WCW facts, tidbits, and stuff people forgot
Zack Malibu replied to JoeDirt's topic in General Wrestling
1)Frank Andersson, who was from Switzerland. I believe he got into some legal trouble and disappeared from the sport. 2)Sick Boy (Scott Vick) was under a WWE developmental deal for a while in the late 90's-early 00's. I believe he also recently resurfaced and did a dark match or two. No idea what happened to Reese. 3)Ozzy was Ashley Hudson, who made a few appearances on TNA as SEX's "Australian Champion". I don't believe they ever closed the book on that angle. -
We're all reading it, it's just that you have to count the people in school, the people working, the people doing both...sometimes people can only pop in and say a few words and not leave detailed feedback. There was a point where I wrote up an entire Scott Keith-esque review for a PPV (License To Pin) and did enormous feedbacks for every show, however reality catches up with all of us. For those who have the extra time, God bless ya for it. It's nothing personal by anyone, it's just how it is.

In an old Figure Four Weekly, it discusses the spot in a match review.
-
It was a blown spot in a match a few years back that he turned into a regular spot. I believe it was during the 3LK vs. Diamond/Swinger/Disco feud that he lost his shoe and simply picked it up and tossed it at Disco, who sold it huge.

Wrestlers Who Should Have Held A Belt In a Company
Zack Malibu replied to ChrisMWaters's topic in General Wrestling
I always thought that the Brian Pillman/Arn Anderson duo that led to the 4 Horsemen in 1995 should have had the tag titles. They were far better than most of the teams on the roster at that point. Three Count should have gotten the WCW Tag Titles as well. -
Worked in 4 Feds...worked in only one fed
Zack Malibu replied to Vern Gagne's topic in General Wrestling
While on the subject of the Roadies, someone mentioned they were in ECW. Only Hawk ever competed in ECW, in the promotion's early days. -
Words from Black T (I'd think), Zack Malibu and Some Guy, and of course, the GPX regarding the incident on this past week's show.

Zack = DamaraMalibu Damaramu-college kid who complains about the lack of life he has, yet still has no time to leave feedback Zack Malibu-just recently stopped working 12 hour days and finished a semester on top of that I think my reasons for lack of feedback as of late are pretty noteworthy. Oh, and Frigid must now job to every Dungeon of Doom member ever in the OAOAST's newest match, the Mario Logan Invitational

Confirmed: Bret Hart Offered WWE 2006 Hall Of Fame
Zack Malibu replied to algrim's topic in The WWE Folder
I could see Owen being put in as a concession. Perhaps like how this year was the original Wrestlemania crew (Hogan, Piper, etc.) next year will be Bret, Owen, Neidhart, and Davey Boy. Then put in Rhodes and someone else. -
Pitbull #2, Anthony Durante, died last year.

Vince, Austin, or Benoit should induct Bret. Flair should induct Rhodes, unless they are on good terms with Dustin by then. -
You may also use the slew of enhancement talent we have, or create your own, or use a known wrestling star. All up to you.

It's because they're trying to boost Rey up the card in a major role, hoping that he can appeal to the Latino audience like Eddie did. According to the Observer a few weeks back, there are/were plans to make him the US Champion, I guess to pull him away from the Cruiserweight Division as part of this push. Always glad to see my favorite tag team's push continuing as well.

yea, I just mentioned that cuz I thought it was dumb to call him "air styles" but at least a new team was around. They didnt need cruiserweight tag titles, they should have let these teams run with the real belts. The cruiserweight tag division-a main reason I was sad to see the end of WCW as they had at elast done something right toward the end. No kidding. You had an already established team in Kidman/Rey heading the division, a great IMO heel team of Elix Skipper and Kid Romeo, Styles/Paris, Knoble/Karagias...just an all out awesome division. Between those titles, the elevation of Sugar Shane Helms, Chavo's rudo act and newcomers like Jason Jett (EZ Money), the cruiserweight division was the best thing WCW had going for itself in the end. -
You know, even more than usual.
-
Yes, yes we do. Well, except for me...my normal taste in music is a guilty pleasure to the rest of you, 'cept maybe Hoff and Patty. ::hums "Since U Been Gone"::

Yeah, I meant the Air Raid team. I have those matches on tape too, but I wasn't sure if there were plans other than "hey look, a cruiserweight tag team for our new tag division!" -
Not sure about that, but there were plans to redebut him in his WCW Mortis gimmick at one point before his release.
-
That's a good show.

Even I'm not big on that song, and I've been to Backstreet Boys concerts.

It seems like they're getting more behind Christian than ever, although setting up an apparent feud with the popular WWE Champion while also admitting that Christian is gaining more peeps (as they did last night) is just half-assed. Cena's not going heel anytime soon, so why have a guy who is growing in popularity mock him?

Re-signing Matt Hardy and feuding him and Edge
Zack Malibu replied to Lord of The Curry's topic in The WWE Folder
Let us not forget that the head of talent relations absolutely despises Hardy. -
I will be sitting seven rows away from Kelly Clarkson. This is why I may not have an HD segment in tonight. Hoff, be jealous. Be very, very jealous.

Which Punk started, let's not forget. Sledgehammer, are you aware that TNA already has used every single name on that list except for Ahmed Johnson (and who really wants to see him)? No matter who TNA brings in, they've proven time and time again that they just can't keep anyone over except for their core group of a few select guys. Yep, I remember that he started it, big guy. Wasn't Sabu the one who broke it up as well? Also Jingus, I think Sledge was trying to be OMG HUGHMORRUS with his list, by picking guys that he thinks TNA should have never brought in. That's my guess.
