Crazy match. Sabu wins with a splash on Abyss after he sandwiched Abyss between two barb wired tables.

Pathbreaking comedian Richard Pryor dies Associated Press LOS ANGELES - Richard Pryor, the caustic yet perceptive actor-comedian who lived dangerously close to the edge both on stage and off, has died, his ex-wife said Saturday. He was 65. Pryor died of a heart attack at his home in the San Fernando Valley sometime late Friday or early Saturday, Flyn Pryor said. http://www.mercurynews.com/mld/mercurynews...es/13378419.htm

Plus more with Undertaker and Randy Orton right out of the Hogan-Warrior WCW feud. You know what is the funniest thing in the world. It's watching WWE copy WCW worst ideas, and then protest when you say they are turning into WCW. The reason they protest? They have no idea what dumb things WCW did, and by not seeing how stupid those ideas were, they come up with the same thing. Remember Jim Herd's idea about the Hunchback who couldn't be pinned? It never happened because everyone in WCW talked him out of it. Did you know that after that idea was a laughing stock, many years later, Vince McMahon came up with the same idea as a gimmick for John Tenta of all people, but had to be talked out of it--by Vince Russo. Yes, Russo as the voice of sanity when it came to not copying a bad idea. Meltz in his update

Soriano has stated numerous times he will not play the outfield. I don't know what made them think he'd change his mind. He didn't ask to come to the Nats.

I see baseball-reference updated with the post-season stats. I didn't realize Albert Pujols is 4th all-time in slugging percentage, ahead of Bonds.

That is pretty big, that he's under contract. Certainly bigger than an appearance from Bret or Goldberg or something. It's definitely not changing the face of wrestling, but a good surprise nonetheless. *Sees it's the "COOL" thing now to hate Sting*...moving right along.

For the present? The Mets.

Walt Jocketty was on XM radio and said he's going to sacrifice 2nd base and one of the outfield spots to get the big pitcher we need.

I really think other Cardinal fans are in panic mode for no reason. They lost Nunez and Gruz, Mabry this off-season. Certainly nothing of much importance. Got rid of Ray King and Tavarez, and will probably sign either Dotel or Looper. Better replacements for Tavarez if healthy. They still have a healthy Rolen coming back, Pujols, and Edmonds. A strong front of the rotation with Carpenter and Mulder, and their best pitchin prospect Reyes will probably be in the rotation. I don't see reason for much concern. They still have 3 months until the season starts to fill the outfield positions. Jones is still available, and they can make a trade to fill the other spot. The "Doom and Gloom" I've been seeing from the fans lately is not only head scratching, but annoying. Madly annoying considering it doesn't have much basis.

I'd rather not have a second basemen then have either one of those waste.

They are talking about Brett Boone. That would be retarded, but it's being discussed. I'd just go with Luna, and call it a day. We still need corner outfielders and another starter. Where'd you hear this? St. Louis Dispatch

Goldberg?

Steve Phillips on Cold Pizza said there's discussion of Austin Kearns for Jason Marquis. I'd like that trade as a Cardinals fan.

If I was the Phillies I'd rather have Henn then Wang.

Benson heading to K.C. Dec 6 - The Mets are about to trade right-handed starter Kris Benson to the Royals for left-hander Jeremy Affeldt and right-hander Mike MacDougal, reports ESPN's Peter Gammons, who says the deal could get done Tuesday night. Earlier, the Newark Star-Ledger reported that Mets GM Omar Minaya had spoken with several teams about Benson -- including Baltimore, San Francisco and Kansas City. The Mets like Benson but would move him in order to clear his salary ($15.5M over two years) so they could make a deal for a high-priced starter such as Arizona's Javier Vazquez or Oakland's Barry Zito. New York almost dealt Benson to Baltimore last week for Jorge Julio. But the Mets went back to the Orioles demanding a high-level prospect in addition to Julio, and the O's balked. ESPN Insider

"You know who, did you know what, with you know who" Oh and "Are you suggesting that a drive-by isn't pussy?" Yes, yes I am.

Yankees, Red Sox, Mets (Big three in terms of payroll).
-
Most teams payrolls are reasonable aside from the big 3.

Or Jay-Z can plan a drive by shooting. Whatever works best. LOL. Y'all realize most rappers are pussy right? (Not saying Jay is, just saying).
-
Not that I think DDP has any chance of winning this in court, but Jay could probably pay (Whatever the suit is worth) with his pocket change.

I remember Bad News Allen telling a similar story on the LAW. About Andre making racist jokes or something.
