I agree with all of those. I think Page, Shamrock, and Blackman as HC champ were all accepted Ditto. My main like: Jim Fucking Ross. I'm sorry, but I do think that he's still the best play-by-play announcer in wrestling (especially since Joey Styles is basically retired). I like heavyweights. I think that Hogan, Taker, Kane, Albert, Abyss, Buchanan, and Big Show all get a bum rap just because they're kinda clumsy and don't do many highspots. Shit, I was watching a tape where Big Show bumped over the top rope straight to the floor. I can't do that, and I've been thrown out of rings again and again for years.

Supposedly the meth labs really are deathtraps. They produce some really nasty chemical side products that are less than healthy and tend to infest the entire house that the lab is in. Plus I heard an interview with a nurse who worked in a burn clinic who claimed that literally half their new patients are from meth lab explosions. Maybe that's why the authorities are coming down on it so hard.

Yeah, they did, for one episode at least. He kept possessing people, and Galvatron kept shooting them trying to kill Starscream again, it was kinda funny. I seem to be the only one on earth who feels this way, but I actually liked the 2005 version of Transformers more than the original series. Maybe it's just because I thought Rodimus Prime looked cooler than Optimus, I dunno, he also seemed like a more interesting character because he was always so insecure about following in Optimus's footsteps. Anyone ever read the comics? I still own a bunch of those. They were kinda cool, but they seriously suffered from Marvel Syndrome where no character that got killed ever stayed dead.

Fucking idiots. Pseudoephedrine is what goes into meth, and they've already started restricting that. Seriously, is the meth problem that bad in this country? It seems like half the drug stories on the news are about it, but I'm not sure if I could name one person I know who does it. I'm wondering if it's just the new Scare Whitey drug, like crack in the early 90s or exstacy a couple years ago.

RPG Maker, damn, haven't heard that game's name in quite a while. While I loved the concept of a build-your-own-RPG, I thought the game's engine left a lot to be desired. It was just too friggin complicated to set everything up from scratch like they made you do, especially when there was really no guidebook or anything to help suggest how to make your game not suck. All of the tricky stats-balancing stuff that takes months or years for real programmers to do was left for you to just guess at, invent some numbers, and hope it came out okay. It was way too easy to make your characters too strong or too weak, to make magic spells that were useless or omnipotent, to make monsters laughably easy to defeat or impossible to beat no matter how strong you were. Really really frustrating, which is too bad, cuz if the process was easier I would've wasted years of my life churning out endless RPGs. Plus the Genesis-like graphics were really fucking lame considering that it came out at about the same time as FFIX. I heard there was a sequel to it, did anyone play that?

I'm talking about the ECW 4-way-dance off Path of Destruction: Shane Douglas vs. Pitbull #2 vs. Chris Jericho vs. Too Cold Scorpio for the TV title. It's a damn good match, extremely well booked and full of fun spots. But godDAMN does it last for an eternity. We're talking HBK/HHH Hell In A Cell level of just NEVER FUCKING ENDING. I'm dubbing a copy of it for an ex, I started the tapes. I walked out of my room, cooked an entire double-box pot of Hamburger Helper, watched half an episode of Angel, turned on the computer, and then went back into my room to see how the tapes were... and they still hadn't even eliminated anyone from the match yet! Jesus.

Ah. Then I would suggest going the PS1 Chronicles route. FFVI and Chrono Trigger are too good a combo to miss if you've never played either.

The preferred method is playing it on the good old SNES, of course. But if you don't have the hundreds of dollars it'd take to buy a working machine & copy of the game off Ebay, and you don't have a PS2, well then fire that there emulator up.

The longest match in the modern era on TV or PPV? I think the honor goes to Shawn vs. Bret WMXII at something like 62 minutes. All of the companies have had hour-long matches, but that is the only one I can remember than went past an hour in the big leagues. Of course, the longest match for maybe the last thirty years goes to CM Punk & Chris Hero's 93-minute match, which was a hell of an athletic exhibition but is a cure for insomnia to watch.

My favorite party was always Sabin, Gogo, Edgar, Umaro. Fuck all that pantywaist magic shite, all you need in life is Bum Rush, Mimic, Chainsaw, and an NPC that never stops kicking ass.

Damn, wrestling used to rule. Whatever happened to all these women? Some of them were downright talented, and most of them were pretty hot. Any other Jacklyn Hyde fans out there? Whoever that woman was, she played the "I'm CRAZY" gimmick better than just about any female wrestler I've ever seen. Victoria shoulda watched tapes of this chick to get her performance right.

Pro wrestling... in Iowa? I've been to Iowa. I have family there. It is the flattest, dullest, sanest, most perfectly ordinary & boring place on earth. A great place to retire, if you don't mind the cold. But... wrestling? I know they have a great amatuer tradition at the university there, but that usual REPELS pro wrestling from being popular in such an area.

I saw Transformers: The Motion Picture in the fucking THEATER. I proudly wear that metaphorical badge. Looking back at it now, that is one weird movie. Really uneven and inconsistent in terms of quality. At moments the animation seems better than anything Disney or Japan ever created; at others, it just looks like jerky stop-motion shit. Sometimes the dialogue is Joss Whedon good; at other times it's Resident Evil 1 bad. The plot was all over the place, too; it's unafraid to brutally kill off half of my childhood heroes, but not one human dies in the entire movie?
