I hate everyone ragging on Cena's gimmick. He hasn't been a rapper in months. I know because I loved his freestyles before he won the title. I've got 20 of them on my mp3 player. His character has matured into a Stone Cold type of character but everyone sees the jerseys or the visor and automatically thinks he's a rapper. Just think of Cena being an updated Austin minus the beer. If you don't remember, Austin overcame the odds a whole lot in 3 years and no one got tired of it. Sure, it was with McMahon who used others to do his dirty work, but doing that again with Cena is just stupid since people will rag on it as a Austin rip off. People are right by saying this is the most interesting story going with the boos and cheers going on. Tonight was a good example. Instead of Cena being cheered and booed all night, it was only during the first part of the match. He's getting his fan base back slowly. Hate it or love it, anyone else with the belt that's not being chased by Cena is boring. Would you really care to see a PPV headlined by HHH vs. Edge or Big Show vs. HHH vs. Edge? I can't see another HBK title run in the future especially if they reform DX. HHH will be in the #1 spot this time leaving HBK to fight off the top midcarders like Umanga.

They should really do something to the ring during these matchs like put up some special ring ropes or something to make it feel like it's important. The newer fans would think it's the greatest thing ever and be held right up there with the World Title. It'll end on SD, perhaps the same week as Backlash. Each brand has a title match or huge match when the other show is doing a PPV that week.
