Shit, didn't realize I worded it that way. My bad.

Heh. He also forgot to use Kurt Angle. Silly Funker.

But with Spike, at least they're trying something new that seems to be working. It has completely freshened up a dead character, and it's been given a good twist where instead of him being a lackey to his brothers, he's the Boss of the group. He's a little shit stirrer who uses his brothers as muscle. Spike's one of the few characters on SD! I've enjoyed.

You're so awesome, yet the best you can come up with are jokes about a TV show I like? 1)How in the hell does that offend me? 2)It's been done. PS: Girls rolling around in Jell-O means nothing if they're not attractive.

That sounds like a hell of a match, actually. I wonder if the Ruckus deal could be an angle. He's been a face in 3PW, right? I know he's heel in CZW, so maybe this is a way to forge some continuity? And shit, I didn't realize I missed your birthday, bro. Belated salutations on my part.

Who are you again? And I'm boring? Well, fuck. Guess this means I won't be invited to the next teabag extravaganza at your house.

DiBiase was also a hell of a wrestler, a hell of a talker, and the Million Dollar Man gimmick fit in perfectly with the "greed is good" mentality of many people during the time period. JBL did get a win over Mysterio cleanly, did he not? That's what I'd call a major match. Not like he fought Rico or something. And Honky was over as a heel because he was loathed and people wanted to see his ass kicked. The crowd is more apathetic than anything to JBL because no one thinks he should be champion PERIOD.

It's turned into a one man love fest for a subpar poster. I thought his lovefests were reserved for when there were other men around.

I think this thread is just dying, period.

WCW Halloween Havoc 1994 WCW World Tag Team Titles: Chris Benoit and Dean Malenko defeated Marcus Alexander Bagwell/The Patriot and Lord Steven Regal/Jean Paul Levesque in 14:44 when Benoit hit a swandive headbutt onto Patriot for the win and the titles. (***1/4). Savio Vega defeated Guardian Angel via rollup with the tights in 4:53. (1/2 *) WCW Television Title: Arn Anderson pinned Owen Hart with a spineuster in 7:31. (***). International Tag Team Challenge: The Hollywood Blondes (Austin and Pillman) defeated Great Muta and Jushin Thunder Liger in 21:57 (**** 1/2). Hulk Hogan (with Lawrence Taylor) pinned 911 (with Paul Heyman) after the big legdrop in 8:02 (DUD). An irate Heyman attempted to hit Hogan with his cell phone, only to be tackled by Taylor. Cactus Jack, Sabu and Taz beat The Nasty Boys and Vader when Sabu pinned Saggs after an Arabian facebuster in 13:42. (** 3/4). WCW World Title: The Undertaker and Ric Flair went to a no-contest when Shane Douglas attacked Flair and Kevin Sullivan attacked Taker. (**).

Then our opinions of "A-list" are greatly different.

Stop trying to get in his pants. He's got enough men on his plate.

Seven years ago Brian Pillman passed away...
Zack Malibu replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
Seven years without the Loose Cannon already. Damn. Many of you know he's my all time favorite wrestler (my 2 year old pooch is actually named Pillman). So while it'd be tough to pick a sole favorite moment, here's a few of my standouts: The interference/turn on Ric Flair at Fall Brawl '95 The WWF Press Conference Anything and everything Hollywood Blondes. Greatest tag team ever, IMO. The Liger matches. The Flair match that "made" him in WCW. Attacking the fan on Shotgun Saturday Night. ECW Debut and buildup against Douglas (another favorite of mine). -
Patronize? No. I just find it funny that you try to say I like guys when the pics of you and your friends look like group shots of Culture Club.

Depends, really. Sometimes I get big ideas as I go, sometimes I try to plan ahead. The Crystal angle wasn't mapped out detail for detail, but the rough idea of it was in place last winter.

I'll make a deal with you. I'll stop calling people "junior" when you stop calling your sausagefests "parties". Your Jello wrestling adventure is negated by the fact that it looks like a Romero film.

Seen, dealt with, time for bed. Nothing like pulling the trigger on a toss-off before bedtime.
-
I'm sure there is. Which PBP will YOU be?
-
I love Al Bundy and all he stands for. That better?
-
I love you too, Banks. Anyways, considering you feel the need to a)be a jackoff in the WWE folder, and b)try to bring yourself more attention with this thread, who's the one not having fun? Judging from your recent posting history, I'm banking that the '93' in your name has to do with what year you were born, junior.
-
Amen. You also have to love him and Pesci playing off each other in Easy Money, and Meet Wally Sparks, which I'm a big fan of.

Holly and Bradshaw title feud? Hooray. Hopefully it's just a few weeks worth of a feud. Although no one is buying Bob as a contender (or JBL as champ, but that's another story). Agreed on the RVD/Rey team. I really liked the tag match from No Mercy, and considering Dupree is average at best and Kenzo is wretched, it was a pleasant surprise. Kidman injures his ex-partner and now hurts Jackie? Seems like a good way to continue building him up as a heel. A returning Chavo vs. Kidman could become a very good feud for SD!, although I'd hate to see London left in the dust.

Shit. The weird thing is, tonight at the coffee shop, I brought Easy Money to watch on the DVD player. RIP to my all time favorite comedian.
