Sweep for the Cardinals. Jason Marquis has pitched tremendous thus far. Only 1 earned run in each game he's pitched. And Pujols and Rolen are coming around, good series for both of them.

Rowdy Roddy Piper - No. He was the biggest heel in the WWF at a time when it would be silly to take the title off Hogan. Such is luck. Mr. Perfect - He's my favorite wrestler - but he definitely shouldn't have won it during his second run in the WWF (1988-1991) but his third run when he turned face, him beating Ric Flair for the title in a return match at Survivor Series would've been great. Owen Hart - There was no time where he could have reasonable won the title. The most over he was in his career was during his return in late 1997, but obviously the were grooming title for Austin, and him winning before Austin would be the dumbest thing they could ever do. 1994 was the other time, but I think they did it right, with having Bret lose the first match and win the return match. I mean, you could've had Owen win the belt at KOTR and Bret win the re-match but I, personally, would not have gone that way. Vader - This is the most obvious of the list. He was clearly booked to be the next big monster heavyweight champion from his debut. It would've been perfect for him to get the title at SummerSlam 1996 against Shawn Michaels and go on a dominate run until the next big baby face (OR even Shawn Michaels) was ready to hold the belt.

Izzy's stuff looked filthy in the b.9.

Good shit by Storm. I wouldn't do known of that nonsense they have the new guys doing. That shit doesn't build "character" or make anyone "respect the business". It's just done to embarass someone for no reason. And for a company that stresses professionalism, that whole Wrestler's Court practice is a complete contradiction of what they profess.

Dontrell Willis has been incredible so far. The verge of back to back complete game shutouts

Cardinals: Ahhhhh...Eck has been playing better than I thought he would so far.

I know it's natural to predict stuff like this but I just hate it in baseball. People are rarely right. Last year I heard a bunch of people think the Diamondbacks would win the NL West and the Phillies would win the NL East. I'm sorry there's to many variables to predict so early in baseball. And it's so long. Baseball's actually about the easiest sport there is to predict. People are just wrong because they try to get cute. If you just picked the Yankees to win the AL East and the Braves to win the NL East every year, you would have been right for nine years in a row. I still think from individual game to game, baseball is still the hardest sport to predict. Basketball is probably the easiest.

Not sure. I know it happened Saturday night, and they sent her to the hospital. From there she ran into some complications and died either Sunday night or earlier today. Mike called in about 15 minutes ago and was talking to Chris about it. Tragic. Just happened out of nowhere.

Good win by the Mets today. And not to stray off the topic but I was just listening to WFAN, and Mike Francesa's mother died from falling down a flight of steps? Damn that sucks. R.I.P.

According to the Wrestling Observer NL, there isn't any plans right now for a draft as it was originally stated. Obviously they can change their minds.

And I would start him yesterday on my Fantsasy team.

40 points, 10 assists, 10 rebounds for the best player in the sport.

Sound interesting. Though I'm not a fan of either particularly, this seems well worth the 20 bucks.

I can't but I still bought it. I don't care, I need to see all my Cardinals' games, not to mention, I got too use to it last year to go back. I just split up the payments in 4 installments... I lucked out with TV coverage, with Over the Air games and games on Comcast Sports Net covering just about all the games for the Orioles this season The one thing that sucks about Extra Innings is that if you live in your favorite teams market, then EI is pointless for you unless you want to be able to watch other games because of local blackouts. Right. Also you don't get EVERY game if you're a fan of an out of town team, just the games on the FSN stations. But still, it's a tremendous thing.
