronica, Last Days, hell even Slam wasn't about thuggin.

The only reason why I check for The Roots is because of Black Thought's lyrics. Overall Onyx's CD's >>>> Mobb Deep's CD's.
