I got my 9/12 Obseerver on Monday, and I got the 9/19 on Wednesday. I'll never figure out how these go. One weeks issues 2 days apart.

This will be the best part of the DVD, I'm sure.

Rhino can still use the name because he used to use it in the indys before ECW as Rhino Richards. And the WWE is doing fine with money, according to their quarterly conference call, the investors and stockholders are actually mad because they have a huge cash reserve doing nothing right now. Linda said they are weighing options on what to do with it. How about giving the Dudleys a raise they deserve instead of ruining their careers? And how about not letting 10-15 people go to 'cutback on expenses'?

You're right. I remember that when kane started on TV, JR and The King mentioned that Undertaker thought his brother was killed in the fire, so he took his name as an hommage of sort when he started as "Kane The Undertaker". If you follow logic, Undertaker's first ring name should have been "Glen The Undertaker" then. Not that it is supposed to make sense. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I never heard the announcers saying that about Taker using Kane's name. I have heard the rumor that Taker used that name back in 1990 when he first came in. But again, I don't remember JR or King saying that he did it.

As a DVD collector, I will be buying this whole set once DDD has another 20% off sale even though I already have WM's 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21 on DVD. I'm just a sucker for box sets.

When Mr. J.L. first came to WCW, I thought it was Jushin Lyger in some lame ass new gimmick. Then my older brother said that it was Jerry Lynn. I had no idea who he was at the time, I was pretty young then. I'm 21 now, so do the math. God, I wish I would have used the net back then for wrestling like my bro did, I know I missed a lot of good stuff. I can read posts about old stuff forever.

So did anyone catch this on ABC Family? I was going to try to catch it to see what they cut out but I had to work. If anyone here did see it, what parts were left in that you feel should have been cut out?

I was there. Hell, most people in the arena didn't even know it was an actual match until when the bell rang at the end. Later when I bought it on DVD, they must of muffled the crowd because 60% of the crowd was booing and chanting "boring" and "this match sucks". I don't know how it came off on PPV, but it totally killed the crowd for the whole night, save the Jericho/Christian ladder match. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I was there too. We all thought Tomko was going to go in the back and have a quick brawl, because it took Stevie a few minutes to come down. Then he showed up, and we assumed it was going to be a quick angle. Sucks for all of us it turned into a match. There sure were some nice boring chants though.

I think this idea would be better suited for TNA once they get started on Spike, and get their name out the the casual wrestling fan. I don't think Vince feels he qould get much out of this, because if he wants someone he'll find a way to get them.

The Piper's Pit segment with that kid reminded me of how good Piper can be on the mic. The rest of the DVD pretty much sucked.

IMO, Oh's! are where it's at. But I also love Raisin Nut Bran.

I don't see why people have a problem with Hassan. Do these same people get angry when they watch a movie with a terrorist attack? I doubt it. So why get so upset about it when it's on a WWE show, but not in a theater?
