Depending on what happens next week, and at Bay Hill and Doral, a high finish by Phil could realistically make him the favourite at Augusta. He is defending, after all.

It's a cheap way of doing it, but irish whip your legal opponent out of the ring up the ramp. Rough him up on the ramp, jump back in before the ten count.

It appears Forsberg won't be in St. Louis tonight, but will lace em up as a Pred tomorrow for their tilt against the Wild. Huet is out indefinitely. Jaroslav Halak was called up. I have never heard that name before, but it turns out he's leading the AHL in GAA and tied for Save Percentage.

It's probably been posted before, but one of my favourite wrestling moments ever: Michaels turns on Janetty

No Tiger, but a talented field in Los Angeles this week. World #10 Padraig has a three-shot lead over a handful of guys at five under, including Philly Mick and Briny Baird.

I don't know a thing about Ryan Parent. Upshall's looked good at times, but will likely be a third or fourth-line tough guy.

This is the TV I'll likely buy in the fall.

Quick question: Is this exclusively limited to a player's success in that uniform? If so, I'm gonna remove Guzman from the pitchers list and give it to David Cone. If not, I'm gonna basically copy CanadianChris' Blue Jays, but put Olerud on the bench instead of Fred McGriff.

Breaking on Sportsnet...Kypreos (let me finish) has said that a deal is in the works that would see Nashville get Forsberg, and Philly get two prospects, a first round pick, and next year's first round pick.

Not only that, Montreal also lost Cristobal Huet, Alex Kovalev due to injuries. Apparently Kovalev has had an elbow injury since the beginning of the season. Whats the status of Carey Price? Could be he called up from the W mid-season? I like him over Aebischer at this point. Jesus Christ, this was arguably one of the three or four best teams in hockey one month ago.

The Habs have lost five straight. For more on this, consult my avatar.

FOX News planning right-leaning show similar to Daily Show
CanadianGuitarist replied to DerangedHermit's topic in Current Events
You're saying the Fox thing was funnier than This Hour? Ridiculous. Greg Thomey can't not be funny. Also, it's basically The Daily Show, but the American jokes are fairly mild. What you're likely thinking of was Rick Mercer's Talking To Americans, which was a one-hour special of what you just said. Mercer, at the time, was on 22 Minutes, but has his own show now. -
You can't say that on TV!

From Wrestlemania 15, after HHH turned on Xpac and the Outlaws were helping him up. Road Dogg: ( clearly on camera) We're gonna get that jerk-off! Cole: Road Dogg says they're gonna get HHH RD: He's a jerk-off! You heard me! -
That was Vince.

Can you elaborate on that a little? What happens to a person who doesn't have cable/satellite 24 months from now? How bout someone with a CRT tv that isn't HD ready, though has cable without a set-top box?

You can't say that on TV!

I agree with that.I have it on my computer actually. I'll upload it tomorrow. I actually referred to that very clip a few weeks ago in Comments that don't.....Sid yelling "I DON'T KNOW SHIT!" was priceless. -
Do you receive any OTA stations from the United States, and do you trust the U.S. government to not stall and delay the deadline again? We don't in St. Kitts, although I work in a Buffalo-border town some 40 miles away. I'm told the only OTA stations in the Fort Erie area, however, are both from Toronto. And yes, I think this deadline's for real, or, at least, far more sincere than past efforts.

By the way, this need not be all YouTube clips, just examples. Although I'd love to see Bobby Heenan drop the f-bomb again. -
Sid gets the night off You're welcome. Edit: I'd forgotten how bad that first powerbomb was.

Co-worker tells me that my trusty old JVC 32 CRT will be useless as of Feb. 17, 2009 because of the HD switch; Said co-worker also told me to buy an HDTV three weeks ago specifially for the Rumble I ordered that night because "It's an HDTV, therefore the Rumble will be in HD". As such, I'm taking what he said with a grain of salt...is he right about the first thing?

My roomate suggested this as I was telling him your recipe for pineapple pork chili, which is supper Wednesday night.

The Greatest Wrestling Figure Of All Time

The Mountie isn't out yet. Try again in two weeks or so. -
What? Outside of maybe the two in Hawaii, you've got some explaining to do if you're going to refer to Pebble and Riveria as Silly Season. And Phoenix doesn't count. One of the highest attendance rates in golf trumps the atmosphere. I might let the Hope slide as being silly, however...

*braces for Leena backlash* Phil's back. Ties a handful of tourney scoring records in his third win there. It's damn weird seeing Ian Baker-Finch in the CBS jacket.

I like the deal for both teams as well. We certainly haven't seen how good Kobasew could be, who the Hockey News had been touting for years and Calgary gets some character. I don't disgaree with the Gill assessment, KGB, but playing against a team like Pittsburgh shouldn't be the final nail in Gill's coffin.
