Buddy of mine has both the Buddy Christ and Dibiase figures on his telvsion top. I yelled when, despite Dibiase's love of God, Christ was the butch. They reversed. I was delighted. The Dibiase shirt isnt as great as I hoped, but the WWF will be getting 70 dollars of my money this weekend.

This shit just speaks for its fucking self
CanadianGuitarist replied to Vanhalen's topic in No Holds Barred
Fuck that. CanadianMuggy will likely agree with me on this one, we're not acknowledging that. Wilson Wilson on Home Improvement would have done just fine as a reference. -
I work in Wal*Mart Electronics, so I often sell TV's. If the maintenance guys are busy, or just out of common courtesy, I'll have to carry them out for the customer. Carried out one two years ago. Bumped into a guy. Said guy was wearing socks and sandals. Refused to apologise. People who say the following things: Is today the 15th? "All day" People who call me Phil because my last name is Collins, then laugh hysterically like its never been said before. My mother's name is Rhonda, she has a double whammy. If something doesn't scan properly in my cash register, customers who say "Oh! Well it must be free!" This thread may have been custom designed for KKK.

Is that Drew Carey dancing with him in red?

I don't like either. But, like all sports, during the big events, I can get into them no problem NASCAR and the World Cup/Euro are no exception. It's naive to think that NASCAR is a more popular sport worldwide than soccer. But remember, the debate is speficially NASCAR, not auto racing, and even more broader, racing. If you can lump cycling and yachting and even T & F into NASCAR, then you have a debate. Despire what I said in CE three days ago, it's not just driving in circles. There's a tonne of shit (like in all pro sports) that the general public prolly doesnt realise: Media interviews daily, car customization, practise, travel, sponsor obligations. Let alone how scary it prolly is in a car at 250 khm. Surrounded by 40 others. I may not like NASCAR, but downplaying it is equally naive.

Despite my credibility all but ruined in this thread, wasnt that Funk/Foley against the PE? It also happened in a Corino/Credible/Sandman three way dance in December '00.

What was the biggest crowd pop EVER?
CanadianGuitarist replied to JimmyHendricks's topic in General Wrestling
I was actually just thinking about this thread yesterday while watching WM 17 again.' I don't remember the crowd being that loud when Linda woke up. But they popped. Has anyone said Mikey's ECW title win? -
Was ECW music as important to you...
CanadianGuitarist replied to tigeraid's topic in The WWE Folder
It was Muscadine for the later part of the ECW run, much to Balls' dismay. When I had him sign my ECW music Volume 1, he wrote "This band sucks!" next to Muscadine. He then hit on my mother, and gave me free tickets to tomorrow's November to Remember. It was HIM singing it towards the end. Which I have no problem with the WWE using, provided it set up the aforementioned BAAAAAAAAALLS! spot. Chanting "BALLS! CHILLY! MIKEY!" as they all did the spot to Simon/Swinger/Anderson in 2000 is among the greatest moments of my life. -
State Your Unpopular Opinions

I'm going to third the non-attractive Keibler. Though it's not her fault, I don't like model-types or leggy blondes. Girl next door is where it's at for me. Subsequently, Mickie James is on my top 5 women,....ever. -
Disregarding the fact that he's a wrestler, is 60 really thaaaaaat old? Wasn't the drunkard thing bullshit anyway? I seem to recall Foley saying in his first book that he cut a promo that referred to Funk drinking, then said (Not true, but Funk got a lot of pity for it).

State Your Unpopular Opinions
CanadianGuitarist replied to milliondollarchamp's topic in The WWE Folder
Mine: I think Michael Cole is a pretty good announcer. I don't hate HHH all that much. Clarence Mason needs to make a comeback. It's time for Lawler to pack it in. If there's a need to have a McMahon on TV (and week-to-week, there isn't) - Shane > Vince > Linda > Stephanie HBK is stale as fuck. -
That's sig worthy.
-
I'll be singing that for weeks.

Go on...

Sandman was his actual co-holder, not Bagwell. I don't what the fuck made me think that, especially since I never watched WCW all that much, certainly not in 93. I can't even blame this one on beer, as I was sober for a change last night. It was still Eastern, but Snuka was indeed the first. Douglas, of course was the first Exteme. Another tidbit? First guy to kick out of the Superfly Splash? Tommy Dreamer.

Not a bad read.
-
That's fucking awesome.
-
It's true. Meh. Waters, he was there in 96ish. Honestly, I never saw him, I didn't start watching ECW till 98ish. He was still going by Marcus Alexander Bagwell. He and Scorpio defintiely held the tag titles for a bit.

Bunk. It'll blatantly benefit the Canadian team in what will probably be the last time we see NHLers in the Olympics, if that. This is borderline cheating.

They mean well.

Jr's been quiet. Which is sad, as I could go for some of his commentary. The markdom of Tazz/Styles and the childishness of Lalwer is wearing a bit thin. -

I'd have said TNA main event if anything. -
The Dream did get a fuck of good pop when he appeared in ECW tho. Lita and Buff Bagwell.
