The one bad thing about new rule that makes everyone spend at least one year in college, is that it makes Dick Vitale totally useless now. I heard on the radio that Michael Jordan hates Keith Van Morrison, and wants the Bobcats to take Brandon Roy. So that pick should be a good indicator of who is calling the shots there. I hope the Jordan Farmar somehow falls to the Lakers, or they trade up for him. Neither has a chance of happening though.

It's not to say they should never do it. But that's pretty much the two main guys in the new ECW. At least let it build for a couple of weeks before doing it, instead of just the day before announcing - "Oh, by the way, RVD and Kurt Angle are wrestling tomorrow."

I think Angle's loss tonight may be the catalyst for him totally snapping and becoming full blown heel. Maybe they tease it for a couple of weeks, then he costs RVD the match at SNME.

All that tells me is that the ratings stay pretty consistant despite what happened. The ratings have been consistantly in the high 3's/low 4's for the last few years now.

This was different because Cena had RVD right in the center of the ring. It's highly doubtful that he'd have been able to drag him all the way to the rope. Not to mention you had JR yelling about the fact that RVD was about to tap out if Edge had not interfered. The WWE is trying to playing it like RVD was about to tap. RVD should not be getting booed. That's the error the WWE made in this entire thing. The same crowd that is booing RVD on RAW is going to be booing him on ECW TV at the Smackdown taping. They're trying to create this "Us vs. Them" storyline, where RVD is the "outsider", but it's all taking place in front of the WWE marks who don't give a shit about ECW.

Why isn't there? EVERYONE has tapped to it. Edge, Sabu, Triple H, Kurt Angle - there's simply no reason to believe that RVD wouldn't tap to it. If they wanted to make it good for both sides, they would have done it, like the guy above me said, when both men were down. They clearly booked it to make it look like Cena had RVD finished if it wasn't for Edge. Which is pretty much the same thing that happened at ONS. They could have at least thrown RVD a bone and had him about to finish off Cena before Edge comes in.

I don't think the angle is all that hot. It reminds me of the Cena/HHH/Edge feud where everyone really wanted to see Cena/HHH and Edge was just kind of there. Well now Edge is HHH, and RVD is Edge, because RVD just looks like the red headed stepchild in the whole thing. He needed Edge to beat Cena at ONS, and he needed Edge to prevent him from losing tonight. He's coming off like a bitch.
