Couldn't have been the ending, the cops had to have time to arrive. And MAN they must've had a slow night to come out and arrest someone on a "camera in a movie theater" charge.

Why is it that stories about pedo priests always revolve around boys, anyway? You rarely hear a story about a priest raping young girls.
-
That was Kazarian.

Since the ratings went UP this week, can we assume the boycott was a miserable failure?

All I could find, off the set of his latest movie: So yeah, too old to play anything but a master type part.

Yes, I have dated girls that large. And no, Zidian isn't fat. A tiny potbelly = fat now? You can still see her ribs.

Excellent article, JB. I thought you were going overboard with the "I didn't act badly" setup at first, until I saw the bewildering actions of this guy. Did he just get some kind of sick freakish pleasure from giving you the runaround? Why not just a simple yes or no, and be done with it? Also, did you ever get past him enough to do any interviews? I don't think that's legal, actually, I'm pretty sure reporters are required to announce such possible conflicts of interest. WTF?!

Punk is an exception to so many rules, it makes me speculate on who he's orally pleasuring in the back. The WWE never, never, NEVER lets an independent wrestler keep their old gimmick from the indies... but they did with Punk.

Wow, no wonder Kennedy is such a cock about this, he clearly has no idea how much bulk you can pack on with the right combination of roids.
-
Well, a giant wig can have that effect.

Depends on your definition of "triple crown" exactly. But he is the first guy in a major national promotion to hold every available belt at once, I think.

Inform me, I must've missed it. (For five years on & off I worked on an indy show that ran on Friday nights, so I rarely ever saw Smackdown.)

No. His characters in Orange County, Dead Man Walking, Shallow Hal, and High Fidelity were all completely different kinds of guys. And... you LIKED The Majestic? A goddamn "washes up on the beach with amnesia" plot, in this day & age? I wanted to puke at the syrupy stuff like, Carrey wakes up and goes outside and finds the entire town in line, waiting patiently for him open the theater. The only bit I enjoyed was Bruce Campbell's all-too-short cameo as an over-the-top movie hero.

Why are you assuming it will be such a martial-arts heavy movie at all? This guy Kurt Sutter has worked on nothing but a few episodes of The Shield, and that's it, no other experience whatsoever. He's never written or directed a movie before. And right from the beginning, changing the title just gives me icky feelings all over.

That wacky China. Makes me feel safe to know that a country that passes laws like this has the biggest army in the world, plus nukes.

TNA? Explain something? That's crazy talk. I still don't understand why Robert Roode was so desperate to own Eric Young's contract, or exactly how Sting beating Abyss about the head helped him get over having shot his dad.

No. But judging from the pics, she's one of those girls who looks cuter with more weight, especially in the brestses.

I agree with your basic point, but WOW one of these things is not like the other.
-
Well hell, pretty much every media outlet has made a pretty successful network out of doing just that. EFA

Don't tease us like that, details pleez.

Liberace > Borash when it comes to scoring pussy.

Then what's the point of having one of your top tag-team (and former WWF tag champions) go by the initials V.K.M.? Or their entire motto, "We Are Wrestling", which basically means "We're Not Sports Entertainment" (even though I think they're wrong on that one too).

One with no experience, no training, no connection to the wrestling business at all except that she happens to be hooked up with a wrestler? I've seen many, many valets who were just involved because they were some worker's girlfriend. Nothing good ever came down that path. Well, they still haven't. To my knowledge, the company's never once done a single drug test on anybody. And I know for a fact that some employees were using drugs during the shows back in Nashville, and many of those employees are still with the company.

It's not just about his "schtick", he tells a shitload of great stories about all kinds of different people. They haven't received the money yet because Hollywood is infamously slow in passing along the income. Something to do with their accounting processes being so complex in order to squirm out of paying every possible cent in taxes. But believe me, the films did make money. Per imdb.com: See No Evil Budget: $8,000,000 Gross: $15,019,200 (USA) The Marine Budget: $15,000,000 Gross: $18,843,314 (USA) And that's just how much money it made in theaters in America. It doesn't include foreign grosses or DVD sales.

And bad workers too. Just flush in general, actually. Some people definitely need to be let go to give the others more time. Lynn wasn't one of them. And now they've signed KAREN Angle to a contract. Yeah, we can't afford to pay our wrestlers or have a drug testing program, but we can put Kurt's wife on salary.
