Okay, so I have finally started playing rainbow six vegas, and maybe I need to pay more attention to how to infiltrate a room because its all seeming a little random right now. Its a fun, could be addictive game, but I don't like a could of things. A: No "dive" button. Really, if someone you didn't see just shot you, you would dive behind some cover. Common sense there but you can't do it here. B: The Corner peek to first person transistion is kinda weird and will take some getting used to. I think Gears has kinda spoiled me, although it is kinda cool not having to shoot a guy 6000 times for him to die.

Funny, I was thinking minority report when I was playing with one. My coworker has one, and the UI is incredible and its fun to navigate, and visual voicemail rules all, but it really doesn't do much else. If I didn't have a PDA phone and it was a little cheaper, I would consider getting one. As is, it really wouldn't be that much of a upgrade.

Luke Walton is easily twice the player that Jason Kapono is. He is the type of guy that people really don't understand his worth. If you look at when the Lakers failings came last year it was when he went down. He is a great playmaker, can hit shots, and just freakin smart. Jason can hit threes with his feet set when he is wide open. Something is wrong there. The CLippers should just sign Brevin Knight now. He is the most solid point guard out there in the free agent land.

Luke Walton gets 5 mil a year and Jason Kapono can get 6. Something is wrong with the world.

Why in the fucking hell would Seattle waste money trying to resign Rashard. They have Jeff Green and Durant. Call me crazy but I think they are looking pretty good at the SF position.

Rant, I still haven't gotten into playing Rainbow six vegas yet. I am going to play it today before I start going online and letting you kick my ass and get bragging rights.

I'm surprised you could even type that. If you had tried to say it, you would have never got to Th before you broke out laughing. Maybe Shawn Kemp and Glen Baker can both try to make another comeback? Isn't there anyone on the free agent market who could handle it? All they really need is a guy who can smack the boards to give Allen and Pierce second chance shots. There has gotta be someone they can sign. Popeye Jones is around somewhere... But honestly, they could probably make a play for Brenden Haywood for Ratliff, and the Wiz need the cap space to resign Arenas. I know, Brendon isn't that great, but he will block a shot or two and get you some rebounds. Besides him, I would make a play for Sheldon Williams in Atlanta. When he got minutes last year, he was a double double guy, but Woodson didn't like him. Although he is only 6'9 and noone would really call him a Center. I personally would sign Danny Fortson. Just because. Or, as always, Adonle Foyle.

And they have a great defender at the point. They still need that inside presence though. Maybe Theo Ratliff will finally be healthy. ...
  9. http://sports.espn.go.com/espn/news/story?id=2920925 They want his brain to study it. But it was liquified....ew.
  10. Starship Troopers is the greatest film with bad actors in the history of the world.
  11. They are using "authorities said" and "authorities believe" so I guess that is the same.
  12. Lots of other folks close to the Benoit's have said that they didn't even notice it either... Especially since the kid was only 7. But if they were seeing him EVERY DAY, how the fuck did they miss the track marks on his arms from where Benoit had been injecting him with growth hormone? They lived in Florida, they didn't see him everyday. And not to point out the obvious or anything, but if Beniot was on the road most of the time, wouldn't it be Nancy who was injecting him with growth hormone?
  13. I dunno about that, for two reasons: 1. The doctors in the NFL and CFL never found any evidence of the enlarged heart that eventually killed him, which is kinda odd, it suggests that the problem manifested later. 2. Pillman used steroids, drank a lot, allegedly did cocaine, and did a SHITLOAD of pain pills. How can all that possibly have nothing to do with a heart attack? He didn't have an enlarged heart. He had arteriosclerotic heart disease. Thats when fat, cholesterol and other stuff build up in the walls of the arteries and get all hard. They make the artery narrow and hard, thus blood can't flow through it. This is a disease that he had anyway and would have caused problems eventually. It was undiagnosed in him and noone knew. Basically, out of all the shit Pillman did that could have killed him, this was the thing that did and he had nothing to do with it. Arteriosclerosis caused his heart attack, not steroids, not painkillers.

