I can't believe it's almost been a year since I went to see ROTS in theaters (which was released on May 19).

Simpsons, The - Looking for this? Season 8 Date, Specs, Extras and Box Art Posted by Gord Lacey 5/11/2006 "Where's season 8?!" That's been the question we've gotten over and over again, and we haven't had an answer, until now. Season 8, which will be in a Maggie head case, will be released on August 15. The previous set was released in a Marge package, and a standard package, but we've only received information on the Maggie head this time (*update* - there will be a standard version released as well). The set will retail for $49.98 US, or $69.98 CAN, and seasons 2-6 will be repriced to $39.98 US or $49.98 CAN on the same day. The 4 disc set will include all 25 episodes (550 mins) from the eighth season of the show. Specs are familiar to collectors of the series; full frame video (1.33:1), English Dolby Digital 5.1, and French/Spanish Dolby Surround audio tracks, with English and French subtitles. Jay-Z has 2 albums rated 5 mics. I personally find the Black Album to be on the same level as Blueprint and Reasonable Doubt, but I seem to be in the minority on this one. I'll second this. I also listen to The Eminem Show more than I listen to The Marshall Mathers LP.

To be quite frank, the guy who called me didn't even know if he had the right person or not. This is how the convo went: *phone rings* *I answer* Me: Thank you for calling [name of store], this is [name], how I may I help you. Customer: Yeah, were you the one who gave me a [name of store] card earlier tonight? Me: Hmmmm. I'm not sure, I've given out a few of those tonight. Customer: Well, if it was you, next time you need to smile, buddy. *Customer hangs up before I can get a word in* The funny thing is I don't recall being an asshole to anyone that night. I will admit, I was having a hard time over a personal issue, and I was trying hard to not let it bother me, but in no way was I an asshole to anyone. Oh well.

Here you go. This movie remains my most anticipated movie of the summer. The new villain, Davy Jones, looks fantastic.

Nevertheless, it looks as if September is going to be an expensive month for me with this and the upcoming re-release of many of the Godzilla titles on DVD.

Yes. Tons. That happens alot when you work at a grocery store. Some customers whine about some of the stupidest things. One customer once complained to me over the phone that I wasn't smiling. That's right, I ruined a customer's shopping experience because I wasn't smiling. I have tons of stories. I'll get into some tommorrow.

I still don't know if I'm going to go to college or not. Somedays I think I can do it, and somedays I think I can't. Alot of money could be wasted if I half-ass like it I did in high school. Until I make up my mind, I guess I'll continue to work and move up. EDIT - Although, for the record, I did pretty good in high school. I was an A, B, C (sometimes) student.

I'm not to big of a Superman fan. I've always been more of a Batman and Spider-man fan. But Spacey's portrayal of Luthor sticks out and interests me. I still wish they would have got another Superman villain besides Lex Luthor - Brainiac perhaps?

As I said on RT, if I do see it, it will be because of Kevin Spacey and Kevin Spacey alone.
