Hitman 1 was never released for the PS2, it was just a home computer game. Once you get the hang of the controls and timing, Hitman 2 is pretty easy until you get to Japan, where it gets fucking hard before going back to being strangely easy again. Oh, and don't bother trying to sneak and stealth your way through the game, unless you just really like a challenge. Sooner or later in almost all of the levels, some guard sees you and blows your cover, thus turning it into a bloodbathic massacre (it's way too easy to win many levels by just blowing away anything that moves).

I've seen Season 7 a couple of times thru now, and I still don't know who the fuck Rona was. She couldn't have been THAT annoying if I have no memory of her whatsoever. And anyway, why bitch about people like her and Andrew when there are targets so much more worthy of your wrath, like Kennedy or even The First itself? Goddamn it, I thought last night was when Angel's new eps finally started airing. Imagine my disappointment when I get home and watch the tape, and I only get another crappy episode of fucking Smallville.

Actually, none of these films are even close to being the worst comic book movie ever. Anyone else remember Steel? Superman 3 and 4? Supergirl? Dolph Lundgren's Punisher? Any Crow movie other than the first one? Spawn? Those shitty made-for-TV Captain America flicks? The incredibly lame Generation X pilot that never made it to a series? Comic books have a long, long tradition of being adapted into really shitty movies, which has been the rule until recently. Even a boring, badly acted crapfest like The Hulk was way better than 90% of those made more than a few years ago.

Oh sure, with practice you can improve anything. If I practiced a lot at basketball, I'm sure I could be a much better basketball player than I am right now. It still doesn't mean that I could play for the NBA, or even for a high school team. I was born with clumsy coordination and middling height. A crappy writer can practice their craft and improve, but some people just don't have (and never will have) the skills to be any good at all. And about Ulysses: I can't really say much about the book, as I gave up on reading it on about the third page. Was Joyce trying to invent his own new rules for grammar in this? I've read passages written in foreign languages that were more comprehensible, and I can't read any other languages.

Many of the above are worthy choices, but they're far from the worst workers in the world. Even guys like Sid or Nash possessed a basic in-ring competence that made them worlds better than many, many crappy indy workers that I've seen. My choice? Tiger Jeet Singh. This guy was so selfish that even Triple H would've said "Hey man, are you ever going to lay down for anyone?" He never took a bump, never got pinned, never sold shit, and always manhandled and stiffed whoever he was in there with. And yet he was a big star in Japan for DECADES, due to backstage politics. He's the worst I've ever seen.

I really dug the commentary for the first Scream, which was weird, considering how much I fucking hated that movie. It was just that Wes Craven patiently sat down and pointed out a bunch of little details that I didn't notice, explained the reasoning behind things that I thought were stupid, and generally said why he made the movie he did. Very fascinating, and gave me a lot more respect for him.

I could never really fault Arquette himself for the whole thing. I mean, seriously: if someone came up to you and offered to make you World Champion for a couple of weeks, can anyone honestly say that you'd turn them down? Also, in his first book, Bobby Heenan said that Arquette gave his entire salary that WCW paid him to the families of Brian Pillman and Owen Hart, which makes me have a HELL of a lot more respect for him.

Actually, I'd be kinda surprised if there were any rampant dying this time around. Like RRR said, they've already bumped off Cordy and Fred, which is a pretty damn large rate of main character deaths for one season. Also, another question is, exactly when did they find out that the show was cancelled as they were shooting the episodes? If they found out just as they were shooting the next-to-last ep or so, then I wouldn't expect a whole helluva lot from the series finale. Oh, it'll be decent, all the season finales are, but I'm kinda expecting a giant thrown-together mess like Chosen was. Not bad, but one that could've been so much better, ya know? (And on the original topic: I wouldn't be surprised if Ilyria didn't survive the end intact.)
