    Best 8-Man/10-Man Tag Matches

Savio was also the most notable of the interferees not in DX in the RR match. As big a mark I was for the Boricuas, I would have preferred HBK, there was so much heat in those feuds.

*Bites tongue on a Sun joke. I don't blame you though, this is rough to watch, I'm sick to my stomach from the ticker on The Score. My cell phone would be in pieces if I were using my ScoreMobile.

From what I just saw on Sportscentre, Auld has been pretty burnt-out indeed as eluded to two posts ago, and he just looks tired tonight. Has anyone else noticed that Colorado could still realistically miss the playoffs? I mean, is Vancouver gonna get back in it? Prolly not, but still... Cheechoo's up to 50. Fuck that Jagr, Thornton deserves the Hart. EDIT: 51. See above. Thornton with two assists.

Inspired by Rocco's 10(!) at the 12th hole yesterday, Sportscentre's top 10 tonight is 'Golf's Greatest Meltdowns' JD's 18 at the '98 Colonial should take the cake, but we're still 15 minutes or so away.

I think that's fair, and in fact, I did a column my second year of college defending him, but, and I hope this doesn't sound to shitty, he's got a lot to prove this spring.

Like I said before, Calgary was picked by everyone to lose to Vancouver, Detroit, and San Jose, where as Ottawa was picked to go to the Cup Finals. Big difference. And also, like I said before, we were robbed in Game 6, by a bullshit call. Gelinas did score that goal. Did Daryl Sutter fuck Bettman's daughter or something? That was a goal on Thursday as well. We still haven't factored in that Hasek will likely be back for the first round, and I'd rather play the Masters Sunday with Tiger than play Hasek in the playoffs. On the flip side, Heatley wasn't great in the Worlds last year or the World Cup two years ago, and dare I say those were less important than the playoffs are? Carolina's underrated-ness notwithstanding, Ottawa's the team to beat. Calgary has sent Lynn Loyns to Omaha. This has little relevance to the discussion, but say Lynn Loyns without giggling. Can't be done. That's a Chinese porn star name.

Somewhere, EHME is nodding knowingly. Nah, it doesn't really matter who's on top of the divison, all that matters is how they show up come playoff time. Ottawa is known for choking, they have that "Buffalo Bills" curse. I just feel Carolina is more built for the playoffs then Ottawa. I still stand by what I said six hours ago, but EMHE does have a good point. There's a LOT of depth and talent on this Hurricanes team once you really sit and have a look at it. I'm still thinking that Wednesday's Habs-Sabres could be a first round playoff match-up, but Philly probably put a stop to it on Saturday winning over Buffalo. I don't think there's a Sabres fan alive who would rather see Philly than Montreal in the first round.

Zednik gets the winner, 3-2 Habs! Woot! For all I've said about Nashville being a darkhorse and a team to watch, I just don't see Chris Mason bringing the goods in late April. Incidentally, what is the actual first day of the playoffs? Everywhere I've looked has led me as far as the schedule ending April 18. I assume it's the following Saturday?

Ovechkin ends his surprising 6 goal drought in OT, to lead the Caps over the Bruins 2-1. The Richard could still be up for grabs with Ovechkin and Cheechoo only 4 back of Jagr. Since I despise the said Czech, if Thornton and Cheechoo could combine for 3 or 4 in a 6-3 Sharks loss tonight, I'd be a happy camper. *Wonders if Red Baron picked up on the Niagara College reference in that thread. Sorry to detract, but am I still pickin you up at 830 tomorrow from work?

    Louisana Chicken Pita

Anyone had these? I'm convinced there's nicotine in them because they're so addictively good. I tried making my own, but couldn't quite come up with it...I got the chicken/pita/romaine of course, but also added Frank's and cayenne(which had a texture similar to peanut butter actually). I'm guessing it's paprika?

Not with the Leafs missing the playoffs, they won't. The last time they didn't play the Leafs, they came within a game of the Cup finals. And I can say fairly safely they would have made short work of the Ducks.

Edmonton and Colorado must really be kicking themselves, as a win by either would have put them in solo sixth with some breathing room. HUGE for Vancouver-Anaheim tonight. And Baron, I'm gonna have to agree with CC. We will play well against, and possibly defeat Ottawa in the first round, but there's no way we're dominating.

My money's on the Rangers in the playoffs. Tampa loss leaves them in eighth, which is some bizarre karma over my post of an hour ago. The Oil are down late, to the Blues for christ sake.

That's gold. I turned to my dad as Phil walked up thre 18th and said ' I can't wait to see the reaction, and the sour looks they give one another'. He replied with ' I was just thinking the same thing'. I don't think the sitting thing was out of spite, but the handshake delay was definitely weird.

Until about the 13th, this was an enormously entertaining Sunday. Baron, I was glad to see Mick win, but I would have been THRILLED to see Freddie pull it out. Just imagine if he had made that putt at 14..or the following. I might have to make a Tiger/Phil picture reminiscinent of the Schilling/Palmerio 'nigga please' signature last year.

Wait, Calgary tied it up? It was 2-0 Canucks with 6 to play when I went to bed last night. Mike, Baron and I would be thrilled if the Habs stayed in eighth, we dont want to play Carolina in the first round. Start pullin for Tampa

I vaguely recall readin that at Summerslam '01, between matches, JR absolutely tears a strip from Heyman, who essentially shrugs it off. Can anyone confirm that, and, if true, when on the show it took place?

Part of me is REALLY pulling for Fred Couples. Crenshaw winning would be pretty cool as well, as he posted a 72, still -1 for the week. Campbell frightens me, as he's quietly one of the better players on tour and can play on Sundays. Freddie just stuffed one on 12, after a looooong wait to gauge the wind.

If Pittsburgh loses the Pens, it's their own damn fault. They didn't want to build them a new rink. There should, at the least, be an asterisk on that statement. The Pens have done quite a bit as far as rallies and petitions to keep the team...utlimately, you're right, however.
