How does a picture of him formerly being bigger mean he's not using anything now? It's just REAL goddamned hard to look like that consistently, especially with the WWE's travelling schedule, without any form of chemical help. And as the recent string of busts has clearly showed, just because someone isn't built like Batista doesn't mean that they're not on the gas. I'm not saying that he's definitely on, obviously there's no proof (yet), but with pretty much any prime-time wrestler I go with the assumption that they're on some sort of drug unless proven otherwise.

One thing that amuses me is imagining the legions of horrified parents who might buy this as apparently harmless entertainment for young kids, only to stumble onto the cussing and violence and sexual overtones and so on.

Cena vs. JBL wasn't a bad match. Not a great one, but not bad, just too short, and that's not the workers' fault, the office tells them how long to go. It was way, way better than true stinkers like Taker vs. Sid, Andre vs. Hogan II, Big Show vs. Akebono, etcetera.

Cops try to avoid incapacitating people with their bare hands if they can. Plenty of reasons for that. Who's to say that the guy didn't have a switchblade in his pocket, or didn't have HIV and felt like biting someone, or whatever.

Bullshit. Foley started his WWF tenure by pinning the Undertaker. And Rock beat a shitload of guys on his way up too. Hell, he was the sole survivor in his debut match at SS96. It's impossible to become a top wrestler without being built up by having other guys lose to you.

If he "hadn't done anything wrong", then why did the entire room break into applause when the cops first got him? They used the taser after warning him five times in a row that they'd do so if he didn't stop struggling and let them cuff him. He didn't stop struggling or let them cuff him. When they gave him a bunch of chances to do what he was legally required to, and he refused every time, he gave up his right not to be tased. He was under goddamned arrest, he didn't have the option of getting up and leaving. By that point he'd caused a huge scene and shoved cops around, there's no possible way he was just walking out of there like nothing happened. He got tasered for putting his hands on law enforcement officials and never obeying their orders.

Name a money-drawing superstar who got to their position without definitively beating other guys.

So, the couple dozen times I've said that the particular charges they were stuck with were unfair and that the sentences were ludicrously harsh, how does that not count as "acknowledging" the problem? In every fuckin' post I've made in this thread I've agreed that these kids were fucked over by the authorities in a big way. And where have I said "oh well, just the way it is, can't be changed" or anything similar? In fact, I've repeatedly said the direct opposite, that things in this town clearly need to change.

Yeah, I've announced a bunch of women's matches for one big site that caters towards that market. Besides just being creepy, it's expensive as hell. They charge like $40 for one tape with only three or four matches on it.

Depends entirely on a number of different variables. What are they chasing you for? What kind of terrain are you being chased through? Have they radioed ahead to have other cops cut you off? Are you real sure that they won't just say fuck it and shoot you? And most importantly, are you a better runner than every one of the cops behind you? Yeah, that's what the guy said.
