This Chris Coey, what site is he on? I'd love to read a reviewer with good content, as opposed to Keith and the several others I've read... I think bringing up Keith issues on this board are just a matter of habit as many of us are mainstays from his tenure...just as continuing to read his drivel is...yeah I slam him yet I still read...guess I'm hoping he gets better, I need to stop wasting my time! I agree with Loss here, even though I'm guilty of contributing to it, there are way too many threads open right now on this guy...

was anyone else thinking Juiced Up Justin Guarini (from American Idol) while watching Carlito last night?

You know, in all these years I have never actually seen that guy, but I always assumed he fit one of the several stereotypical classes for a wrestling fan...

Carlito Cool sucks SO FAR wrestling-wise, but man his schtick is kinda funny...what's up with his theme music though? It completely cuts off halfway through for his "spit" line and then starts over again. It sounds like someone hitting the back button on a CD Player. if it wasn't for that I would dig it...Would be nice to actually see this guy work a full match rather than get his ass handed to him for most of it only to cheat in the end to win...

Seriously, watch ending credits on movies...tons of them list Industrial Light and Magic as their FX company...Star Wars is a cultural Icon and all, but like NoCal said, the FX studio doesn't get damn near the credit it deserves for working on so many movies...

I've disliked Scott Keith way before the TSM days....way back when he was netcop or whatever that gibberish he called himself was...Back then his reviews were in depth and all but I didn't like how he tried to be "Negative Critic With The Witty Cracks" guy, you could so totally tell he wanted that schtick and that reputation and was trying oh so hard to get it. Basically like, hey internet look at me, I'm hardcore with my reviews, someone notice so I can be as big time as Meltzer...nowadays he doesn't even try with his reviews, he just phones them in, basically, gives you half ass reviews and is negative about EVERYTHING...

who knows...perhaps it has something to do with this whole "watering down wrestling styles" thing the WWE has been doing lately to cut down on injuries...Edge does seem to be turning into Ahmed Johnson injury-wise, because he is nowhere near as interesting to watch as he was 3/4 years ago...if he would let EVERYONE wrestle to their potential, then everyone would be over enough to where, if Edge gets crippled again, wrestler B can step up into his place...

well not so much Diva shit, i mean shit in general...if he has segments that draw so low, why keep going on them? I dunno, I don't pay attention to these numbers, but I do pay attention to crowd response and if I noticed that people don't give a shit about, say Edge for example, i would definently change something drastically about him or remove him from that spotlight...

eh, it depends on your bench...you can have big names all you want in your starting line, you can only go as far as your bench takes you, a la the Lakers 2003-2004 lineup...look at a lot of these playoff wins that the championship teams have, if it wasn't for your bench guy throwing up that clutch shot or bringing in stats he usually doesn't bring, starter guys 30 points a game doesn't mean shit...

Well, after her ONE attempt it was...but let's not forget how horrid Carmella was during the Diva Contest. Remember the Kamala skit where she just laughed and looked stupid? I'd say that heel Trish is the best right now, though that's not saying much. I will give you that, I'm digging heel Trish... question...is there a reason why these women can't act and wrestle and brawl as well as the men? is there too big a fear of injuries or messing up their pretty faces? I may actually enjoy women wrestling if they would bring in some average chicks and let them beat the shit outta each other a la Japan....

I'm no Eminem fan, but in his defense, with almost every album I own, the first single they put out has no factor in whether I buy the album or not, 9 times out of ten i just skip that track and listen to the 4 or 5 others that are usually ten times better, which I'm sure the album producers probably factor in throughout the course of the album making process...

True, but some of the guys had a certain shock value to them, Adebisi for example, you could see it coming all season long, but it still seemed surreal when it actually happend...Wangler right away, like you said, he had been a major player for the first 3 seasons prior to his death...Said in the third episode of the final season even shocked me....Shillinger was no shock whatsoever, but I'm glad they kept him til the end considering he was one of the best characters on the show... as far as Christian goes, I dunno, after this season I'm kinda wondering what more they could do with his character...chances are he is probably mangled up big time which would hurt him because of how dependant he is on fucking chicks, so they can always work the low self esteem angle...

so...what are you all predicting? I say he's either dead or extrememly carved up...deaths of major characters coming at shocking times doesn't surprise me anymore, not after watching 6 seasons of Oz...although I knew Harold Perineau was going to leave Oz to do the Matrix sequels, Augustus Hill's death is still one of the most shocking i've seen on a TV program along with Kenny Wangler and Kareem Said, so killing off Christian Troy wouldn't surprise me...

Carmella's acting is better than Lita's, let's all at least agree on that...hell it's better than half of the other divas on either show...

you know, maybe i should start listening to commentary tracks for once...
