Jesus Christ... that could have been a season finale. Fantastic. Best Drama on network TV right now. The only thing that I have to wonder is... does Takei know? I mean there are plenty of other things, but this one jumped out for me big time.

Eh, this show isn't what it used to be... but I still enjoy watching it. The only thing I'm not liking are the hype advertisements ABC has been throwing out for a while. This is our work island, that's the home island seems to be the big reveal, but like LOTC said... it didn't come off that way. There's a way to focus on certain love stories, but fuck... actually have some other stuff going on in the background. There should be at least a few people each episode trying to find out more about the damn island... and not just sitting around... content with their current conditions.

Eh, last year around this time I was training like I was going to be a strongman. That shit was fun, but I still kept my cardio and yoga routine intact. I got up to about 285. Then over the summer I tried some crazy like training, that I could only fit in all my routines maybe twice a week. I still swam 2 miles a day, and stretched an hour each day. Got down to 240. Now I'm putting on a little more weight right now and I'm around 255. I can still fit into my clothes that I wore back in my freshman year of high school... which I weighed the most at 315. I don't lose any of my mass, I just get more toned. I've lost most of my gut... but this can't be a good sign that when I lost 75 pounds my clothes still fit me the same way?

Yeah, Sundance made it... called it right from that obvious set up... he's going to be that guy who sucks but somehow makes it to the Top 6 or 7. Hopefully that Chris Sligh? guy makes it.

Bowfinger and Life are the only ones I can think of, since I haven't seen Dreamgirls yet. Most Murphy movies follow a simple formula of... don't expect anything from them, and don't see them at the theaters. There are a ton of movies that I didn't expect shit from that I've seen in the last 5 months... friends have dragged me to see them, and those films managed to just even go beyond my worst expectations... but somehow Norbit didn't.

I'm amazed when some Japanese wrestler, or Olympian can't make it... while some average person gets pretty damn close to the finals.
