I'm still mad at him for costing me close to $300,000 of fantasy in the 2000 British. Even though Tiger was running away with it on the back nine, his refusal to pitch out 180 degrees behind him from a bunker meant double bogey, and ultimately the wheels came off. That was the difference between second and eighth. Nonetheless, I'll try him again, along with Daly, Stadler and Wagner(It turns out my original team budget, with Els, was about $400,000 over the cap). It's a season-long pool, based on how much money they made last year. I opted to pull Els out for Holmes and Matteson, as I like to get as many guys playing in the Free Money Ope...er, Mercedes Championships.

Sorry to turn this into fantasy golf, but I'm torn between a few guys in my pool. All Nationwide grads and players who finished below 125 on last year's money list automatically cost $150,000. Nationwide leader Johnson Wagner is a lock, but I don't know who to take among the other lummies. I have room under my salary cap for two of John Daly, Brad Faxon, David Duval and Nick Price. Anyone with offers?

Canucks have won four straight(all against NW rivals, mind you) with last night's 3-2 win over Calgary. Within a week, we've seen three division leaders in the NorthWest. Crosby's also the first to 60 points, netting two goals in a 3-0 win. He's also four goals off the Richard race, behind the 25 currently posted by Ovechkin and St. Louis.

I'm gonna be a homer and pick a Blue Jays playoff game. Game Four of the 92 ALCS. Jays trail 6-1 at one point, cut the gap down to 6-4. Alomar, as much as I dislike him now, is part of one of the most memorable images of my life as he raises his arms along the first basepath after tying the game with a two run dinger off Dennis Eckersley.

Steve Yzerman night in Hockeytown. CBC had a great opening package for him with not just famous goals, but a few clips highlighting both his heart and his integrity.

It has, but it's worth watching again. The link above for Iron Sheik shoots on Kramer is dead, so here it is

Has the needle re-shifted on the Pre-PPV momentum meter?

Conway deserves better. Hopefully, he'll land at SD to give them another tag team since it's reduced to 2 teams again. Wasn't he "highly-touted for greatness" two years ago in OVW?

Wasn't Trump at WM4?

The YOKO thing was gold! Voluptous?

VINCE!

Pronger hurts, no doubt, but the loss of BOTH starting goalies is what's going to measure this team's success over the next stretch.

I'm of the school of thought that PVR > DVD recorders. I've yet to see a recordable HD DVD(which isn't to say they don't exist, of course), but I just think that PVR would be more efficient than burning a DVD. I don't mean that as a total rag on DVD recorders, just my two cents.

Not at all. Given the option, I never blame anyone for choosing a specialty shop over a big-box. That said, Fort Erie is a town of 30,000 people. There's little to no shopping choices.

Was done about four minutes ago. EDIT: Oh, it was you. My bad.

You're almost certainly right, but I'm watching NYR at the theatre. Cena can't win. I've got children's hearts to break.

FUCK YES!

Wal*Mart. Training is minimal, thus my eagerness to learn things on my own before I'm asked them by a customer.

Czech will debut two different names....(Mordecai doesn't count).

Is that the same song that was on those Gears of War commercials? I think so. It was also used on an episode of CSI last year. It certainly is from the commercials.

That's an absolute steal indeed.....any reviews on monster cable, while we're at it? I've had a few customers ask me for them, though we've never carried them. Do they do both audio and video transfer? $125 does seem like a lot when we sell home theatres for like $100 at 100 watts (pardon the commercial). While I'm at it, what do I need to know about native resolution? Obviously, a higher range is better, but is there say, a cap or ceiling on a native resolution and a TV's ability to get an HD signal? Does native resolution only apply to analogue? Any correlation between the two whatsoever? Also, what is an XVGA signal? (Or is it XGA?)

Don Pardo is a fucking fantastic pick, Czech.
-
Absolutely. Except for a brain fart by McCabe on McCammond's goal, and one by Kilger leaving Kelly WIDE open, Toronto was the much better team last night.

No offence taken. Pardon my assumed 360 arrogance.

Venk, if I, say, adjust stamina(or turn it off entirely), and then complete the Journeyman, Technician and Domination achivements (beat every opponent in medium, hard and legend difficulties respectively), will I still get the achievement credits and gamerscore points?
