You should be able to hit it from anywhere, IMO. That's not to take away from a move like the Tombstone or the People's Elbow, and the anticipation makes for great theatre. But I prefer a move like RKO or the Mandible Claw that can turn the match in a second. To illustrate my point, the RKO on Taker at WM XXI.

I can't stop listening to Hall and Oates' "Making My Dreams Come True". The damndest thing is that I have a hell of a time listening to the same song in a short period of time more than once. The buffer zone is usually about 3 hours. Two for Gimme Shelter.

June 99. Taz and Corino argue. Corino wusses his way out of a match. LSD comes out to a huge pop and Taz asks the crowd if LSD deserves a title shot. He gets one, and gets his ass beat. Thrown down a set of cement stairs in the audience for fucks' sake. Comedy and a hell of a match in 10 minutes? I'm hooked.

What exactly is OaO?

That was disgustingly off colour. As for the rivalry, I actually mentioned this in the "How to fix hockey" thread, but the key is to re-introduce rivalries and market players. Which can be done reasonably for at least one player on every team, and some kind of rivalry between at least one other team. It doesn't have to be geopgrahical, it can just be a good game. Look at Detroit-Colourado. The Calgary-Atlanta makes sense on paper, but they play each other like once a year, tops. It makes for an easy night at work for the sports writers, though.

As for the marketability of MLB players, Ichiro and Hideki are marketable. Iginla, Sakic, Naslund, Bertuzzi, St. Louis, Forsberg and Jagr. They could all be sold.

And the fact they are foreigners. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Explain why foreigners hasn't damaged NBA or MLB, despite those sports getting a huge influx of foreign players. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Foreigners don't dominate MLB and NBA. They do hockey. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> Being Californian, no wonder you think foreigners dominate hockey. Pardon the Cherry complex, but Canada owns currently: -WJHC title. -World Cup title. -Olympic gold. -Art Ross Trophy -Smythe Trophy. -Vezina Trophy. -Hart Trophy. -Pearson Trophy. -66.6 percent of the Richard Trophy. Saying Canadian hockey is in a decline is as asnine as these "Tiger Woods is slumping" idiocy. Where are 65% of NHL players from? Not to dispute the talent of Europe and the United States, but please remove your head from your anus.

Kokanee is good, but not any better or any worse than anything else. Beer in the States is infinitely cheaper than beer in Canada.

I lost sleep over picking Ken over Zangief. -
Creemore Springs, though I'd never buy it, is the best tasting thing I've ever drank.

Gimme that god damned book back! Also your bribe of America by Jon Stewart, I read in Chapters on Saturday. In a 25% of Father's Day rack, along with bios of Phil Mickelson and Pierre Trudeau. I hadn't had an MGD for close to 4 years until this past semster at school. Not bad, but I still prefere Blue. And yes, a swig of Kool-Aid first thing when you wake up is big. Don't ask me why, it shouldn't be. Perhaps because I'm not a coffee drinker.

I'd be surprised if he hasn't already. He's returned in a sense on the Che Guerera thread in CE.

Sabrewulf from Killer Instinct. Ken from SFII. Can I get away with DK from the SmashBros. series? If not, Johnny Cage. -
I'll agree to that. As for sports games, JOE MONTANA'S NFL FOOTBALL 94! We still play this. A buddy of mine who doesn't play sporting games was watching us play one time, and sincerely thought Steven Hawking was doing the play by play.

In Canada, we spell it Centre. I'm saying Eugene this week, Jericho/Christian with title and Hussan next week.

Mr. Rant would have to take up chess. Did anyone else notice the first quote was from a guy, it seems to me, should have been named McNally, but was listed as McAnally? -

I worked until about 10...what was the Asshole American comment? Did anyone else notice an EMT asked Cristy what her name was, then another said "Cristy' about 10 seconds later? I have to think Hussan might get drafted. He's as good as Goldberg post win streak now. Plus, that's a huge push to Cena. HHH or Batista's going to SD. -
I'm surprised no Canadians mentioned the Big Harv yet.
