I've chatted with TS9T75, both on AIM and MSN, several times. One time, I noticed that very name on another message board, and the "real" person (the one using AIM and MSN) said that the message boarder was a fake. That one case has led me to believe that it's actually her. Seriously, who would fake a pro wrestler's IM name, and say that others used of the same name are fakes? Seems a bit far-fetched. Not sure about the MySpace account, though, since, for some reason, I can't see Trish being *that* open about her personal life. Who knows, though. The town the MySpace user has listed is the same one TS9T75 has mentioned to me, and even went into an accurate description of that part of Toronto. Since there has someone who has faked her on the web before, I wouldn't jump to conclusions that this is her.

Ironically, the Rochester Red Wings were in town to play the Ottawa Lynx in a four-game set, including a double-header on Saturday. Great, exciting, close games; the double-header at least.

Johnny Ace took over Jim Ross's job while JR moved up to take this position. John's position does not qualify as an executive position neither does Stephanie's job as head of creative. She is the only McMahon to not hold an executive position. One of two, if you count HHH.

I hope Vince Carter scores 60 points against the Raptors tonight.

I have a feeling all these are just promos (in case anyone thought these would all be matches). Still, the set looks great for the most part. Lots of historical moments and some good wrestling too (relatively speaking). Jason I know the Royal Rumble and DX matches are stinkers, and the GCW one (IIRC) is a singles tournament that both Animal and Hawk took part in. Therefore, you may in fact be right. I'm not sure if they wrestled on the TV dates. I could've lived without the WWF stuff (there's nothing notable of theirs at all from their runs there that I can recall) but the old school stuff on DVD will be fun.

useless moron Scott Keith's girlfriend XXXPosed

Well, even Keith admits he has a big head...albeit not in the same sense you were probably speaking of... -
Chris, you're in Ottawa, right? Does The Team 1200 still cover the Jays? I haven't listened to that station in quite a while.

Does anyone with a Torch subscription have the second part of the Nash interview that they can share with us, if at all possible? Very much appreciated, whoever can do it.

Join anywhere you want. And I'll take the blame for the transformation of the thread. Or the credit. Depends on your views.

If she's still like she was a couple of years ago, she's probably got half a case of Molson Canadian lager on the top shelf of her fridge. Therefore, she can certainly drink the Americans on the roster under the table.
-
Helmsley has said many times that he doesn't drink, and it's been reported many times too. I believe Meltzer's said it at least once. Edge, Christian, and Lance Storm also don't drink. The rest of the roster I'm not sure of, one way or the other. (Well, I know Stratus and Jericho drink (not heavily, of course), but not sure of the rest.)

I'm interested in shopping SS Dave Bancroft around, preferably for a C at around the same level of quality. This is the most important of my wants/needs. Also, anyone have any LHP (starter and relief) that they're willing to spare. I can offer a right-hander or two.

Also, I'd like a couple southpaw pitchers, preferably one a starter and one a reliever.

I watched Spike Lee's He Got Game tonight, starring Denzel Washington. Good basketball film; of course, it's nowhere near as good as Hoop Dreams. Washington carried the film in this, although Milla Jovovich as a beat-up hooker was fun. Ray Allen, as we all know, is a real-life NBA player, so his roles of being torn over which college to attend probably wasn't that hard for him to play. He does it well, though. My girl Rosario Dawson's in this as well and aside from a VERY brief topless scene, there's not much to note here of her work. At least this was one of those movies where she doesn't have to fake an accent. The film did a great job of showing symbolism, from showing the similarities between father and son, as well as the shade of jealousy shown from the amusement park lights that Allen and Dawson have in their last scene together. Fine work by Lee in portraying that. 7/10

If you could have one sport thing happen this year

I'd like that, but I chose to be a little more realistic with mine. Really, if the Jays match their win total of two seasons ago, I'll be very happy. -

The Raptors and Nets both missing the playoffs and doing well in the lottery, so the Raptors can get two high lottery picks. (Yeah, it's kind of a number of things rather than one, but the hope is for the Raptors to get a couple high draft picks to make up for the Carter trade.) -
Remember, the Devil Rays mascot is guaranteeing a win. Just saying. It's motivation and all. Go Jays Go! I'm guessing the mascot didn't know that Dewon Brazelton was their opening day starter. Not that he won't be a good pitcher someday, but I don't think he's quite at Roy Halladay level yet. The mascot's also, well, a mascot. Most of the time, they're not accused of being Oxford Scholars.