If he doesn't you have the same thing you would have had in Wally. Seriously, the last thing Boston needed was another draft pick. Everyone on the team is like 22 and younger and then there is Pierce. They got a vet for a unproven rookie. good deal.
  15. And the doctors who treated the boy. I am going to have to side with them.
  16. So....what was wrong with him according to them?
  17. Pillman had well known drug issues at the time of death, including cocaine use, that definitely didn't help his bad heart. But his past drug use had nothing to do with it according to doctors that did that autopsy. The Wellness Policy is a joke. Chris Master seemed to take it seriously when he began to shrink by the week, and look what happened; they made fun of him on Raw by mocking him for looking smaller. Now, he's back to being as big as ever. The Wellness Policy might have started out as a mostly genuine attempt to try and clean things up, but it quickly turned into pure lip service and nothing else. Heck, Benoit was considered to have passed the test in April, and it's now been confirmed he was on steroids and who knows what else. People are kidding me with the Chris Masters thing. Master could have been using more dangerous steroids before and has gone on to something different now. Like he could have been on anabolics before and on hormones now. He was big, got small and now is big again doesn't make the wellness policy a joke. Maybe their wellness policy is to get them off the ones that have the greater risk. I am not saying it is a "Stay completely clean" policy because that would be stupid, but it is equally stupid to thinkthat the WWE is letting these guys pump whatever they want in their veins. If nothing else, they are an investment, and they are not about to let their investments kill themselves in short order. And while it might be eventually, it hasn't been confirmed that Beniot was on steroids at all. So what you are saying is that if Vince pushed guys without the monster physiques to the top, noone would do them? Are we ignoring the 90's all together now or what? Thats what he did then and it didn't stop alot of undercard guys from filling their viens with whatever(after the testing faded out). The guys stay on the stuff because A: it makes your body heal faster and they are constantly injured do to what they have to do in the ring and b: it gives them the energy to keep up with the insane workouts that they were at one time able to do without them.
  18. Pillman and Russ Haas (Charlies Brother, they were in the minors at the time of his death in 2001) I was just thinking about it, Benoit is now just the second Horseman to die after Pillman. not exactly a feat anyone would want to accomplish Okay, and haas had a heart condition that caused his heart attack, and Pillman died of arteriosclerotic heart disease. Niether of which had anything to do with steroids, painkillers, or anything else other than bum tickers. See, I just see that as reaching. Like if Kurt Angle was found dead tommorrow(which wouldn't suprise anyone( how could you blame the company that fired him because of his codependance on the pain killers and steroids? Same for Eddy, as they suspended, then fired him until he got clean. People can go blah blah blah, their wellness policy is a joke, blah blah blah, but bottomline, they have had 5 guys die under contract and thus far none of them had anything to do with steroid abuse done on their watch. An older guy living on the road doing steroids or drugs is likely going to die unless his name is Jake Roberts. So outside the guys in the 80's who I guess you could kinda try to put the blame on Vince for, although steroid abuse was rampant in every sport at the time because the long term effects weren't known, I really don't see how you can blame him for the deaths in wrestling.
  19. Those people are also idiots. There is no woman so annoying that a huge man should punch her. if she is annoying while swinging a bat at your head, then fine.

Houston has a pretty big Chinese population, I believe, and I think it's more about what Yi's handlers want than Yi himself. I want to imagine all these Chinese men with long beards making vague menacing threats to the Bucks. At least I am not the only one that was thinking that. And I imagine the "Jack Bowah" from 24 constantly stepping out of the shadows at Larry Harris's house.

Why is everyone trashing Ainge over the Ray Allen trade. yeah, he had ankle surgery. Okay. He also averaged 26 fucking points a game last year. While I am sure some people like West, Wally and Jeff Green, there is a good chance that they won't avearage 26 points between the 3 of them next year.
  22. Okay, Eddy, Owen, Chris....who were the other two that were under WWE contract when they died? Bossman? I STILL find it odd that people want to jump on Vince so hard when the fact of the matter is, most of the guys are dying when they are on the independant circuit and their drug use, steroid abuse is going relatively unchecked. Eddy died becuase of past damage he did, Owen was a freak accident, Chris's isn't determined yet. Someone remind me of the other two please?

Okay, there is talk that the James Jones/24 pick is part of a package to either get CHanning Frye and they can't announce it yet because the trade isn't done, or they are getting a trade exception to help make the KG deal work, OR they are just clearing space to pick up Grant Hill.

The Suns trade James Jones to Portland for not a goddamned thing. "Future considerations" means not a goddamned thing. Seroiusly, not only do they give them 2 draft picks for nothing in the last two years, now they give them the 8th guy in their 8 man rotation for nothing. Kevin Pritchard apparently had pictures of Steve Nash fucking a 14 year old or something, because he has the Suns hostage for some odd reason.
