Batista in MITB would be such a terrible idea, I almost want to see it.
-
Does anyone really want to watch a worked boxing match? I'd rather see it as "Mayweather tries to beat Show at his own game" instead of "Big Show jobs to another legend from another sport." We've already seen that at WM21.
-
Right. Forget Monday Night Raw, we'd now have Championship Wrestling taped in Hamburg, PA.
-
Vince wakes up and it was all a dream. We then watch the WWE start over from 1980 with everything that has ever happened officially retconned.

Muta kicking 100 people in the face is the best. I wish the 6:00 minute of nonstop Western Lariats was still around.

The Wrestling Observer is reporting that NASCAR drivers Juan Pablo Montoya and Reed Sorenson will have a match taped on the Impact taping this Monday in Orlando to air on next week's show on Thursday. Hermie Sadler and Jimmy Spencer will be announcing the match. As noted earlier, TNA has sold less than 2,000 tickets for tomorrow's Against All Odds PPV in Greenville, South Carolina at the Bi-Lo Center. As a result, the company is papering tickets, including $100 tickets being given away for free to Bi-Lo Center contacts.

Odd request, but I'm looking for any matches from WCW Bash at the Beach 1999. This seems to be the one PPV that no one has footage from. Weird.

I'd prefer it to be pretaped on the back of a moving flatbed truck. They can hit each other with hay bales.

Curtis is the artist formerly known as KC James (you know, the guy who teamed with Idol Stevens on SmackDown! in 2006).

Also, not wrestling for at least six months is a factor no matter who you are.

I expect Edge and Rey to meet again at No Way Out since the finish was inconclusive at the Rumble.

Adamle looked out of place tonight. He'd work better backstage or in a studio position. -

No truth to the rumor. -
Chavo is the first World Champion to compete in the Rumble match since Hulk Hogan in 1990. Snuka and Piper made their first Rumble appearances since 1992. Santino lasted 0:17, while Batista was in for 37:43. HHH eliminated 7 men.
-
Jeff Hardy needs to go over tonight. Like RVD, Jeff Hardy's always had a vocal and unique fanbase who have sought to see him in the ME. If they have Orton go over tonight, fans will see Hardy as a choke artist and not have faith in him. RVD never quite regained the momentum he had against HHH in 2002 when he lost at Unforgiven and fans weren't conditioned to accept him as a contender again. Bottom line, Orton could recover from this loss much more easily than Jeff Hardy could. Meanwhile, Edge vs Rey has been overshadowed by Jeff Hardy's title shot as the top story at the Rumble, so I'd book something inconclusive so that match can get more attention at No Way Out.

HELL FUCKING YES. All we need is to replace the Royal Rumble with the Eliminator. -
To be fair, the HBK and HHH spots involved both big men tottering on the ropes, each one standing on one leg while trying to eliminate the other. They were both intended to be 'lucky' eliminations where HHH and HBK made the big guys lose their balance and their momentum carried them over the top. It's not as if HBK and HHH picked them up over their shoulders in the middle of the ring and tossed them out like The Hulk.

WWE logic dictates that a World title match is a main event regardless of its actual card placement. Plus, it's not like they knew last January that Taker/Batista would end up being the 4th-from-last match in the card at WrestleMania.

Have BDV pin Colin Delaney in 0:07 Tuesday night.

Also, Regal and Eugene lost the tag titles in 2005 at a house show due to Eugene's knee injury. -
HD Raw will be on USA-HD (not available in all areas). I wonder if the announcers' monitors will be HDTVs so they can actually see the improved picture that the fans will be able to see. The new set looks sort of like the SNME set (ramp and new TitanTron with LED screens all around the Tron). Plus there's a big columns made of LED with spotlight trusses on it on each side of the ramp.

Having all 3 brands share a set further dilutes the "3 separate and unique brands" concept, IMO. -
The WWE Magazine cover photo is the same picture on the No Way Out poster. From WWE.com
