Chris Harris' debut could show how popular TNA actually is. Could they debut him as "Wildcat" Chris Harris, one half of TNA's most successful tag team ever, and have WWE fans even care/know who he is?

Shawn Michaels has a new t-shirt.. Why is WWE giving everyone these fucking lame "Affliction" style shirts now? -
Where was Ric Flair? He was all over the preview and then no mention of him at all on the show.

WWE General Discussion - January 2008

A lot of people are looking at Randy Orton as a locker-room hero. Basically, he's the one guy who will stand up to guys like Triple H & Shawn Michaels. For example, during the Iraq show, Umaga was getting new tights made, and the seamstress said he couldn't use certain colors because they were "Hunter's colors." Umaga insisted anyways. When Shawn Michaels saw the tights, he threw a fit (think about that for a second... a 40 year old man throwing a hissy fit over someone else's pants). Orton, then stood up for Umaga, in front of everyone. A lot of folks backstage really hate Hunter right now, feeling he'll be friendly to your face, but bury anyone who gets over, not named Cena. A lot of people lost respect for him because Booker T was well-liked, and they feel the reason he went to TNA was because of Triple H's burying of him at SummerSlam. It is said that Hunter is less-liked now, since coming back from injury, than ever before. His remarks about Chris Jericho's return didn't help matters. Of course, nobody is willing to stand up to him, because Hunter is untouchable. Orton, however, has the sense that he has enough power at this point that he CAN stand up to Hunter, and people backstage respect him for it. - WON -
ESPN is going to be unfuckingbearable for then next couple of weeks. Moreso than usual.

Even if the Giants get it, Eli will probably throw a pick.

Can't you just ban the IP address? I've never been special enough to be granted moderating powers at a forum, so I don't know, but it seems like it would be possible.

That's like the argument I hear from fellow Cowboys fans when I try to tell them Roy Williams is terrible. "BUT YOU DON'T KNOW TEH RESPONSIBILITIES!111!!!!" Stats for CB's are relatively useless. He gets INT's and PD's because they throw at him all the fucking time because he sucks. Like I said, he has athletic talent and sometimes he'll make a play that makes you think he's for real, but then he'll get burnt time after time after time after time after time after time and you realize, nope.. you were right the first time, he sucks. Hall is perceived as being good because he's in a city where there is minimal fan interest and knowledge. If you're a flashy guy with a personality, fans will overlook the fact that you suck (see: Vick) while guys who are actually actually great players (like Joe Johnson of the Atlanta Hawks) get no love. I think the defining moment of Hall's career was when he was crowned a "shutdown corner" after "blanketing" Terrell Owens to the tune of like, 120 yards on seven catches or something, on a Monday Night Football game a few years ago.

I take that back, partially. He's not a terrible player. He has some athletic talent. Terribly overrated, I should say. Although it seems like most fans/media have come to the conclusion that he sucks, so I don't even know if he's overrated anymore.

People who compare DeAngelo Hall to two guys that are among the best in NFL history at their respective positions don't know anything about football and, on top of that, are fucking morons. Hall is a terrible player. The sooner they get rid of him, the better.
-
DeAngelo Hall is the first guy that needs to go. He thinks he's Deion Sanders when in reality, he sucks balls. If Atlanta wants to really build a "team" then he's the first guy the new coach/GM needs to send packing. I feel REALLY bad for Atlanta, I mean shit, how much worse can it possibly get? Marty Shottenheimer would be a good hire right now and if they're going to dump Rich McKay, I'd find out who Scott Pioli's assistant or "right hand man" is in New England and offer him a contract. Just get people who know how to win.

I'd assume he wants the ECW title.

Chavo Guerrero vs. CM Punk - the feud we've waited years to see.

I can't decide which DS game to get - LEGO Star Wars or Call of Duty 4 - any suggestions?

We can't vote on this until after the football season. Emmitt Smith says at least three stupid things every week and he has plenty of time left to toss out some winning wisdom.

Hey, maybe Marty wasn't lying last time when he said they didn't fire him, maybe they just waited a really, really, really, really long time to use him.

TNA is going to turn Samoa Joe into the fat, samoan, bitch tit having version of Stone Cold Steve Austin. -
This is gonna suck. Of the list of "big names" coming back, it's just the same people we tend to see on WWE TV all the time - Austin, Hogan, Foley, etc. It'll be cool to see Trish I guess, but eh.. without really *huge* returns like Bret or Rock, I can't find myself caring too much.
