Hasn't Nolan gone on record to say he doesn't like the whole "killing off major villians" thing in comic book movies?

He had a bit part in Lynch's Mullholland Drive...I'm guessing it's what got him going in to acting. Of course, he stars in Hannah Montana so maybe he means from the standpoint that Lynch helped get his acting career going. -
Owen/Bulldog vs. Ahmed/Jake Roberts was actually somewhat entertaining with cute moments featuring Bulldog basically running like a bitch whenever Ahmed is tagged in. The Warrior/Goldust thing was utter shit...15 minutes too long of utter shit as Dustin couldn't work that night thanks to a bad leg. Sadly, the couldn't find something else for Warrior to do. I haven't gotten to Razor/Vader yet but I remember it being a halfway decent match. It wasn't a squash or anything and it didn't really give you the impression Scott Hall was on his way out either. get a load of the dark matches: Savio Vega vs. Steve Austin (who had some decent matches at the time) and Undertaker vs. Mankind. So instead of those matches, we get Warrior wasting literally 15 minutes and the Godwinns vs. the Body Donnas... One thing to note following HBK's win...as he celebrates, Bulldog and Diana Smith come out to the aisle to confront HBK only to be held back by the officials...unknown to us in the crowd at the time was the stuff covered in the little extra thing Dok hendrix was doing backstage that the PPV audience go to see. So of course, we were all like uhhhh what's Davey doing out here?

OMG Terminator 4 is definetly going ahead

right, but it does actually make sense from a "just in case" standpoint, to take out all of his top soldiers while you're at it. Can't find John? Take out his support instead. Still an unnecessary plot device, though. -
sounds good, bring it on

That was a sub-plot I didn't like as I had the exact same questions...she took out Kate's father and like 3 or 4 of John's top officers...so that's 5 of John's top people gone. You'd have to think Kate's dad would be a major player in setting up Tech-Comm. Apparently those people were expendable if he was still able to win the war? I mean, it was interesting because it gave Loken some extra stuff to do, but it was an unnecessary plot device. Also, why didn't Arnie and Robert Patrick have to do that as well? -

Shouldn't Arnold, technically at SOME POINT show up in one or two of the three movies anyway? What about Robert Patrick and Kristanna Lokin? What is this new triology supposed to cover exactly? The war itself? Events leading up to the original trilogy? -
I agree, Phil Hartman and the others make that movie. now as for "Faking It"...you mean MJF is faking it?
-
The other day I watched his movie Greedy...now that was a funny flick.

I was reading some stuff about Michael J. Fox...you know, seeing him all messed up like that honest to God depresses me. That is all.

Crackdown -probably the last sandbox game I'll take for the remainder of this draft...it's kinda short, but again, I enjoyed it more than any GTA game.

I wouldn't have minded the spinebuster if he hadn't given him the little "yeah you're my bitch and you know it" face pat first.

Yeah he's a small guy, but he's believable in his role...he's a good promo guy, can work a solid basic type match and is more entertaining as a sneaky heel than he is a blue chipper face. The problem is, the crowd doesn't really care about him at this point. I think he and Jr. would have worked better on Smackdown.

Punk's ready for the "Benoit Title Run" I.E. he toils around in the middle of the show as the champ while other programs main event. I just fear they're going to give him the Mysterio treatment. Guess we'll see how Sunday goes.

holy hell, I spent tons of hours on MK2 on the SNES...virtually perfected all of the fatalities (including stage fatalities), babalities, friendships etc. etc. for every single character. Good Nerdy Times! might as well take a fighting game while I'm at it: Guilty Gear XX -this game is bizarre enough, challenging enough, has awesome graphics and music, might as well scoop it on up.

I remember Carnival posting about gunshots going off near his apartment when he lived in Lincoln several years back...he posted just as they happened. Granted, it's no FUCK I JUST GOT SHOT, but yeah... -
Friday is a bit dated at this point, but at the time, it was one of the funniest movies I had ever seen. Anyway, in Friday, he was the angry husband of the chick Bernie Mac's preacher character was banging.

hey hey, don't forget his awesome appearance in Friday!

So, Bobby, have you seen the first looks at High School Musical 3 yet?

Xenogears is a tale of two discs...disc one is great, traditional RPG action...disc two is cut scene city. Literally it goes battle, cut scene, battle, cut scene, battle, cut scene with VERY little free world roaming. Also, whoever wrote the story is clearly a Vince Russo fan because I've never seen so many face/heel turns.

FFX was one of the few games that legit sparked emotion out of me with the ending.

Three Amigos...though it's not entirely HIS movie...but of course neither is Caddyshack.
