BOOOO! Babyface Luke owns. What are they gonna do, say that he's opted to go live with his dad or something? Also, on the "who's dating who" front, the Mischa/Ben affair looks to be no more, as Mischa was spotted out on the town with some new guy. Be thankful I get to see the tabloids when I go to my grandma's for Sunday dinner so that I can report this info to you .

Sorry, PRL, I've already got a segment planned. One that includes... ...are you ready... ...FALLOUT FROM AM~! (as well as some interesting developments, muahahaha).

One of my good friends is a ring announcer and interviewer for the World Wrestling Alliance that books shows throughout Massachusetts, and he's given me a listing of some of their upcoming shows, as well as some stars who are going to be there. I know I'll be at a few of these shows, so if Jay, 'Mortal, Corey, PK, or anyone else from these parts are interested, come and check a show or two out. World Wrestling Alliance Shows: April 2nd in Quincy, MA at the Armory, 1000 Hancock St. Chris Candido, Tammy Sytch, and Zack Gowen have been booked for the show. April 3rd in Ware, MA at the Town Hall Auditorium Candido, Sytch and Gowen again April 16th at the Armory in Bridgewater, MA Kevin Nash will be signing autographs and taking pictures between 6-7:30. Nash will also be in action that night. Admission is $20, and includes an autographed 8x10 of Nash April 17th at the Elks Lodge in Leominster/Fittsburg, MA Kevin Nash is a possibility for this show as well. As I get more info I'll update. I personally haven't been to a WWA show yet, but have heard good things about a few of the guys. Sounds MUCH better than the NEWA/RIWA shit we've gotten around here for years (and when I say shit, I mean SHIT. Corey can vouch for that, lol).

I remember her saying she did in the Stuff interview, but according to afew of the current tabloid-esque mags, Adam and Rachel are together, and Ben and Mischa are heavily rumored to be involved as well.

Here ya go, CC, just for you... Re-edited for CC's pleasure. -
This week's show was excellent. It seems like we say that every week, but it's true. The in-jokes about Colin Hanks' character (like him dating the actress and Summer asking "what happens if you guys break up?" was a knock at the fact that she and Adam Brody (Seth) are rumored to be dating), and the one with Marissa telling Ryan that he's "shorter than he looks on TV" when he was pretending to be a star on the show were great. Jimmy saving the day was awesome. I'm looking forward to seeing where the thing with Hailey goes, although I'm guessing she winds up working at the restaurant and sticks around for a while. You knew Marissa was going to find out about the Luke/Julie deal, but I didn't think it would have gone down the way it did. Still, it was a nice twist and next week with her hiding out in Chino looks interesting, to say the least.

I'm bleeding money in my ROH game, and let a few people go to cut costs, but that didn't stop us from having our first five star matchup. Backseat Boyz vs Briscoe and Spanky. Match Background: This will be a ladder bout. This is a continuation of the Backseat Boyz vs Briscoe and Spanky feud. This match is for the RoH Tag Team titles. Backseat Boyz have been RoH Tag Team champions since 18 May 2004. The Match: Trent Acid kicks the leg, knocks Spanky down, and goes to work on it. Second rope flying axe handle, M.Briscoe goes down. One day, Kashmere might even consider coming off the top with that. You know...for more impact and stuff. Splash from the top of the ladder, reminiscent of HBK at Wrestlemania 10! M.Briscoe blocks a kick from Johnny Kashmere. Implant DDT by Mark Briscoe! I will always and forever mark out for that move. Briscoe and Spanky hook up Acid, then hit a double suplex. Super kick by Spanky. Spanky blasts Kashmere with a slingshot into the ladder. M.Briscoe drops an elbow...but Trent Acid moves out of the way. Spinning bulldog in the corner and Spanky is down! Trent Acid sets Mark Briscoe up in the corner. Super Frankensteiner!!! Spanky is stunned as Kashmere heads to the top rope. Missile Dropkick, right on the money! Trent Acid and Johnny Kashmere go up the ladder and grab the prize for the win. Backseat Boyz climb opposite turnbuckles, working the crowd as they celebrate their victory. My Opinion: *****! What can I say! It earned EVERY star. You, my friend, know what you're doing! This was originally Briscoes vs. Backseats, but Jay went down to a neck injury about 3 days into my game. When WWE let Spanky go, I hired him and brought him in as Mark's mystery partner to get revenge on the Backseat Boyz, and it's worked out very well.

I was in the crowd for this, and was pro-Austin the whole time. The McMahon thing I pretty much saw coming, and while I was OK with Austin going heel, I don't think that the McMahon involvment was needed. Have Austin win by nefarious means, then go full throttle heel the next night on RAW. I love the climax of the match though, with Austin just simply beating and beating and beating on Rock until he finally succumbs. No fluke finisher, no cheap pin, but a brutal way to get his heelishness into effect.

