They were reporting what a unnamed source within in the station said. If they were reporting what the investigators said, they wouldn't have been 48 hours off on Benoits time of death and 24 off on Nancy and Daniel. They would have known about the little stuff like, oh, I don't know, her being tied up and strangled. So basically they went from him text messaging people on sunday during the PPV to him being dead on Saturday. So once again, saying something is obviously true because a unnamed on source on the news says it is, that is indeed stupid.

The vast majority of the wrestlers dying early has been from painkillers, and alcohol. So basically they are going to nail Vince for what? Grown men drinking? Eddie is pretty much the only guy that has been with the company to die, all the rest of them were out working on the independent circuit and drank/od'd themselves to death. the "wake up call" for the industry is that people that live on the road lack meaningful relationships which can lead to depression, drinking and drug abuse which will lead to early death. I bet if you look at the death rates of fucking truckers it wouldn't be much different.

I am pointing my finger at the Broncos, Giants, early season Eagles, and Cowboys as the "it wouldn't be a longshot" wins. Not that I think they will win more than 10 games mind you. Just sayin.

There are more ways to determine time of death in the short term than just body temp. Once a person is dead, the body goes through certain transformations/decay, some of which I'm sure are almost immediate. And the degree to which those changes occur can give a clue on the time of death. So its not just about body temp. Its not exactly just body temp but the temp of the liver. And the transfomations/decay which you speak of, in the first 48 hours in a climate controlled home would make it pretty hard/damn near impossible to make a determination off of that. Plus other things would factor in, like was the son under a blanket which could make his liver temp higher making it seem like he was alive longer. My point is the time of deaths that were being said were exacts and that just wasn't possible in the time that they were being reported. The liver will lose about 1 degree per hour after death, and if they were dead well over 24 hours, onsite forensics wouldn't have been able to give a accurate time. If they are saying Nancy was killed on Saturday night and Daniel Sunday morning, something as simple as Daniel being in his bed under the covers and how he died could make it seem as though he died second in initial reports when he could have died first. Thats why stuff like this takes awhile. Alot of factors have to be determined. Its not like CSI where they know within a few seconds because they are so "good". Yes I know this worthless info because this is the crap I wanted to do at one point until I realized that having to go to a crime scene where a babys head was bashed in could severly fuck with my psyche, changed schools and became a computer animator.

I do think the combination of Calvin Johnson and Roy Williams will be unfuckwitable. But then there is still that pesky o-line and defense. If they were going to win more than 10, this would be a good year as they have a pretty nice looking schedule.

The thing is, unless there is a note detailing all of it, all that is left is figuring out the time of deaths. If the son and the Nancy died during the weekend, there is no way they know time of death this soon. The body temp would have dropped too low by now to determine on site. If there is no note, they are probably gathering that it is a murder suicide because beniot had been in the house for the past three days and there were two cold bodies and one warm one. Alot of stuff could have happened. he could have found them dead went nuts and took 3 days to kill himself. He could have killed them and killed himself. There is no way to know really. And with all the speculation, I would guess there was no suicide note. So until the tox reports come back and they have a definate time of death, all the speculating will be for nothing.

This is stupid. Anyway. This is pretty shocking and when all the info comes out I think you can decide what really happend. Personally, I don't care. I enjoyed the guys wrestling, had some pretty good conversations with the guy a few times, met his kid once, so yeah, its sad and all, but if he did it, then he did it, if he didn't he didn't. Damning him to hell isn't going to change a thing. The only thing that will change is if there is a best of beniot DVD that will be released or if he will never be mentioned again on WWE TV. On a side note, the first time I met him, it was with him, Brian Pillman, Eddie Guerro and DDP. Alls i am saying is DDP...dude....watchout.

Hey, I did the conversion in my head so I forgot to carry over something or other! Sorry about that. Its unlocked so you can use it with any carrier. Iphone will be a Cingular exclusive. The way i see it, the iphone is prettier, and has a better looking/working UI, but the touch is much more practical. Plus, windows mobile has a open SDK which means it has great third party apps right now, while Iphone is saying that sometimes soon they will open up to third parties. For right now, it is a better purchase if you don't want a Cingular plan. (those Iphone prices are with a 2 year commitment. i am guessing the standalone phone will be around 800 bucks)

If I were the lakers i would cut the Pacers out of the equation. I mean, if they are going to give up Odem and Bynum, why not offer it up to Minnesota along with some draft picks. Minnesota would have to at least look at getting two quality big men back: a 20 year old center who you can build around, and a play making PF who can carry a offense.

Oh and as for the Bears depth at the position, they should have been building it anyway seeing as the guy was going to miss 8 games anyway. They should have just cut him from the jump and used the roster space to find his replacement. No need to hang on to a guy who was basically lost for next season anyway.

Oh I have no doubts that KG would want to go to LA, its just that neither the Pacers or the Lakers have the pieces to get him. Maybe Minny would take Odem and Bynum for KG, but I don't see them just taking Oneil, some high draft picks and some filler players that aren't better than the filler players they have now.

That would be a great deal if it wasn't for the fact that the Wolves would be giving up KG for Jermaine O'neil. Not giving them much cap space, they couldn't get any decent draft picks out of that trade and niether team has even decent filler players to add and O'Neil isn' that much younger than Garnett with a history of injury. The Lakers and Pacers get a damn good deal while Minnesota gets pretty well screwed. Especially considering the deal they almost got from Boston or the one that it looks like Phoenix is talking about giving(they are softening on giving up Amare).
