Does anyone who would go to the playoffs if Denver and Buffalo both finish 10 and 6?

Benoit vs HBK, showdown in the desert one. Most underrated match of the year, prehapes the last 2 or 3 years. If it had a a clean finish it would have been match of the year but still even with the finish I have it down as ****1/4. I garentee if you watch it again you will be amazed in how good it was. Other good ones, the 8 man tag match before Backlash, the tags with Benoit+partner vs evolution and the first HHH vs Shelton match (all about ***-***1/2) I would rate the iron man match about **1/2-***.

Acually if you look at the buy rates for the joint ppv's this year they have all done well, and in the case of wrestlemania very well (if you acually think of the currunt state of the WWE 800,000 buys is amazing). I think this shows people are still prepared to pay for joint PPV's and are becoming less and less bothered about single brand ones as buy rates show. I would like to see 8-10 PPV's per year all joint

Right, after seeing this board a few days ago, i have decided that it has a very depressed and negitive feel to it, in the wwe discussion. With this thread i intend people to focus on the positive side and what they are doing well. This is NOT a place for people who think they are being really smart to say "nothing" because we all know they are doing things right. Everyone here me thinks secretly likes the show otherwise you would not watch the damm thing every week and sit infront of a computer to talk about it, If you all hate it as much as you say you do then WHY DO YOU STILL WATCH IT!!. I feel one important thing to remember, and this really brought the Angle vs Lesner match down, is that they both have experiance. In HHH case he has wrestled as a heel in an iron man match before which SHOULD help him. And benoit, well we all know he can keep a match intresting for a length of time and has plenty of experience going 30 mins+ which Angle did not have much of and Lesner not altall.

1 thing is for certain they book Iron man matches for title changes. Every one so far has had one. It will be very stupid if they have it and the title does not change hands or at least go vacant. You have got to think of it this way, why would the WWE book an iron man match just before summerslam if the main event 4 summerslam will be Benoit vs Trips with benoit with the title. It does not make sence. As for the match itself, should be good, i hope you dont all expect them to go full throtal for 60 mins cause they wont. I really hope HHH takes a lot and rewatches his iron man with the Rock because it was pure class, 3 or 4 times better than the other two iron man matches. If HHH keeps it different and varied like the Rock match it should be good. If not it will go down the same road as HBK vs Bret.