USWO results from last night in Madison, TN before 125 fans: John Caesar b Slade, Slacker J b Xander Blaze, Joker b Ghetto J, Hot Rod Biggs b Dan the Man, Jingus & ODB (managed by Scott Hudson) b Athena & Traci Brooks, Thug Jones NC Gary Valiant, Shane Eden & Hammerjack b Arrick Andrews & Ryder to win tag titles Yep, our very own Big J not only got back in the ring with Athena, but with Traci Brooks as well (that's "Traci With An I", the valet of Michael Shane and Shane Douglas from NWA:TNA in case you didn't know, and she's pretty hawt~! herself). We salute you, Jingus, for getting down and dirty with the girls many of us would like to get down and dirty with. On a lesser note...Scott Hudson as your manager? How did that get setup?
-
Shane vs. Paul vs. Eric makes sense, because they can bring up how Shane bought WCW over Bischoff, etc.
-
Three Count redux, with someone in place of Evan Karagias?
-
Dupree and Rico as a team, managed by Jackie. They can call themselves French Kiss.
-
More news on trades and such: - It appears that Rico and Miss Jackie will both be moved to Smackdown. This move is expected to be announced sometime today. - A-Train is expected to be moved to RAW as the WWE.com situation hinted at. - At this point, Stephanie McMahon is not expected to return tonight at the Smackdown taping as the new General Manager. Austin will stay on RAW. Undertaker and Trips are enough for a veteran base on Smackdown. Also, anyone else expecting Maven and Nidia to hook up in storylines?
-
I can't see them turning Cena. He's a strong face, and they've just gotten the marketing machine behind him. Van Dam would have nothing to lose, as he needs freshening up, and the crowd may be more accepting of him as a heel these days.

Best Of The Best wasn't a bad movie, anyhow. Part 2, I actually shelled out $8.75 and ran out to the theatre to see it... bad move, sucked when they killed Travis off. "BRRRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAAAAKKKKKKKKKKUUUUUUUS." Part 3 was on HBO a while back but I didn't pay much attention. I did notice that it had Gina Gershon and Christopher McDonald in it. Part 4 - STAY AWAY AT ALL COST. The plot has something to do with Russian Gangsters, Tommy's daughter, and a disk. Zack, you run movie nights ? Too bad I don't live in RI, I'd attend for sure. Dacascos is great. Don't think I forgot that you and I are the huge Drive marks around here, NBT. To the mentions of the Maniac Cop series and Jack Frost, I have Maniac Cop 3 on DVD, and am looking for 1 and 2. I think part 1 can only be gotten as an import though. Jack Frost, I have both the first and its sequel. If you thought part 1 was bad, watch part 2, where he manages to get on a tropical resort and gains the ability to fire evil snowball babies from his mouth. The plot to Best of the Best 4 sounds exactly like Bloodfist 4 with Don Wilson. Those are some more of my favorite bad movies (but like I said, I'm a martial arts buff). As for running movie nights, yep, I do it once or twice a week at my hangout, a coffee shop on the main strip in my town. Been hanging out there since it opened in '96 or so, and the new owner was a friend of the previous owner, so knew me as a regular. He did some remodeling, put in a widescreen TV and some leather couches, and has me bring in one of my spare DVD players and showcase whatever I'd like, as long as it's not porn.

I don't really see a point to that... They'd be much more effective pushed as singles, IMO. Though SD is still lacking in the heel department... Notice Booker is almost definately going.... and that Teddy Long is already there and ain't going to be managing Orlando Jordan..... Actually, I can honestly see that happening.

It was revealed that Dreamer's wife, Beulah McGillicutty, got pregnant just recently, I BELIEVE. Don't quote me on that. Eddie has no offsprings, to my knowledge, and frankly for some reason I tend to know which wrestlers are married/have kids and aren't/don't...I don't know if it's from too many old WOW Magazines or what, but I just seem to have a pretty good gist. Beulah already gave birth. Twins, I believe.
-
Bah, next year? Chalk me up as another DD fan who is disappointed by this.
-
The thing with Smackdown is that they're really babyface heavy. Eddie, Cena, Mysterio, Undertaker and now RVD, as opposed to what? Triple H and Kurt Angle? My vote is on a heel, or at least tweener RVD. It would freshen him up, but they'd have to do it right to get the fans behind the turn.
-
That would be excellent. The seeds could have already been planted with the Rhyno and Tajiri picks on RAW, plus Shelton Benjamin has the history with Heyman, as it was Paul who brought him in for Team Angle. Throw in one or two other guys and a valet, and it could most definitely work.
-
I could see them trading Kane for Big Show, or if the rumor on 411 turns out to be true, A-Train.

I'm just left to wonder what's going on with the tag team division. They took one of the good 2/3 of La Resistance away (as I had expected, since it's known that WWE is high on Dupree), leaving Conway to have to pick up the slack for Grenier. They split probably the most "established" team other than The Dudley Boyz by splitting WGTT. Then they broke up their "blue chippers" by sticking Jindrak on Smackdown. In a perfect world, Jindrak will wind up with O'Haire, but that's still only one new tag team after splitting up three. How on earth can they expect to keep interest in 2 seperate tag divisions going when they barely have enough teams for one? I'm sick of Dudleys vs. Flair/Batista vs. La Resistance feuds, we've got no Booker/RVD or Jindrak/Cade, and Hurricane/Rosey are nothing more than jobbers with gimmicks these days. On the Smackdown end, you've got no more APA or WGTT, Leaving Rikishi/Scotty and The Bashams, along with the FBI or Akio/Sakoda, neither of which have had much major going for them in some time. Is there anyone they can stick together/trade/etc. to actually breathe some life into the division? The only thing I can think of is due to Kurt's neck and their concerns that he and Haas join up as Team Angle v2.0 to lessen his workload, until down the line Haas turns on his mentor and feuds with him.
